Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of the work environment, workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Paparti Pertama. The population in this research were employees of PT. Paparti Pertama, with a total sample 70 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique using the slovin formula. The data collection method uses quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analyze and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the t test, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, workload has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Then based on the f test, the work environment, workload, and work motivation influence employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of PT employees. Fresh Natural Earth Bekasi City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bumi Alam Segar numbered 386 with a sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this research show that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect in partial tests on Employee Performance of 2.504 > 1.99167 and a significance value of 0.014 < 0.05. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect in a partial test on Employee Performance of 4.064 > 1.99167 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) The work environment does not have a positive and significant effect in the partial test on employee performance of 1.912 < 1.99167 and a significance value of 0.060 > 0.05. (4) Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect in a simultaneous test on Employee Performance of 49.707 > 2.72 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and work culture on employee discipline at UMKM Blush Eyewear in Bekasi City. All employees of the company constitute the population of this research. The sampling method used is a saturated sample, where all members of the population are included as samples in the questionnaire distribution. A total of 40 employees participated in this study. This research employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing is conducted using t-tests and F-tests with a 5% significance level. The t-test results show that job satisfaction, work motivation, and work culture have a significant influence on employee discipline. The F-test results also indicate that the three variables, namely job satisfaction, work motivation, and work culture, collectively have an impact on employee discipline.

Abstract

The Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth, Distribution Channels, and Product Innovation on Purchase Interest in Mie Sedaap Products (Study of 2020 Management Study Program Students, Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University). This research was conducted to investigate the impact of electronic word of mouth, distribution channels, and product innovation on purchasing interest in Mie Sedaap products. This research is research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, involving 155 respondents who were Mie Sedaap consumers in the Bhayangkara University area, Jakarta Raya. Data processing and hypothesis testing were analyzed using the SPSS version 26 program. The research results showed that there were variables that influenced each other, as explained below: 1) Electronic Word of Mouth partially had a significant positive effect on purchase intention; 2) Distribution channels partially have a significant positive effect on purchasing interest; 3) product innovation partially has a significant positive effect on purchase intention; 4) Electronic word of mouth, distribution channels and product innovation simultaneously influence purchasing interest.
