Abstract

This article titled is equipment load factor on cargo ship LCT type by taking a case study on Lestari Abadi ship03, the study aims to predict electric consumption calculation of LCT ship’s type which concerning with thenumber and type of generator; effective and efficience power consumption, safe and effective electric instalationand existing panel. So, minimum required output electric installed to Kapal Lestari Abadi 03 has to 150KW, asspecification performed by caterpillar C9TA 150KW, 188KVA, 1500rpm, 50Hz and 0.8.

Abstract

[Title: Study on Painting Repair of Hull Ship (Case Study of KM. Kirana 3)] Regular and scheduled maintenance are important things to make sure any ships could work and sail properly. So the main purpose to carry peoples or deliver the goods can be run smoothly. Painting is one of that items. It can protect the body or their parts from rust attack, in common word, corrosion. Estimating the paints consumption upon maintenances are very useful for ship owners, project owners neither shipyards. Upon ship KM. Kirana’s hull reparation, an analysis process can calculate the estimation of her paints consumption: For hull paint reparation of KM Kirana 3, it needed estimated 8 cane (20 liter) for bottom painting, 13 canes for bottom top, 42 canes for topside and 6 canes for weather and upper deck.

Abstract

Zulfaidah Ariany, A Hendra, Samual Febriary, in this paper explain that LEGUNDI is a Passanger Ship which has a Surabaya - Lombok shipping route capable of transporting passengers and vehicles in relatively large numbers. Research Minimum Service Standards (SPM) and Lasing System on Ro-Ro Ship for Marine Transportation Safety is aimed to know about Minimum Service Standards (SPM) and how to handle the Lasing system on Ro-Ro KMP LEGUNDY. The reference used is Minister of Transportation Regulation no 30 of 2016 regarding minimum service standard. The analysis used is simulation of shear load calculation on vehicle in Car Deck so get output layout of vehicle parking layout. The result of simulation of the calculation got the total load when the car shifted 35,5 KN then it can be suggested using breaking strength: 60 kN (6 ton) and Weight 0.35 kg based on Break Load Capacity Table for Chain Lasingbe typed in one paragraph and one-column format.

Abstract

Zulfaidah Ariany, in this paper explain that fire ship at sea is a dangerous thing, both on the ship itself or on its passengers. Crew boat had put out the fire without the help of other collateral. Without a good extinguishing system will certainly result in damage to the ship and would endanger the safety of the soul crew and passenger ships.Ship fire safety research conducted by various parties including government organizations and non governmental organizations and academic institutions related to fire safety aspects of shipping and ship.The need for revision of regulations that have been enacted sail for this through the provision of research. Research conducted to gain understanding of the dangers that may occur on the ship, and a good method for controlling and extinguishing the fire. Abstract

Considering the risk faced in the side launching, limited land from the shipyard so that required calculation and analysis in the implementation of the launching. The purpose of this research is analyzes and counting ballast (a counterweight ) used in a river boat lct 200 GT on the launching of sideways ( side launching ) so that safe and floats can be perfect in water, as nown that the launching of is one of the stages important in the development process the new vessel which have prepared to be operated, formerly preceded by stage first cutting plate ( cutting first steel plate ) and the keel laying ( laying ) keel of a ship. Before the handover of a vessel is carried, a ship will had some sea trial. The results of this research is scientific publication in national journal , as a input for the shipyard to implement the launch sideways safe as well as the basis for students and teachers included in matter basic lecture subjects of case in point in lecture the theory ship building.

Abstract

Informasi geospasial merupakan aspek keruangan yang dapat menunjukan, lokasi, bentuk, letak dan lokasi suatu obyek yang berada dipermukaan bumi dalam suatu sistem koordinat referensi tertentu.. Informasi geospasial merupakan suatu data yang dapat digunakan berbagai keperluaan seperti perencanaan, pengambilan keputusan, penanganan bencana dan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan ruang kebumian. Data geospasial yang disajikan secara digital dapat menghindari permasalahan mengenai ketidaksinkronan antar data spasial dan atribut. Data geospasial yang akurat dan terbarukan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung pembangunan desa. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya data geospasial dalam pembangunan di berbagai sektor sehingga IG harus ada jaminan mengenai kemutakhiran dan keakuratan untuk menghindari adanya kekeliruan, kesalahan dan tumpeng tindih informasi yang dapat berakibat pada ketidakpastian hukum dan tidak efektif informasi yang ada. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas informasi geospasial yang terdapat di Desa Karanganyar. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemaparan materi, pelatihan dan diskusi. Peserta pelatihan adalah perangkat Desa Karanganyar. Peserta sangat antusias dalam pelatihan karena memberikan pemahaman informasi geospasial untuk menunjang pembangunan desa. Berbagai manfaat dapat dirasakan masyarakat secara umum dengan adanya data geospasial yang terbaru dan akurat meliputi informasi dapat mudah diperoleh dan akses perolehan data mudah diperoleh. Desa Karanganyar diharapkan menjadi contoh untuk desa lain di Kecamatan Pagerbarang untuk meningkatkan kualitas data geospasial.Kata kunci : Desa Karanganyar, Informasi Geospasial dan Perangkat Desa

Abstract

FSO (Floating Storage & Offloading), is a floating / ship building that is used as a place to store crude oil. This crude oil is usually from FPS or FPU which is transferred to the FSO through a submerged turret loading (STL) system, then exported/offloaded to the tanker shelter through flexible hoses on the back of the FSO. The existence of FSO greatly benefits the oil industry, since it can be placed as close to the drilling area which is generally offshore. The method of loading ships that arrive can be done in various ways, including STS (ship to ship), Tandem (stern mooring), and SPM (single point mooring). A ship used to store oil is only referred to as a floating storage and offloading vessel (FSO). The results of the analysis show that the efficiency of pump usage has an effect on the fluid flow rate, it’s evident from the use of pumps to move crude oil in a pipeline resulting in an image with the highest stress value reaching 89 Pa at an efficiency value of 98%. criteria for safety factors that are allowed.

Abstract

Material yang paling dominan dalam pembuatan kapal ikan adalah kayu. Sebagai daerah sentra pembuatan kapal ikan, Kabupaten Batang memiliki potensi untuk mendirikan galangan kapal ikan. Mayoritas penduduk di Kecamatan Karangasem bekerja sebagai nelayan. Untuk itu, perlu adanya suatu penyuluhan mengenai teknik pembuatan kapal ikan dengan kayu laminasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan gambaran berupa metode pembuatan kapal ikan dengan teknik laminasi, memberikan masukan kepada para pekerja di galangan kapal kayu tentang keselamatan kerja selama proses pembuatan kapal, memberikan pengetahuan kepada para pekerja dan warga setempat tentang aplikasi penggunaan metode laminasi dalam pembuatan kapal ikan. Hasil yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pengetahuan tepat guna yang diimplementasikan dalam masyarakat, publikasi pada media jurnal mengenai kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang pembuatan kapal ikan berbahan kayu dengan teknik laminasi.
