Abstract

Pasien pendertita kanker payudara akan mengalami perubahan fisik, psikologis (seperti tingkat depresi dan kecemasan), fungsi sosial, seksual serta aktifitas sehari-hari. sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup atau quality of life (QOL) penderita. Akan tetapi dengan adanya Perawatan paliatif yang baik diharapkan mampu merubah kualitas hidup pasien kanker menjadi lebih baik. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perawatan paliatif dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina YW-UMI Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. pengambilan sampel dalam penelitain ini adalah purposive sampling dengan besar sampel sebanyak 43 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perawatan paliatif dengan kualitas hidup baik yaitu 26 pasien (83,9%) dan yang memiliki perawatan paliatif dengan kualitas hidup kurang baik 5 pasien (16,1%) sedangkan yang memiliki perawatan palitif dengan kualitas hidup cukup baik 3 pasien (30,0%) dan yang memiliki perawatan paliatif dengan kualitas hidup kurang baik 7 pasien (70,0%) sedangkan perawatan paliatif dengan kualitas hidup Baik 0 pasien (0,0%) dan yang memiliki perawatan paliatif dengan kualitas hidup kurang baik 2 pasien (4,7%). Hasil uji statistik Chi Square diperoleh nilai probabilitas (p value =0,001. Sehigga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara perawatan paliatif dengan kualitas hidup pada kualitas hidup pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina YW-UMI Makassar.

Abstract

Students who experience stress can have a positive or negative impact. An increase in the amount of academic stress will reduce academic ability which affects the achievement index. Even those that are considered too heavy can trigger memory problems, concentration, decreased problem-solving abilities, and academic abilities. This study aims to determine the influence of external and internal factors on stress levels in fourth semester nursing students. This type of research is an analytic survey research, which is to identify the influence of internal and external factors on stress levels on nursing students. The research design used is a cooperative research design (cross sectional). The sample in this study was all prigravida maternity mothers with a total of 54 respondents. The relationship test was carried out using the Regression test with a significance level (α) of 0.05. Regression test results p = 0.000, which means the p value is smaller than the value (α) 0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Interpretation of the influence of internal and external factors on stress levels in fourth semester nursing students. With this study, it can be concluded, UMI nursing students in semester IV at the Indonesian Muslim University, where students who experience stress caused by internal factors get 27 students (i) (50.0%) who experience severe stress levels, while 17 students (i) (31.5%) who experienced moderate stress. internal factors obtained 29 students (i) (53.7%) who experienced severe stress levels, while 17 students (i) (31.5%) experienced moderate stress.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase teacher creativity in teaching quality comprehensively, so that teachers provide more space for independence based on the needs and achievements of early childhood, because independent play in early childhood education is learning by emphasizing play and exploring something with joy. , fun and cheerful. The research subjects were PAUD teachers in the Purwasari village area, Dramaga sub-district, Bogor district, namely Mentari PAUD totaling 5 people and Nurul Hikmah PAUD totaling 5 people. Data collection techniques used observation, giving questionnaires and in-depth interviews ((deep interviews). The results showed that creativity was not maximized due to a lack of understanding of the substance of the regulations on PAUD, and a teacher must always be explored and learn to adapt to needs. Developing imagination power as well as providing closeness to early childhood.
