Abstract

Competence is needed in every scope of the company, including micro and small, and medium enterprises. Competence to manage a business is needed to improve performance. In determining whether or not a business is booming, one of the supporting factors is competency. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires purposively to MSME employees in various regions in Indonesia. 300 questionnaires were distributed and 150 were returned. This research was conducted for about 6 months. The data processing method used is using the SEM -PLS method. This questionnaire's dissemination was distributed in various places in Indonesia, namely in Tana Toraja, Purwokerto, and Ajibarang. The questionnaires distributed were around 300. The return was 131. The research method was quantitative using a simple regression method. The results showed that the relationship between Knowledge Competence and MSME Performance was significant, with a T-statistic of 3.479 (> 1.96). The original sample estimate value is positive, which is 0.253, which shows that the relationship between Knowledge Competence and MSME Performance is positive. Thus, the H1 hypothesis is accepted, Showing that the relationship between Attitude Competence and MSME Performance is significant, with a T-statistic of 4.316 (> 1.96). The original sample estimate value is positive, which is 0.323, which indicates that the direction of the relationship between Attitude Competency and MSME Performance is positive. Thus, the H2 hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Competence is an essential thing in the development and growth of an organization. The church is an organizational unit that requires pastoral competence. Pastoral competence needs to be developed in improving church performance. A pastor must be able to have the social capital to improve church performance. The population of this study was pastors throughout Indonesia. The sample in this study were pastors of the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia (GPdI) spread across several regions in Indonesia as many as 42 pastors. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with SEM-PLS. The results showed that the competence of the pastor affects social capital. It can be seen from the analysis test showing that the variable considered to be significant if the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05), thus hypothesis H1 is accepted. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between social capital and church performance. It can be shown by the results of the SEM-PLS analysis showing that the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05); thus, hypothesis H2 is accepted. The results showed that there was a relationship between social capital and church performance. The results showed that there was a relationship between social capital and performance. It shows that the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05). Thus the hypothesis H3 is accepted. The originality of this study is that the competence of a pastor affects social capital, using several new dimensions that previous researchers have not studied

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how servant leadership influences team work, how team work influences organizational performance and how servant leadership influences the performance of a tertiary institution. The population in this study are campuses in South Sulawesi. The sample of this research is 54 lecturers in one of South Sulawesi. The sampling technique was carried out by simple random sampling. Data processing method using SEM-PLS. The novelty of this research is that research on team work with the dimensions of togetherness, trust, emotional closeness, empathy has not been studied much, especially in higher education.The results showed that the relationship between Team Work (X1) and Performance (Y) was significant with a T-statistic of 2,149 (> 1.96).). Thus the H1 hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that the relationship between Servant Leadership (X2) and Performance (Y) was significant with a T-statistic of 2.145 (>1.96). Thus the H2 hypothesis was accepted. The results showed that the relationship between Servant Leadership (X1) and Team Work (X2) was significant with a T-statistic of 52,645 (> 1.96).Thus the H3 hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between Team Work (X1) and Performance (Y) through Leadership (X2) with a T-statistic of 2,027 (> 1.96). The relationship between variables can be considered significant if the P value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 <0.05). Thus the H4 hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Kluwek merupakan salah satu produk yang dihasilkan oleh petani di Kelurahan Lion Tondok Iring Kecamatan Makale Utara. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu pada proses pengemasan, produk masih belum dikemas dengan baik, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan tidak dapat disimpan dalam waktu yang lama dan berakibat pada penurunan kualitas produk. Padahal desain kemasan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu konsumen dalam membeli produk dan berkaitan dengan daya simpan produk. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan tim pengabdi dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan solusi atas kendala yang dialami mitra dengan membuat desain kemasan yang menarik, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya beli konsumen yang berdampak pada peningkatan nilai tambah produk dan profitabilitas usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode instruksional dan dialog,  tahap kedua dilakukan pengemasan produk dengan desain kemasan yang menarik, Tahap ketiga dilakukan evaluasi hasil kegiatan . Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah terwujudnya desain kemasan untuk mitra harapannya omzet penjualan mitra semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance population and civil registration service in Toraja. The object of this research is population and civil registration service in Toraja. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis,to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 22 application. The population in this study is government employees population and civil registration service in Toraja as many as 44 respondents. Research shows that Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0,433 is obtained, which means 43,3%. Performance variables can be explained by the variables Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction while the remaining 56,7% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the form of financial management is implemented in the Buntudatu Pine Forest Tourism Object. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. With data collection methods, namely interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the research obtained are that financial management at the Buntudatu Pine Forest Tourism Object has been implemented but has not been maximized where planning has been carried out by the tourism object manager by holding village meetings in order to minimize expenses in order to get profits. The recording system is carried out every day manually using books or paper to record all income and expenditure transactions. And financial reporting has not been implemented because the knowledge possessed is still minimal, but the manager has made a year-end accountability report. Meanwhile, control has been carried out by holding evaluation meetings every month, to achieve a certain goal.

Abstract

Human resource development strategy is the most absolute thing to do in an organization. This service was carried out on 40 prospective servants of God (Pdt). Several things that can be used to improve HR strategy, one of which is increasing leadership and commitment in service. The results of this service show that prospective servants of God can apply HR development strategies in order to improve their service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of PDAM Toraja Utara employees. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling method, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is the quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, f test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the independent variables of work environment and work motivation on the dependent variable of employee performance. This can be seen through the f test by obtaining a significance value for the effect of X1 and X2 on Y of 0.000. This significance value is less than 0.05, when compared with the calculated F value with F table, it is obtained 47.238 > 3.18, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of North Toraja PDAM employees. The influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance is 65%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work-life balance on the performance of employees at Sinar Kasih Toraja Hospital. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. .The sample in this study were 35 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression testing with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 25.0. The results of this study found that partially organizational culture has a significant effect on performance with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05 and a tcount value of 2.993> ttable 2.037.2, partially Work Life Balance has a significant effect on performance with a significant value of 0.011 <0.05 and a significant value of tcount 2.709 > ttable 2.037. Simultaneously organizational culture and work life balance simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Sinar Kasih Toraja Hospital employees with a significant value of 0.000<0.05 and fcount value 15.289>ftable 3.29.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Management of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget of the Lembang Ma'dong Fund. To achieve this goal, a qualitative descriptive research method was used. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion regarding the Lembang Ma'dong Fund Revenue and Expenditure Budget Management Analysis, it has been implemented in accordance with the five indicators specified in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 113 of 2014, namely planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. The results of the researchers' findings show that planning involved community participation through village meetings. The implementation uses the principles of self-management and is cash-intensive. In the administration stage, namely in the form of accounting for income and expenses to interested parties. At the reporting stage, it is carried out according to a predetermined time schedule and at the accountability stage, it is always reported in accordance with requirements and on time.
