Abstract

Social network analysis (SNA) examines the relationship of nodes in the graph. This study uses Hadoop technology with the use of clustering method (High-Performance Cluster) and 5 SNA parameters on hoax topic, by manipulating the iteration and assign the value of t-max on Gephi tools. Based on 1 month of observations, the authors found 18 days where keyword hoax became the trending topic on Twitter. This means 58% of Twitters users are more often talk about hoaxes. Intact-group comparison experiments are applied to Twitter data that will be grouped into 2 groups (controls and experiments). The authors were able to get data as much as 16,400 data during data gathering phase. Variable changes were performed in the experiment group. The addition of iteration from 100 to 200, which increase the value of degree centrality from 3601 to 5070 or about 40.79%. Assignment of t-max from none to 60s increases 33.33% of the clusters formed in the graph. The authors used the Intact-Group Comparison Method consisting of 7 research steps: Design Selection, Determination of Representative Sample, Instrumentation, Implementation of Experiment, Data Collection and Analysis, Data Interpretation and Analysis, and Experiment Conclusions.With the result of clusters increased from 3 to 4 clusters. This research can be developed using True Experiment Design and the addition of Sentiment Analysis.

Abstract

Testing is the essential process to make sure and guarantee the functionality and quality of a software based on several parameters and metrics. There are many kinds of testing, unit testing, functional testing, regression testing, etc. But for functional testing itself, testers have to options, manual testing or automation testing using test scripts, but due to market’s demand for stability and effetivity of software, it is not possible through manual testing, testers prefer to do automation testing. To do automation testing in a software, testers need software testing tool or test automation framework to execute test to make it more effective and fast, there are some parameters that it takes to measure how good a software testing tool compare to another software testing tools. One of the parameters is Tool Usability. In this research paper, authors will discuss and compare software testing tools based on their platforms using Tool Usability Metrics, and decide which the best software testing tool in each platforms based on Tool Usability Metrics.

Abstract

Plants are an important part of the cycle of life, but often overlooked by human existence. Lots of plants are on the verge of extinction so it is difficult to see their figures. Many efforts have been done by agencies to preserve the rare plant. With the 3-dimensional visualization that replaces the figures of the ungrowing plants, the authors intend to make a 3D prototype application of rare plant encyclopedia. The goal is to simplify the users, especially visitors of Plant Conservation Center Library to see 3-dimensional model of rare plants. Theapplication is created through several stages of research, including field observations and interviews, library research, and related researches. Vaughan multimedia development is implemented for system development which has 4 stages. First is planning by searching target audiences, and making design concept of and navigation concept. Next is design and production phase using 5 activities such as storyboard, flowchart, interface design, content search and production. Alpha and Beta testing is used as the testing phase. The last isthe multiplication and distribution phase of application deployment. This application can allow users to search for information about the world of plants. For further development of the process, the application is expected torun in a web-based media to be accessible by public.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan masalah yang dihadapi setiap daerah, banyak upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan diantaranya meningkatkan belanja tidak langsung agar masyarakat semakin sejahtera, serta meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung pendapatan asli daerah dan belanja tidak langsung terhadap kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Bali. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi non partisipan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Path analysis merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan uji sobel untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan PAD memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi namun belanja tidak langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. PAD dan pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan namun belanja tidak langsung tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemiskinan. pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan variabel mediasi dalam pengaruh belanja tidak langsung terhadap kemiskinan namun pertumbuhan ekonomi bukan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam pengaruh belanja tidak langsung terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

The number of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the field of screen printing and convection that use websites in marketing is one of them CV. Ini Sablon. but in the production process there are obstacles in working on orders that come to be done first in accordance with predetermined criteria, namely deadlines, number of orders, design, profit, and availability of goods. The use of Decision Support System (DSS) aims to provide recommendations to owners of screen printing companies. This study uses the SMART method to weight the criteria and the TOPSIS method for product selection. This system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the study were a screen printing production priority website with the best final value of 0.62 and the worst final value of 0.35 with the level of accuracy between manual and system calculations reaching 100%. In this study the criteria cannot be updated, it is expected that further research criteria can be updated and use a combination of methods that have not been done.

Abstract

Semarang regency labor issues today is the lack of quality labor that it has. BLK Semarang Regency is a technical executive unit of labor office which has task in the area of labor training. This research aims find out UPTD BLK’s performance in running the competency based training. The method used in the research is the qualitative descriptive type. Indicators used to assess performance are productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The results showed that the performance of the UPTD BLK of the Labor Office in running a competency based training program was not optimal, there were still some problems with indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, and accountability,only indicators of responbility that had gone well. The factors that inhibit the performance of UPTD BLK covering human resources and infrastructure. Related to effort of improving UPTD BLK’s performance in running the competency based training, researcher’s recommendations are to add the amount of classrom, to establish cooperation with company to distribute BLK’s graduates, to complete facilities in dormitory, to socialize thoroughly in Semarang district, and to update information displayed on the website.

Abstract

Flood disaster is very common, especially in Jakarta City. One way to control water debit is to create a dam or reservoir. In each reservoir there is a water gate which serves to dispose of unwanted water gradually or continuously according to the water volume present in the dam. The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Jakarta City needed a system that can monitor any existing water gates of the reservoir, this is to facilitate water gate inspectors to provide information. By using firebase cloud messaging technology that will be applied in the application of push-based android water doors. The application will provide notification and water gate data in real time, making it easier for users to get data in real time. Firebase Cloud Messaging is a cross platform solution that allows you to send messages reliably at no cost. In addition, the use of API as a processing medium to pull data from the web BPBD, optimize its function to mobile android. BPBD as the agency that tackling the disaster can know the state of the environment quickly and accurately. Applications created not only made for BPBD only but the general public can also to know the condition of the water gate. In addition, there are also ways of handling floods and what to do at each level of water level.For the next, this application can add other technollgy also IoT technology.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is an important and emerging research topic today. Sentiment analysis is done to see opinion or tendency of opinion to a problem or object by someone, whether it tends to have a negative or positive view. The main purpose of this study is to find out public sentiment on Full Day school's policy comment from Facebook Page of Kemendikbud RI and to find out the performance of the Naïve Bayes Classifier Algorithm. In this study, the authors used the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm with trigram and quad ram character feature selection with two different training data models and labeling of training data using Lexicon Based method in the classification of public sentiment toward the Full day school policy. The result of this research shows that public negative sentiment toward Full Day School policy is more than positive or neutral sentiment. The highest accuracy value is the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm with trigram feature selection of 300 data training models with a value of 80%. The greater of training data and feature selection used on the Naïve Bayes Classifier Algorithm affected the accurate result.
