Abstract

This study analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats posed by Post Office Malang 65100 to achieve maximum results in services offered by PT. Pos Indonesian, by identifying all the resources and supporting services of PT. Pos Indonesia and analyze the strategic plan that must be done Post Office Malang 65100 in achieving organizational goals that have been specified. The research categorized as qualitative descriptive uses researchers as a key instrument in this study. Data collection techniques used include interview techniques and documentation of archives and other secondary data published by PT. Pos Indonesian.The result of data analysis with external internal matrix has illustrated the position of Post Office Malang 65100 in position of growth and stability and in SWOT quadrant diagram assessed that Post Office Malang 65100 has opportunity and strength which means can support aggressive growth policy so that it is possible that postal service offered can be expanded its market share, especially to start taking into account the growing development of micro, small and medium enterprises as a new market share of postal services. Capacity building of the employees as one of the main elements for the company and inter-institutional cooperation relationships that have been done or will be done need special attention to maximize the performance of Post Office Malang 65100

Abstract

This research was conducted in August 2009. Commodities have certain sugarcane proved good prospects for sugar prices from year to year continue to increase. This is expected to have a balance between sugarcane farmers' income with the increase in sugar prices. In general, the purpose of this study was to test how much influence the supply price policy, quality of services and facilities conducted by the New Krebet PG for sugarcane farmers around South Malang Regency. Results showed that the policy affects the supply price of sugarcane farmers and the loyalty of service quality did not provide a positive impact on the loyalty of sugarcane farmers. This research hopes to PG policy New Krebet always siding with the interests and the fate of sugarcane farmers and factory environments around the intertwined relationships of a harmonious partnership between sugar cane farmers by the factory.

Abstract

Pemberlakuan perdagangan bebas ACFTA menjadikan Asia Tenggara sebagai potensi pasar yang sangat besar, selain itu juga sebagai potensi produksi yang juga cukup besar, sehingga banyak pengusaha ataupun investor untuk menanamkan modalnya di wilayah yang sedang tumbuh dan berkembang ini. Kunci sukses perusahaan di dalam memenangkan persaingan salah satunya adalah dengan cara melakukan kegiatan usahanya dekat dengan pasar dan mengembangkan/melakukan inovasi produk baru atau NPD.  Analisis konseptual ini khususnya memberikan penjelasan tentang sebuah produk bukan jasa, bagaimana produk baru tersebut berproses dan berkembang, dan bagaimana inovasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan manufaktur pada produk yang dikembangkannya dan alasan-alasan mengapa perlu dilakukannya pengembangan produk baru dan inovasi produk

Abstract

 This study aims to identify the characteristics and influence of the Self Efficacy, Social Influence, and Performance Expectancy variables on Behavioral Intention on MSME GO Online at Ngalup.co program in Malang City by utilizing the Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending Platform. This research is classified as an explanatory research, which is scientific research conducted to explain the relationship between the variables studied through hypothesis testing. Additionally, this study utilizes a quantitative form with the aim of examining the factors that influence the use of P2P Lending of Go Online Program at Ngalup.co. The TCR value falls into the high category which means that MSMEs who are members of the Ngalup.co Program in Malang City is classified as high. This means that respondents expect the use of the P2P lending system to produce output and increase work productivity. This study concludes that the respondents have the view regarding online loans as a promising platform for accessing capital for MSME businesses. Several cases indicate that online loans provide lower interest rates and risks, thus MSME business players are greatly assisted by low installments and interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan tiga variabel yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Pengaruh kualitas informasi sebagai mediasi dari kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna Core Banking System (CBS) pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh langsung antara kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna CBS. Responden adalah karyawan BPR sebagai pengguna CBS bernama Assist-BPR.NET di wilayah Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan bagian operasional dari 10 BPR di Malang yang menggunakan CBS Assist-BPR.NET. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sensus dengan menggunakan seluruh jumlah populasi sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis menggunakan Teknik regresi linier dengan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi sebagai variabel mediasi dapat memediasi variabel kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jtmi.v5i2.3648

Abstract

Purpose analyze and retest the technology use and acceptance model proposed by Venkatesh et al. (2003) where there are four main variables that affect user intention and user behavior in using information technology. Methodology this study uses a quantitative method, and data obtained using questionnaires. Sampling uses survey techniques with a total sample of 50 employees of the Tourism and Culture Office of Malang Regency. The analysis technique in processing data uses the SPSS program. Research findings this study shows that in the technology acceptance model, user intention and user behavior can be influenced by four variables such as performance, effort, social influence, and supporting conditions. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jtmi.v6i1.4156

Abstract

The Regional Government Information System (SIPD in Bahasa) is a management information system that is used to administer, document, and process regional development data into information. It serves to make decisions, and policies and build a unified database. The data is integrated from district/city, provincial and national levels. This study uses path analysis with a total sample of 43 employees. In the research, the coefficient value of the System Quality variable on User Satisfaction has a direct effect of 0.414. The Information Quality variable on User Satisfaction has a direct effect of 0.352. The System Quality variable on Employee Performance has a direct influence of 0.229. The variable Information Quality on Employee Performance has a direct effect of 0.449. Furthermore, the influence of System Quality on Employee Performance through User Satisfaction has an indirect effect of 0.186 with a total amount of 0.415. The influence of Information Quality on Employee Performance through User Satisfaction has an indirect effect of 0.158 with a total amount of 0.610.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze the effect of the quality of human resource information systems, training and development, and work discipline on employee performance. The technique of analysis uses a linear regression analysis. The population of this sample was 116 workers. The findings have shown the quality of human resource information systems and training and development will enhance the discipline of work. This ensures that the quality of human resource systems accompanied by the seriousness of the workers in training and development will strengthen work discipline. Therefore, the quality of human resource information systems and training development will enhance the employee performance. Moreover, the work discipline mediates the impact of the quality of human resources information system as well as training and development on employee performance.
