Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the leader communication has to the apparaturs in realizing the mission of the institution in IAIN Pekalongan. The method used is a qualitative field with a case study approach. The case study that the author is doing is intrinsic, the research will focus on organizational communication activities carried out by the leader to the apparatus in the IAIN Pekalongan environment. While data collection using sampling with data analysis study is holistic. Holistic analysis is needed by the writer to describe in detail the communications, the context of the communication, and the setting in which the communication takes place. The result of this research is that organizational communication is carried out on the principles of kinship and culture. This concept encourages the realization of harmonious conditions in the staffing environment of IAIN Pekalongan. Cultural principles are realized in the form of Asah, Asih, and Asuh between the leadership and the apparatus under them. These three principles appear in every formal and non-formal activity, including workshops, Trining, FGD, seminars, istighosah, autbond, dies natalis, and others. Meanwhile, the family principle is realized in daily interactions both in the office and outside the office. Organizational communication by the leader to the apparatus in the IAIN Pekalongan environment is able to encourage the realization of the institution's Vision and Mission.

Abstract

Menjadi perempuan di era modern dan tetap teguh melestarikan tradisi ngemblok bukanlah hal yang mudah. Sebab inilah penulis melakukan penelitian di Desa Lodan Kecamatan Sarang dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi para perempuan dalam mengenalkan budayanya kepada masyarakat luas dan publik. Penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif lapangan dengan pendekatan historis, hal ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi dari struktur sejarah baik makna dan praktiknya. Sedangkan dalam penggalian datanya penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi agar data yang diperoleh dapat dengan baik di analisis sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian penulis ialah bahwa perempuan di Desa Lodan Kecamatan Sarang terlebih dahulu sudah hidup dilingkungan Lodan sejak kecil sehingga mengenal tradisi ngemblok pun sudah dari usia dini, lalu dipupuk oleh interaksi-interaski baik tu dalam keluarga ini maupun lingkungan masyarakat. Pemahaman yang diperoleh perempuan baik di dalam maupun di luar Desa Lodan, berakar dari sisi makna dalam setiap praktik di tradisi ngemblok. Makna tersebut menunjukkan bahwa diri seorang perempuan sangat terjaga maarwahnya bukan justru merendahkan. Sehingga para perempuan di Desa Lodan juga memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat luar sesuai dengan pemahaman makna tradisi ngemblok yang telah diperolehnya. Para perempuan di Desa Lodan melakukan komunikasi ialah interpersonal dan antarpersonal dan tidak bersifat memaksa. Tetapi lebih menekankan pemahaman komunikator atas makna dalam praktik tradisi ngemblok.

Abstract

Communication is a core activity in every interaction. Every interaction contains a vision, so does the Prophet Muhammad. as a communicator. Prophetic communication of the Prophet needs to be an example/uswatun hasanah in building ukhuwwah. This study aims to provide an understanding back to the communicator/da'i of the current era about what prophetic communication should be done in facing of the complex conditions in the middle of the communicant. This research is a qualitative library research on hadiths delivered by the Prophet in Medina. While the data collection techniques is documentation and the data analysis used is interpretation. The results of this study shows the prophetic communication built on the personal and communal understanding of communicant, giving rise to the right method and way to build ukhuwwah in Medina. The communication of Rasulullah was carried out clearly, repeating the message of da'wah, and adjusting the capability of the mad'u/communicant faced so that the Islamic community's ukhuwwah was well developed.

Abstract

Being a student in this era of digitalization and the increasingly sophisticated world of telecommunication, presents its own challenges. that's why the author conducted research with the aim of digging deeper into student involvement in the digital era through social media in countering hoax news. The author in this study used the Forum Group Discussion method, which was carried out separately in two groups, namely students and college students. Segregated by gender because to minimize the swaying of opinion. The FGD was conducted on 10 students from four faculties. The data is processed using the Miles Huberman and Saldana data collection, condensation, and presentation models. Meanwhile, to review the validity of the data, the author uses a data triangulation model. The results of the author's research show that 60% of students are classified as very active on social media with an accuracy of 70% of student activities in verifying information on social media. The form of counter-narratives that students do is the first active clarification in their social media channels. Second, students make correct narrations as a form of contradiction to the content of the untrue news that has spread. Third, if students have not been able to make a correct narrative, students prefer not to spread / stop the chain of sharing hoax news in the community.
