Abstract

Wakalah is one of the most frequently used transactions in insurance, mutual funds, and especially Islamic banking. Insurance is one of the economic activities that we often hear about, many of these activities, such as health insurance, education, and etc. This paper uses a literature analysis method by using journals as its primary source. According to Wahbah Zuhaili there is insurance that is allowed to do and there is insurance that is illegal to do. Basically, the purpose of the insurance is having a mutual help. So if the participant does not use the insurance premium they have been paid, this premium will be allocated to others. Until there is a help-seeking action based on sincerity. However, it will be illegal if the purpose of this insurance activity is based solely on profit. Thus, it will create a synergy that will eliminate the benefits. So this insurance being an illegal activity. which is containing five elements, there are riba, gharar, gaban, qimar, and jahalah, which can damage human benefits and harms. Then insurance activity is illegal.

Abstract

Indonesia is still far behind the western countries that have started a lot of studies on the halal business sector. Whereas on the one hand Indonesia is a country with a majority of Muslims, thus obliging most of them to meet their needs with the halal sector. Besides, Indonesia also has many pesantren that become a halal ecosystem indirectly. Many pesantren to meet their needs through various business units that indirectly support and improve the market sector halal in Indonesia. One of the business unit to be studied is a mineral water production business unit named AMIDAS. This research method uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, with inductive descriptive analysis model to put forward the design form of halal supply chain implemented in AMIDAS manufacturer company. The results, as a manufacturer, AMIDAS goes through the whole supply chain procedure. AMIDAS receives plastic bottles, gallons, cartons, and cups from material suppliers from different regions for which they have also had security licenses on the products they produce. Products are received from suppliers by manufacturing, which then stores them in warehouses before producing bottled water for the corporation. AMIDAS distributes the goods to retailer, sub-retailer, and so on after it is completed and ready for marketing. The product  is stored in a clean warehouse and is protected from unclean or unwanted goods, as well as transportation used as well customers purchase goods from retailers after they are resold to sub-retailers dispersed throughout the Ponorogo region and surrounding Javan cities.

Abstract

Mewujudkan keluarga sakinah dalam sebuah rumah tangga bukanlah hal mudah, bahkan tidak sedikit rumah tangga yang retak dan bahkan berujung pada perceraian akibat tidak terwujudnya hak dan kewajiban antara keduanya. Untuk menjembatani hal tersebut maka butuh berpikir jaringan agar sebuah rumah tangga dapat terwujud dengan benar, karena pasangan suami istri pada mulanya adalah unsur lain, dengan adanya akad nikah, hingga keduanya menyatu dalam sebuah ikatan yang sah dan kokoh. Bagaimana upaya mewujudkan keluarga yang harmonis dalam berpikir jaringan? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan keluarga yang harmonis dengan berpikir jaringan, sehingga komunikasi antara keduanya dapat terwujud. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library reseach) dalam bentuk kualitatif, karena penelitian ini akan menggiring pada sebuah analisa yang mendalam dalam berpikir jaringan demi mewujudkan keluarga yang harmonis dan terwujudnya hak dan kewajiban suami istri dengan benar. Keluarga yang harmonis dalam berpikir jaringan adalah upaya menyatukan dua pasangan yang terikat dalam sebuah ikatan suci (mitsaqan ghalidzan) yang mulanya orang lain, sehingga terikat dalam sumpah yang bermartabat yang disaksikan oleh keluarga besar dan para saksi dan ditandai dengan mahar. Keterlibatan orang-orang penting tersebut dalam sebuah akad nikah merupakan sebuah jaringan untuk menyatukan keduanya dan merupakan tanggungjaeab bagi keduanya untuk menjalankan hak dan kewajiban merupakan hal yang mutlak demi keharmonisan.
