Abstract

Empowerment is an effort to create changes in the human environment by using one's own efforts and abilities to meet the needs of life independently. Based on the situation analysis conducted in Muara Kumbang village, Kandis sub-district, Ogan Ilir district, it is very necessary to do community service with the theme of "Empowering Productive Economic Enterprises" (UEP) to improve the community's economic business. The PKM program was held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in Muara Kumbang village, Kandis District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. There were 25 participants in the training program. The method used consists of interviews and observations of participants regarding their understanding of the empowerment of productive economic enterprises. The results of the interview revealed that only about 40% of the participants understood it. In the final interview and observation, it showed changes and improvements, namely the increasing number of participants who understood the empowerment of productive economic enterprises, from only 40% to 80%.

Abstract

This study explores the concept of the Kingdom of Allah through the parable of the mustard seed in Mark 4:30-34, illustrating its growth from small beginnings to greatness. Using a qualitative method, the research examines how Mark's Gospel emphasizes faith, hope, and transformation. The Kingdom of Allah, as described in Romans 14:17, is about righteousness, peace, and joy through the Holy Spirit, bestowed upon those who surrender to divine guidance. Mark, though not named in the Gospel, is traditionally recognized as its author. He grew up in Jerusalem and was part of the first generation of Christians, collaborating with Paul, Barnabas, and Peter. The parable of the mustard seed highlights the potential for significant growth from something seemingly insignificant. This metaphor teaches that small faith can become powerful with proper nurturing. The study suggests that this parable encourages developing faith, fostering inclusivity, and striving for sustainable personal and community growth. The message remains relevant today, inspiring individuals to cultivate their faith and contribute positively to their communities.

Abstract

Diare didefinisikan meningkatnya jumlah buang air besar tiga kali atau lebih dalam satu hari. Kehilangan air dan elektrolit menyebabkan dehidrasi dengan meng¬gunakan meta-analysis da¬pat merangkum bebe¬rapa hasil studi primer atau penelitian terdahulu dengan pencarian yang siste¬matis untuk menggabungkan ha-sil¬nya dan mendapatkan perkiraan yang lebih tepat untuk ditarik kesimpulan baru.  Pene¬li¬tian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi dan menganalisis pengaruh dehidrasi terhadap penderita diare. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sys¬te¬ma¬tic review dan meta-analysis denagn menggunakan diagram PRISMA. Pencarian artikel dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria kela¬yakan Model PICO. P= Pasien; I= Dehidrasi; C= Tidak dehidrasi; O= Diare. Artikel yang digunakan berasal dari 1 dat¬a¬b¬a¬se, yaitu: Google Scho¬lar. Dengan kata kun¬ci antara lain "Diare" AND "Dehidrasi" AND "Pasien" AND "Cross Sectional".  Artikel dianalisis menggunakan digram PRISMA dan aplikasi Review Manager 5.3. 6 artikel dari tahun 2011 sampai 2021 dengan de¬sain studi cross sectional yang akan digu¬nakan sebagai sumber meta-analisis pengaruh dehidrasi terhadap penderita diare. Menunjukan bahwa dehidrasi meningkatkan kemungkinan diare pada pasien yang mengalami diare. Pasien yang dehidrasi meningkatkan penderita diare sebesar 1.75 kali dibandingkan dengan yang tidak mengalami dehidrasi pada penderita diare (aOR= 1.75; CI 95%= 0.54 hingga 5.73; p= 0.001), dan hasilnya signifikan secara statistik.. Meta-analisis dari 6 studi cross sectional menyimpulkan bahwa pasien diare yang mengalami dehidrasi meningkatkan kemungkinan diare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Mentari Jasindo Sentosa. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam menentukan kesuksesan perusahaan, serta pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan performa karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kompetensi dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 88 karyawan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, uji simultan, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial ataupun simultan antara Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Mentari Jasindo Sentosa. Pada pengujian model regresi untuk kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nilai fhitung 120,648 > ftabel 3,10 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga kompetensi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial kompetensi memperoleh nilai thitung 3,626 > ttabel 1,988 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis diterima, dan motivasi kerja juga memperoleh nilai thitung 6,317 > ttabel 1,988 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis diterima.   This research was conducted at PT Mentari Jasindo Sentosa. The background of this study is the importance of employee performance in determining the success of a company, as well as the impact of competence and work motivation on enhancing employee performance. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between competence and work motivation with employee performance at the company. The research method used is quantitative, with questionnaires as the data collection instrument. The research sample consists of 88 employees. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the study show a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, between competence and work motivation on employee performance at PT Mentari Jasindo Sentosa. In the regression model test for competence and work motivation on employee performance, the results show an Fcount 120.648 > Ftable 3.10 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that competence and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, competence obtained a tcount value of 3.626 > ttable 1.988 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning the hypothesis is accepted, and work motivation also obtained a tcount value of 6.317 > ttable 1.988 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning the hypothesis is accepted.
