Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the direct and indirect influence of relocation, infrastructure and Islamic business ethics variables on consumer decisions at Pasar Baru Mandailing Natal Regency with consumer behavior as an intervening variable. This research method uses a quantitative approach with pathways and uses the SPSS version 22 program. This research uses a questionnaire with a sample of 400 respondents. The research results show that relocation partially influences consumer decisions, infrastructure does not partially influence consumer decisions, and Islamic business ethics partially influences consumer decisions. Furthermore, relocation, infrastructure and Islamic business ethics partially influence consumer behavior. From the results of the significance test, it was found that relocation had a significant and real effect on consumer decisions through consumer behavior. And for the infrastructure variable, Islamic business ethics also significantly influences consumer decisions through consumer behavior with a confidence level of 95% or an error rate of 5%.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi sudah dirasakan hampir seluruh ummat manusia dimuka bumi terkhusus Indonesia hasil revolusi Industry 4.0 dan Social 5.0 menjadi sentrum dalam menjalankan kegiatan politik, ekonomi, sosial, bahkan dalam lingkungan Pendidikan. crowdfunding adalah jenis penggalangan dana yang bersumber dari banyak investor melalui platform berbasis online partisipatif yang dimaksudkan untuk membiayai usaha yang terdaftar di platform tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan oleh peneliti, dapat diambil lesimpulan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perkembangan fintech peer to peer lending dan crowdfunding di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan.

Abstract

Pinjaman online ilegal telah menjadi masalah yang meresahkan masyarakat, terutama dalam konteks ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bahaya pinjaman online ilegal dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan kualitatif berdasarkan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pinjaman online ilegal dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif yang signifikan, seperti tingginya tingkat bunga, praktik pemindaian yang tidak etis, dan potensi pelanggaran prinsip ekonomi syariah. Oleh karena itu, perlindungan konsumen dan penegakan hukum terhadap pinjaman online ilegal perlu diperkuat dalam kerangka ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam upaya mitigasi bahaya pinjaman online ilegal dan pengembangan sistem keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah.

Abstract

Currently, non-cash payment instruments are increasingly in demand because they make it easier for the public to make them more effective and efficient than using conventional payment instruments. Cashless society is a financial transaction by means of electronic payments in economic activities as a substitute for cash payments. A cashless society has the same goal in carrying out financial transactions using debit, credit or electronic methods that can be accessed via gadgets to make it easier for consumers. We can also feel the development of technology that continues to advance to facilitate people's lives in terms of transactions. This research uses quantitative methods. The results show that variable X, namely panic buying and cashless payments, has a significant effect on variable Y, namely the level of consumption. Abstract

This is a new author's manual and a template for Resligion Education Social Laa Roiba Journal (RESLAJ). Published every February and August since 2019. Articles must start with Article Title followed by Author Name and Affiliate Address and abstract. This part of the abstract must be typed in 150-250 word counts. Especially for the abstract, use the Cambria font, measuring 10 pt. Single space per line in this article. If the article is written in Indonesian, the abstract should be typed in English and Indonesian. Meanwhile, if the article is written in English, the abstract must be typed in English only. The abstract is typed as concisely as possible and consists of: research objectives, methods, results and discussion and brief conclusions. 250 words maximum. Abstract

The labor issue is a very complex and big problem. Good working conditions, high output quality, decent wages and the quality of human resources are issues that always arise in discussions about the workforce in addition to issues of industrial relations between workers and the business world. It can be said that employment in Indonesia is still facing several imbalances, both structural and sectoral. then one of the targets that need to be pursued is to increase the efficiency of the workforce. The demand for labor, which is affected by the marginal value of the product (Value of Marginal Product, VMP), the supply of labor, which is influenced by the free working hours of individual workers and wages, theoretically must be considered so that the policies implemented are close to the desired goals.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of trader relocation, market infrastructure, and Islamic business ethics on consumer decisions and satisfaction at Pasar Baru Mandailing Natal. The research methods used involved surveys, interviews, and path analysis. Research findings show that trader relocation, supported by adequate infrastructure and the application of Islamic business ethics, together create a better trading environment and positively influence consumer decisions and satisfaction. The results of path analysis show that these three factors interact with each other and contribute to shaping consumer perceptions and behavior. The practical implications of this research include the importance of effective communication during the relocation process, sustainable investment in market infrastructure, the implementation of Islamic business ethics as a standard, and a holistic approach to market management.
