Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Batuan, Kabupaten Sumenep dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk mengetahui gambaran kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Batuan Kabupaten Sumenep, 2). Untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Batuan, Kabupaten Sumenep, 3). Untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Batuan Kabupaten Sumenep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Secara parsial kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Batuan Kabupaten Sumenep, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung masing-masing variabel bebas yaitu: kepemimpinan transformasional nilai t hitung sebesar 5,498 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,02. , nilai t motivasi sebesar 2,042 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,04, dan lingkungan kerja nilai t sebesar 0,043 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,01 (kurang dari 0,05). Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa semua variabel bebas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Batuan Kabupaten Sumenep; 2) Secara simultan kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 1,686 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 (kurang dari 0,05); 3) Serta variabel kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang sangat dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Batuan Kabupaten Sumenep.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the training conditions, organizational culture, motivation and performance of employees in Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City. To test and analyze the effect of training and organizational culture on employee motivation. To test and analyze the direct effect of training, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance. To test and analyze the indirect effect of training and organizational culture on performance through the motivation of employees of the Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City. This type of research is explanatory research. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Panggungrejo District Office, Pasuruan City, totaling 44 people. As for the sample in this study amounted to 44 people. The research sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sample. Data analysis was performed by path analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique using SmartPLS software. The results of the study can be concluded that Performance, Training, Organizational Culture in the Panggungrejo District Office, Pasuruan City are in the very high category while work motivation is in the high category. Training has a significant effect on employee motivation. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee motivation. Training directly has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture has no direct significant effect on Employee Performance. Work motivation directly has a significant effect on employee performance. Training indirectly has a significant effect on performance through employee motivation. Training indirectly has a significant effect on performance through employee motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of leadership, communication, motivation and job satisfaction of employees in Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City, and to determine and examine the direct and indirect effects of leadership and communication on job satisfaction through employee motivation in Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach in this research is quantitative, the population of this research is all employees of Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City, totaling 46 people. The sample is 44 people with total sampling technique. In this study, data analysis used SEM and PLS software. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership, communication, motivation and job satisfaction of employees in Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City are in the high category. Leadership has a significant positive influence on employee motivation. Communication has a significant positive effect on employee motivation. Leadership has an insignificant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Communication has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Communication has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.
