Abstract

This study analyzes the existence of short-term and long-term relationships between zakat variables and Indonesia's economic growth in the 2015-2018 period. Zakat as one of Islamic philanthropy is used to prosper Muslims. Zakat is divided into productive zakat and consumptive zakat. This study uses a cointegration test which is one of the tests of the VAR VECM method to determine whether or not there are short-term and long-term effects. The data used uses time-series data from 2015-2018 with data interpolated to monthly period data. The results show that zakat affects Indonesia's economic growth both in the short and long term.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between purchasing decisions, products, prices, services and risks to consumer consumption behavior in Islamic economic perspective The study will observe Lazada Application Users in Medan. The method used is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, with statistical tests. The study found that partially there is a relationship of purchase decision to consumptive behavior by 2.013 or 20.13%. Product to consumptive behavior by 2,137 or 21,37%. Price to consumptive behavior by -2.637 or -26.37%. Service to consumptive behavior by 2,893 or 28,93%. Risk to consumptive behavior by 2.043 or 20.43%. Partially there is a relationship between purchasing decisions, products, prices, services and risks to consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of CARTER dimensions consisting of tangible, assurance, reliability, tangible, empathy and responsiveness on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan City. electronic word of mouth. Respondents in this study were customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan City who were Muslim and used Mobile Banking. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, there were 220 questionnaires that met the criteria. So that the data can be processed as many as 220 samples. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS.The results show that the Compliance dimension has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan City, the assurance dimension has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan City, the reliability dimension has a positive direction but does not significantly affect customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan. Medan City, the tangible dimension is the largest dimension that has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the City, the dimension of empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the City, the dimension of responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan city. The variable of customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on electronic word of mouth on Bank Syariah Mandiri customers in Medan City. The Sobel test conducted shows that customer satisfaction has a significant effect as a mediator between the tangible, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness dimensions and Electronic Word of Mouth.

Abstract

AbstractPublic awareness to run shari'ah in life gives laundry entrepreneurs opportunity to open a syariah-based laundry service business. Islamic laundry service businesses have very good prospects if they use a strategy that is in line with the company. This study aims to see how the prospects and strategies carried out by Shari'ah-based laundry services in Medan. The method used in this study is a SWOT analysis. After conducting research, the Shari'a-based laundry service business has very good prospects in terms of increasing turnover, increasing the number of consumers and broad market share. Shari'ah laundry service business has the prospect of developing, therefore one of the strategies that can be done is to open a branch of the company in order to improve service, and also improve the quality and trust of consumers. Keyword : Shari’ah Laundry, Strategy, SWOT Analysis Abstrak            Kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjalankan syari’ah dalam kehidupan memberi peluang kepada pengusaha laundry untuk membuka usaha jasa laundry berbasis syari’ah. Usaha jasa laundry syariah memiliki prospek yang sangat baik jika menggunakan strategi yang sesuai dengan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana prospek dan strategi yang dilakukan usaha jasa laundry berbasis syari’ah di kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, usaha jasa laundry berbasis syari’ah memiliki prospek yang sangat baik baik dilihat dari segi peningkatan omzet, peningkatan jumlah konsumen dan pangsa pasar yang luas. Perusahaan jasa laundry syari’ah memiliki prospek untuk berkembang, untuk itu salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah membuka cabang perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan, dan juga meningkatkan kualitas dan kepercayaan konsumen.Kata Kunci : Laundry syari’ah, Prospek, SWOT

Abstract

Strategi pengelolaan bisnis syari’ah menjadi tema menarik seiring dengan perkembangannya terus meningkat. Terdapat 3 (tiga) model yang berkembang: 1) Sole proprietorships, 2) Partnership , dan 3) Muḍarabah, bentuk kerjasama dimana pemilik modal (shahibul mal) mempercayakan sejumlah modal kepada pengelola (muḍarib) dengan perjanjian di awal. Paper ini menganalisa model pengelolaan bisnis syari’ah yang dikembangkan oleh Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) sebagai unit usaha dengan pembiayaan prinsip syari’ah. Banyaknya unit usaha ini dapat mempengaruhi model pengelolaan bisnis yang diterapkan, dan model pengelolaan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi hasil usaha yang dijalankan. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) menggunakan beberapa model bisnis sesuai dengan jenis usaha yang dijalankan, yaitu kepemilikan tunggal dan kemitraan serta model kombinasi keduanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa analisis perbandingan dalam penerapan model bisnis Syariah hamper sama pada Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM).Pertama, IKM menggunakan beberapa model bisnis, sesuai dengan tipeusaha yang dijalankan. Artinya, tipe dan jenis usaha yang dijalankanmempengaruhi model bisnis yang diterapkan. Tetapi ada satu konsep yangdijadikan dasar pijakan dalam berbisnis, yaitu IKM tidak melulu mencari keuntungan (profit oreinted), namun juga ada nilai manfaat (benefit oreinted).Beberapa fariasi model bisnis yang diterapkan oleh IKM, yaitu: 1) Soleproprietorship. Kedua, model pengelolaan bisnis yang diterapkan perusahaan dapat menentukankeberhasilan sebuah usaha/bisnis. Oleh karena itu menjadi sangatpenting bagi IKM untuk memberikan perhatian pada model pengelolaanbisnis yang dijalankannya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel produk, harga, pelayanan, dan keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan muslim pembelian fashion di Pasar Inpres I tradisional di Kisaran. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur dan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk, harga, dan pelayanan menentukan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 66,6% dan sisanya sebesar 33,4% diperlukan oleh variabel lain. Sedangkan variabel produk, harga, pelayanan, dan keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan muslim membeli fashion di Pasar Inpres I Tradisional di Kisaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 70,9% dan sisanya sebesar 29,1% dibutuhkan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Wisata kuliner termasuk pada pariwisata global. Riset ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui keadaan wisata kuliner di desa Bagan Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, mengetahui kondisi pendapatan masyarakat desa Bagan Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dan ketiga mengenai peran keberadaan wisata kuliner dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Studi berlangsung di Desa Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Studi memakai pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif serta penghimpunan datnya memakai teknik observasi, teknik wawancara serta teknik dokumentasi. Temuan riset ini dikonklusikan bahwasanya gambaran kondisi wisata kuliner selaras terhadap standarisasi destinasi wisata, yang memenuhi “something to see” yakni objek serta daya tarik khusus yang mampu ditinjau, misalnya keindahan alam. “something to do” merujuk pada terdapatnya fasilitas pendukung yang ditujukan untuk wisatawan melaksanakan sejumlah kegiatan. “something to buy” merujuk pada terdapatnya fasilitas untuk berbelanja misalnya makan di restoran serta melakukan pembelian atas hasil tangkapan laut di tempat pelelangan ikan. Berikutnya, ada pembeda di taraf penghasilan, sebelum terdapatnya wisata kuliner Bagan Percut mayoritas penduduk memiliki penghasilan yang tak menentu dan kondisi berubah setelah hadirnya wisata kuliner. Terakhir merujuk pada objek wisata kuliner Desa Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap pendapatan masyarakat sebab telah menyerap kebutuhan atas tenaga kerja, memberikan keuntungan serta sebagai pihak yang menyediakan peluang bekerja lapangan sekaligus peluang usaha penduduk lokal yang berimplikasi pada meningkatnya penghasilan yang dapat dipergunakan bagi pemenuhan kebutuhan harian

Abstract

The potential of Agrotourism in Karo Regency is very well developed for the future. Tourism visiting Karo Regency from year to year continues to increase because Karo Regency is a Regency known for its types of plants and tourism. The geographical area which is located in a mountainous/highland area makes Karo Regency has the potential to become a tourism destination. The coolness of nature is an aspect that triggers tourist interest to visit tourist areas in Karo Regency. The tourism targets in Karo Regency are natural tourism objects, cultural tourism, historical heritage, agro-tourism, and playgrounds. This research aims to identify the potential for developing agro-tourism in Karo District and identify strategies regarding efforts to develop agro-tourism in Karo District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the internal analysis of Agrotourism in Karo Regency, there are three strengths including strategic location, having a beautiful panorama and the community giving a good response to Agrotourism in Karo Regency. The weakness is the lack of technology that is still used in Agrotourism in Karo Regency itself is still simple or traditional, there are limitations on facilities and facilities in Agrotourism gardens in Karo Regency, and promotions that have not been aggressive and intensive. Based on the results of the external environment of Agrotourism in Karo Regency, opportunities are obtained, namely technology that is growing, the number of visitors during the holiday period is increasing, people's lifestyles (back tone). The results of the SWOT analysis of Agrotourism Potential in Karo Regency that the results in the IFAS and EFAS Matrix tables of Agrotourism Potential in Karo Regency are in cell I, namely the situation where Agrotourism in Karo Regency is located in Growth, namely Concentration on Vertical Integration, namely the strategy of using Backward integration (shifting the role of suppliers) ) or Forward Integration (switching the role of distributor).

Abstract

Poverty is no longer a new thing and has always been a complex problem for Indonesian people. Besides poverty there is also an economic inequality that usually occurs in rural areas. The community actually needs economic affairs as a solution to say the economy. Pesantren is an institution that educates not only the students but also the surrounding community. The presence of pesantren in the middle of the community, especially rural in addition to giving influences in the religious surroundings, also began to revive its economy. Limited business capital is sometimes a matter of people who want to start business. The government also started to look at the Pesantren for the program to empower the economy of people who have the majority of rural poor to be established by the Bank. The government aims to establish the Bank Wakaf Micro Sharia in Pesantren so that the pesantren has a role to the community so that it has strong attachment as well as a container empowering its community economy. But all is not that easy, there is still a challenge when the empowerment process will or is being executed. For that need to be careful with the aim to know the role of Pesantren Mawaridussalam through the business unit of the Bank WAKAF Micro Sharia towards community empowerment, to know the challenge of pesantren Mawaridussalam in community empowerment through The business unit micro Sharia Bank. The research methods used are observation, interviews, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study showed that pesantren through Bank Wakaf Micro Sharia has a role in empowering the community by providing business capital loans, escape from the trap of moneylenders and the flower or RIBA system and to add the religious sciences already Clearly give people welfare.

Abstract

The village fund is the government's effort to reduce poverty in villages in Indonesia, including in North Maluku. From the perspective of development funding, village funds play a major role in improving the quality of villages in North Maluku. But in fact, the poverty rate in North Maluku has actually increased. Based on these facts, this paper seeks to explain how the effectiveness of village funds is to reduce poverty and improve community welfare. To answer this problem, a qualitative research approach was carried out by the method of collecting in-depth interview data and focus group discussions with the village head, BPD and village communities.By conducting in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, this study found that village funds in Beringin Jaya and Akeguraci Villages in Tidore Kepulauan District and Ake Jailolo Village and Bobane Village, West Halmahera District, North Maluku, were able to improve the status of villages from disadvantaged to developing villages, but these changes are not followed by an increase in welfare (Falah). This is because village fund programs are more focused on infrastructure development but have not been able to meet economic and social aspects of life, such as providing life skills, enhancing harmony, and independence. The main problem is that human resources are still low both in terms of education level and quality of expertise so that village funds are managed as is.This study recommends that village funds are effective in reducing poverty, the village government needs to prepare a village development blueprint (renstra) in the next 5 years with clear indicators based on village achievements and the amount of village funds received.
