Abstract

AbstractRegional variations in language used by a small group of speakers of the languagein which there are elements of language caused by geographical factors. Theconcept was used as a description of the linguistic characteristics of a marker orthe difference between a dialect / subdialek with each other. This study wasassociated with problems related dialects as speakers that use the Java language asa dialect of Tegal different regional languages and dialects other areas thestandard Java language. Tegal Javanese dialect has the hallmark of pronunciation,which is equal to what is spoken is written. This study aims to find the verbformingaffixesareJavanesedialectinTegal,functionsandmeaningsthatemergeaftera process of affixation. The results showed that verbs can be formed througha process of affixation whether it comes from the verb, noun, adjective, adverbial,dannumeralia. Affixes in the verb form of the Java language is a dialect of Tegalaffixes ng-, m-, n-, ny-, di-, his, her,-em-,-i,-an,-na,-ni, di-na , in-i, n-na, ng-i, eachof which has the function and meaning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan yang dilakukan anak sekolah usia 6-18 tahun dengan latar belakang ibu sebagai Tenaga Kerja Wanita di luar Negeri. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dengan teknik simak libat cakap, catat serta rekam dengan alat bantu gawai. Sumber data pada penelitian ini merupakan tuturan anak sekolah usia 6-18 tahun yang ditinggal ibu ke luar negeri. Peneliti menyimak semua tuturan yang terucap, serta terlibat di dalamnya. Mencatat tuturan yang tidak terjangkau oleh alat rekam gawai. Penelitian ini bersifat deskirptif kualitatif, mengolah data secara informal sesuai rancangan Pragmatik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan enam bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan menurut Leech. Keenam bentuk pelanggaran tersebut adalah (1) pelanggaran maksim penghargaan meliputi tuturan ejekan, cacian, dan merendahkan orang lain; (2) pelanggaran maksim kedermawanan meliputi tuturan tidak menghormati orang lain; (3) pelanggaran maksim simpati meliputi tuturan yang bersifat sinis; (4) pelanggaran maksim kesederhanaan meliputi tuturan menyombongkan diri sendiri; (5) pelanggaran maksim kebijaksanan; dan (6) pelanggaran maksim permufakatan.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the phonemic correspondence formula from the Melayu Langkat and Melayu Makasar languages. The method in this study uses the language grouping method with phonemic correspondence techniques.  Melayu Langkat and Melayu Makasar language are languages derived from the same family, namely the Austronesian family. As result, the phonemic correspondence formula can be seen between the Melayu Langkat and Melayu Makasar languages showing regular phonemic forms of correspondence in the form of vowels and consonants. The phonemic correspondence formulas in Melayu Langkat and Melayu  Makasar languages obtained are: /n~ŋ/, /m~ŋ/, /i~e/, /o~u/, /e~a/, /t~?/, /t~k/, /Ť~Ď/, /e~ә/

Abstract

BKKBN Official Online Seminar is a platform aimed to give information and educate people, the millenial in particular, about planned family. This study is analyzed speech on BKKBN Official Online Seminar themed " Prevent Stunting for Well Generation and HPV Vaccination before Marriage Protected Together". The source of data is speech that containing Searle's illocution speech act. The objective of this study is to describe types of illocution speech ach found in BKKBN Official Online Seminar. Method uses in this study is scrutinize and taking notes. Results of this study are two types of representative speech act, four types of directive speech act, three types of expressive speech act, one type of comissive speech act and declarative speech act. The result found that representative speech act is dominated because BKKBN online seminar loads speech binding with truth supporting by facts and data.

Abstract

Slang is a variety of Indonesian made by teenagers which later becomes the language often used by teenagers to establish daily communication with their friends. Although not taught through formal education, slang is also acquired, used, and understood by deaf youth groups with limited language acquisition processes. The purpose of this study was to identify language functions that arise when deaf adolescents use various slang to communicate. This research is a qualitative research using in-depth interviews on a subject that has been determined using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely reduction, display, and data verification. Then the collected data were analyzed using Bloom's behavioral theory and language function theory. The results of this study are the functions of using slang which are widely used by deaf teenagers in SLB Negeri Semarang, namely emotive, conative, and tired functions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what types of themes are contained in the short story "Advice for My Son" by Motinggo Busye and how the structure pattern of the teen theme is. The methodological framework consists of three strategic stages in the research, namely the data collection stage, the data analysis stage, and the data analysis result presentation stage. The results obtained from this study are that in the short story "Advice for My Son" by Motinggo Busye, there are topical / ideational themes including topical themes with markings and topical themes with markings, textual themes, and interpersonal themes. The structure of the themes contained in the short story "Advice for my Son" by Motinggo Busye is in accordance with the theme-rema theory, namely the theme is located at the beginning and the unit after the theme is rema.
