Abstract

Laju pertumbuhan penduduk di Jawa Barat lebih tinggi dari laju pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia. Laju pertumbuhan penduduk tersebut dapat dikendalikan dengan program  Keluarga Berencana (KB). Metode KB yang  terbukti  efektif dan sedikit efek samping adalah metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (MKJP). Cakupan MKJP di Kecamatan Purwadadi rendah (17,83%), padahal cakupan pengguna MKJP di Kabupaten Subang sudah melampaui target yang ditetapkan pemerintah (25%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh  PUS di Kecamatan Purwadadi yang  menjadi  akseptor KB. Sedangkan sampel  dihitung dengan rumus Lemeshow berjumlah 213 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung melalui wawancara terstruktur . Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Random Sampling.  Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Regresi Logistik Ganda. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan MKJP adalah usia,  paritas, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan dan akses pelayanan KB (p<0,05). Sedangkan faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan MKJP adalah paritas  (OR=6.758), faktor lain yang berhubungan secara signifikan adalah usia (OR=3,607), pendidikan (OR=3.476), pengetahuan (OR=3.173), pekerjaan (OR=2.973) dan akses pelayanan KB  (OR=2.846). Faktor dominan dalam  pemilihan metode  kontrasepsi jangka panjang adalah paritas, sedangkan pengetahuan  merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh setelah dikontrol oleh variabel usia, pendidikan, akses pelayanan KB dan pekerjaan. Sehingga paritas yang berisiko dapat dikendalikan dengan pengetahuan yang baik tentang KB,  maka akan sangat bijaksana jika tenaga kesehatan difasilitasi dengan pelatihan  dan program berkelanjutan khususnya tentang KB.

Abstract

Administration   Section  Fisip   Undip  was  one  part   of conducting both administrative and academic, so itwas expected to assist the implementation of Tri Dhanna of Higher Education to effectively and efficiently.   The  problems   were   believed   to  often   occur   in  the administration Fisip Undip include the uneven work load, duplication / twinningfonn,  the existence of role ambiguity The things that allegedly led to less optimal effectiveness of employee activity was Good work was less clear, so often overlapping, supervision was less intense and less than optimal and less communication were good, especially the external / with stakholder, then the problem was fonnulated  "not optimal effectiveness of existing employees at the Administration Fisip Diponegoro  University, Semarang" . The purpose  of the studed  to determine the effectiveness of employee  activity,  work  procedures,  supervision  and  administration section Fisip Undip communications and test the hypothesis among the variables. The theory used was the theory about the effectiveness of the Steers that the effectiveness of employee activity was the attitude or the general condition of someone who was positive about organizational life and  there were 4 factors  that also contribute  to the final  success of an organization  including: organizational  characteristics,  environmental characteristics,   worker   characteristics,   policies   and   management practices.   The  results  showed   that:  The  effectiveness  of  employees working in the administration Fisip Undip could say was good.

Abstract

The analysis of oranization performance of Local Staffing Agency of Distric of Kendal is effected by an existence of the lack of discipline around there. For example there is a employee who come late to office and sometime there are also some employees who do not stay in their room during working hours. This research uses qualitatif method that means all the data are explained by description. The place of research is in Local Staffing Agency of Distric of Kendal. The data is gathered from doing some interviewes. The primary data gathers from some informants. Another data are gathered from some documentations. The choosing of informant is done by using purposive sampling. To ensure the quality of data the researcher uses triangulation technique. Based on Dwiyanto (2002) there are five phenomenons that affect the organization performance, that are productivity, the quality of service, responsivity, responsibility and acuntability. Whereas there are two factors that affect the organization performance of Local Staffing Agency of District of Kendal that are human resourches factor and facility and also infrastructur factor. The performance of organization of Local Staffing Agency of Distric of Kendal basically is good, but there are some things that need to be grown up. The factors that affect the performance are; there are some employees who are lazy and there are also some employees who do not fluent yet in using the computer. The recomendation that given by writer are (1) all of employees have to keep the teamwork; (2) all of employees have to increase the dicipline toward working hors; (3) the leader of local staffing agency have to minimalize in giving the task suddenly; (4) the local staffing agency of district kendal have to give the employee a computer training; (5) the employee have to keep the motivation in working.

Abstract

Tourism is currently the highest foreign exchange contributor sector. Indonesia is trying to maximize tourism development. Therefore, the Department of Tourism and Culture of Jepara as a tourism activist in Jepara is increasing tourism in Jepara. But there are still a number of problems that have not maximum. This study to analyze organizational performance and performance supporting factors. The assessment conducted with research the performance indicators that writer is use which are performance indicators, Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability. While the supporting factors of work were assessed from human resources and infrastructure. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method by describing the findings in the field and interview. Based on the research, the performance Department of Tourism and Culture of Jepara was not optimal. It is proven by the problems that exist in all performance indicators and supporting factors that are still not optimal, so that the organization achieves performance that is not optimal and needs improvement.

Abstract

E-government is the use of information and communication technology to support government activities. In this context, the existence of e-government is needed to meet the demands of society to create clean, transparent government, and able to answer the demands of society quickly, accurately, effectively and efficiently. The e-Government development in Kendal District is a government program to increase transparency, accountability and public services. The low quality of e-government results in Kendal Regency is one of the main issues that will be solved by researchers using qualitative research methods, with emphasis on qualitative-verification design. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of e-government and the factors inhibiting e-government in Kendal District. To find out how far the development of e-government in Kendal District in this study using the results of research and research from Hardvard JFK School of Government yaiu successful elements that include support, capacity, and value. The results of observations and interviews with some informants indicate that the development of e-government in Kendal Regency has been running well. The development of e-government in Kendal is also hampered by several factors such as human resources and infrastructure so that Kendal regency government needs to improve human resources and infrastructure infrastructure to support the success of e-government development in Kendal Regency.

Abstract

Public service, one of duties and responsibilities of a government, establishes to advance rights of peoples to get the best quality service in their society. To obtain the quality service, it needs more actions to create innovations as applied by Population and Civil Registration Agency of Semarang Regency, which makes an integrated public service of 6in1 on marriage certificate. This study aims to analyze an integrated public service of 6in1 on marriage certificate attributes and to identify the factors supporting the innovation. The writer uses qualitative descriptive research method to process the data and Rogers' diffusion of innovation theory, which has five attributes of innovations including relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trial ability and, observability. The result indicates that an integrated public service of 6in1 on marriage certificate has fulfilled four of five innovations attributes, which are relative advantage; compatibility; trial ability and; observability, missed for complexity. These innovations have supporting factors that are organizational, culture, human, organized pressure to obtain the quality. Related to human resources, the writer suggests to decrease the main duties of employees so that it can avoid employees, who have double jobs. Besides, they should have an ability to distribute the jobs, so they can produce the best responsibilities, especially in managing marriage certificate.

Abstract

Puskesmas Bandarharjo as one of a government agency that provide services to the public can be considered qualified if it is to provide services fast, right and true to his customers.This research using a design or descriptive quantitative research design that is mixed between qualitative with quantitative to measure public satisfaction towards Bandarharjo health center services at Semarang. Samples taken by accidental sampling with a sample of 150 respondents using the Public Satisfaction Index (HPI).The results showed that the overall performance quality of service to the community health center service users can be categorized GOOD Bandarharjo in Semarang with the acquisition of community satisfaction index of 74.30 is within the interval from 62.51 to 81.25 so it can be concluded that the service quality at Puskesmas Bandarharjo is GOOD service based on the calculation method used Customer Satisfaction Index by Cartesius diagram. Out of the 14 indicators being measured there are three performance indicators are not good, there are indicators of officer discipline, politeness and friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the environment . This research was conducted to answer two main problems, namely the measurement of service quality to the community health center Bandarharjo using HPI and dimensions of HPI that inhibits people's satisfaction with health services provided Bandarharjo health center.

Abstract

Public demand for public services in the field of higher education is increasing, so that universities are competing improve its quality. One way in which the Faculty of Social and Political Science is the building of capacity in educational institutions at institutional level. The observation, document study and interviews with several informants indicate that the development of the capacity of educational institutions at institutional level in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences when viewed from the existing dimensions, so it still needs to be improved to increase competitiveness in the global world.

Abstract

Pertambahan penduduk yang pesat memberikan implikasi pada tekanan terhadap pemanfaatan lahan. Menurunnya kualitas dan kuantitas ruang terbuka publik yang telah mengakibatkan menurunnya kualitas lingkungan. Untuk membangun lingkungan masyarakat yang sejahtera dan berkelanjutan serta mengajak semua pihak berpartisipasi menjaga sumber daya alam yang ada dengan melakukan penataan ruang terbuk hijau.Untuk mendukung Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Kendal maka pemerintah Kabupaten Kendal menyediakan lahan pertanian lestari seluas 22 ribu hektar. Pemanfaatan Ruang Terbuka Hijau mengamanatkan luas minimal sebesar 30 % dari total luas wilayah kota yang terdiri dari 20 % RTH Publik dan 10 % RTH Privat. Kabupaten Kendal sendiri baru berhasil melakukan penataan RTH seluas 121.914,53m² dari total luas wilayah, yaitu 1.002, 23km². Dari data tersebut diketahui bahwa jumlah ruang terbuka hijau di Kabupaten Kendal masih kurang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen dalam penataan ruang terbuka hijau serta untuk mengetahui peluang dan hambatan penataan ruang terbuka hijau di Kabupaten Kendal.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen penataan ruang terbuka hijau belum menunjukan hasil yang baik, dimana pada tahap perencanaan pemkab Kendal belum memiliki perda sendiri sebagai pedoman penataan ruang terbuka hijau, pada tahap pengarahan Standard Operating Procedure belum terlaksana dengan baik. Kemudian pada tahap pengawasan pun, untuk pemberian insentif dan disinsentif belum berjalan seperti sebagaimana mestinya. Hambatan seperti minimnya dana, sarana dan prasarana, serta sumber daya manusia menyebabkan penataan ruang terbuka hijau menjadi kurang maksimal.Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah pembuatan perda sebagai pedoman dan payung hukum penataan ruang terbuka hijau di Kabupaten Kendal, pemenuhan Standard Operating Procedure, menambah jumlah tenaga ahli dalampenataan ruang terbuka hijau, pemberian insentif dan disinsentif, pemenuhan sarana serta prasarana untuk mendukung penataan ruang terbuka hijau di Kabupaten Kendal.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Strategi Pengembangan Industri Kecil Menengah di DinasKoperasi, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan KotaTegal bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi Dinas Koperasi, UMKM,Perindustrian dan Perdagangan di Kota Tegal, menganalisis faktor pendorong danpenghambat dalam pengembangan industri kecil menengah, menilai ataumengevaluasi strategi yang telah ditetapkan oleh Dinas Koperasi, UMKM,Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Tegal dalam mengembangkan industri kecilmenengah, serta untuk memberikan saran dan masukan terhadap strategi yang telahditerapkan oleh Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Tegalagar lebih optimal.Fokus penelitian ini mengenai strategi pengembangan industri kecilmenengah di Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Tegal.Informan yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu pihak Dinas Koperasi,UMKM, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Tegal, pelaku dan tenaga kerja industrikecil menengah, serta masyarakat sekitar daerah industri kecil menengah. Penentuaninforman tersebut menggunakan teknik snowballing.Proses analisis yang dilakukan diawali dengan identifikasi lingkungan internaldan eksternal berdasarkan Renstra Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perindag Kota Tegal danhasil wawancara untuk melihat kelemahan, kekuatan, peluang, dan ancaman dalampengembangan industri kecil menengah di Kota Tegal. Dari identifikasi lingkunganstrategis itu ditemukanlah isu-isu strategi yang selanjutnya disebut sebagai SO, ST,WO, dan WT. Langkah selanjutnya yaitu mengevaluasi atau menilai program ataustrategi yang telah disusun oleh Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perindag Kota Tegalberdasarkan hasil wawancara di lapangan dengan menggunakan tes litmus untukmenentukan tingkat kestrategisan program yang telah disusun. Sehingga diperolehpenetapan strategi pengembangan industri kecil menengah sebagai usaha intensifikasipelaksanaan program Renstra yang dapat diterapkan di Kota Tegal.
