Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the independent variables Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on the dependent variable Employee Performance at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. This research was conducted at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk which is located on Jl. Rawa Gelam IV No. 6m Pulogadung – East Jakarta. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT Kalbe Farma Dept. Global supply chain Rawa Gelam. This research uses a purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a total of 80 samples, then the data results are processed using the SPSS 26 data processing application. The results of this research show that in the partial t test, the Leadership Style variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the f test show that the Leadership Style and Organizational Culture variables together or simultaneously influence PT Employee Performance. Kalbe Farma Tbk on Jl. Rawa Gelam IV, Pulogadung - East Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Sinwa Makmur Perkasa Pratama. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 150 people. The sample collection technique in this study used Accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 109 respondents obtained from calculations using the slovin formula. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that in the partial test (t) the work stress variable partially affects employee performance at PT. Sinwa Makmur Perkasa Pratama with a calculated t value of 2.093> t table 1.662 and sig value. 0.039 <0.05, job satisfaction variables partially affect employee performance at PT. Sinwa Makmur Perkasa Pratama with a t value of 7.179> t table 1.662 and sig value. 0.000 <0.05, and the results of the simultaneous test (F) the variables of job stress and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Sinwa Makmur Perkasa Pratama with the value of F count 29.358> F table 3.08 and sig value. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The case study related to the abuses of financial reports is damaging the trust of the public and stakeholders. This research was designed to identify and evaluate the importance of financial ratios in identifying potential fraudulent financial statements of non-financial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These companies were selected based on the Beneish M-Score as the first sign of fraud. The results of the analysis show that the debt to equity ratio, receivables to income, and current ratio indicate the possibility of fraud. Analyzing the period 2019 to 2023, we find that the current ratio can detect fraud a year earlier. These results suggest that metrics such as debt to equity, receivables to revenue, and current ratio can help detect fraud, potentially benefiting shareholders, regulators, and creditors. The results of this study was still in line those studies which have been conducted before in different parts of Indonesia and at the time or period of time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Job Training and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Extrupack Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 220 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 142 respondents obtained from calculations using the slovin formula. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires and processed using the SPSS version 27 application. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results showed that in the partial test (t) the training variable had an effect on employee performance with a t value of 5.452> t table 1.977 and a sig value. 0.000 <0.05, work discipline variables affect employee performance with a t value of 6.479> t table 1.977 and sig value. 0.000 <0.05, and the results of the simultaneous test (F) training and work discipline variables affect employee performance with the value of F count 69.141> F table 3.06 and sig value. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing partially and simultaneously the independent variables, namely Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline, on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi branch. The data analysis used is the classical analysis test and multiple regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS Version 26 application. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 employees at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi branch. Partially the results show that the Leadership Style variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the results showing t-count (4.017) > t-table (2.012) sig (0.01) < (0.05) the Motivation variable has a significant effect on Performance Employees, with the results showing t-count (3.045) > t-table (2.012) sig (0.03) < (0.05). And the Work Discipline variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with t-count results (4.496) > (2.012) sig (0.00) < (0.05). Simultaneously, the results obtained from this research are that the Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with results showing f-count (7.998) > f-table (2.80) sig (0.00) < (0.05). Contribution of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline to PT Employee Performance. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi Branch 68.1%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the independent variables, namely facial recognition attendance and work motivation, on the dependent variable, namely work discipline. This research was conducted at PT XYZ. The data analysis used was the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 25 application. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 46 employees at PT XYZ. Partially, the results show that the facial recognition absentee variable has a significant effect on work discipline, and work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline. Simultaneously the results obtained from this research are that the facial recognition absentee variable and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the work discipline variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variable efisiensi pada perbankan dapat mempengaruhi return saham. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kuantitatif yang terdiri dari data sekunder. Data akan diambil dari Laporan Keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data panel yang merupakan gabungan antara data time seris dan data cross section. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling . Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang sumber datanya diperoleh dari website masing-masing bank. Data akan diolah dan dianalisis dengan persamaan regresi linier dibantu dengan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis dari 10 bank yang memenuhi kriteria menunjukkan pengaruh BOPO, CER dan OE terhadap return sebesar 91,3% (nilai 91,3% didapat dari nilai adjusted R Square pada tabel 5.5 yaitu sebesar 0,913 x100%). Hubungan antar variabel sebesar 0,913 berada pada level sangat kuat dan searah. Artinya dalam penelitian ini dapat dikatakan faktor efisiensi berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on the performance employees of PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi (ASA). The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Where the object is employees of PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique (census), namely all members of the population are used as samples, a total of 53 employees PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi (ASA). The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study show that (1) work stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance employees of PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi (ASA), (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance employees of PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi (ASA) and (3) work stress and work discipline simultaneously and significantly influence the performance employees of PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi (ASA).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work stress on the performance of STAR ABC employees. The research method used is quantitative research, where this research is used to examine certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, aims to test predetermined hypotheses. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique or the entire population is sampled. The population in this study was 55 respondents. Data analysis uses Smart PLS 4 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of 0.000 or <0.05 and the leadership t-statistics value is 4,089 or > 1.96. So it is stated that there is a significant influence between leadership variables on employee performance. And based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a P-value of 0.419 or <0.05 and the work stress t-statistics value is 0.808 or >1.96, so it is stated that there is no significant influence between the work stress variable on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of infrastructure and work discipline on the performance of Bekasi City Fire Department employees. The research method used is quantitative research, where this research is used to examine certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, aims to test predetermined hypotheses. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or the entire population was sampled. The population in this study was 55 respondents. Data analysis uses Smart PLS 4.0 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of 0.000 or < 0.05 and the t-statistics value of infrastructure has a value of 5,713 or > 1.96, it is stated that there is a significant influence between the infrastructure variables on employee performance. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a P-value of 0.002 or <0.05 and the t-statistics value of work discipline has a value of 3,080 or > 1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between the work discipline variable on employee performance.
