Abstract

Ta’awun adalah kegiatan tolong menolong sesama manusia yang berdasarkan hati nurani dengan semata-mata mengharapkan ridho Allah Subhanallahu Wa Ta’ala, dimana kegiatan tolong menolong tersebut dianjurkan tanpa memandang suku, ras, bangsa, dan agama. Konsep ta’awun juga terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an surah Al-Maidah ayat 2, Al-Kahfi ayat 95, Al-Furqan ayat 4, Al-Ma’un ayat 7, dan surah lainnya. Eksistensi pada ta’awun pada serikat tolong menolong dipandang sangat perlu diuji karena memiliki hubungan erat dan kaitan yang berkesinambungan antara konsep ta’awun dengan serikat tolong menolong yang ada. Fokus penelitian, yaitu bagaimana eksistensi ta’awun pada serikat tolong menolong di Dusun II Desa Pematang Johar Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui eksistensi ta’awun pada serikat tolong menolong di Dusun II Desa Pematang Johar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif analisis dengan menggali berbagai sumber yang berkaitan dengan serikat tolong menolong serta mewawancarai masyarakat di Dusun II Desa Pematang Johar. Mengenai hasil penelitian konsep ta’awun yang ada di Dusun II Desa Pematang Johar yaitu dimana sistem STM yang dijalankan itu berupa pengutipan uang kas serta uang kemalangan yang digunakan untuk kepentingan dan kebermanfaatan bersama. Bukan hanya itu, konsep ta’awun yang dijalankan oleh STM di Dusun II Desa Pematang Johar tersebut pun masih belum mendapat timbal balik yang baik dari masyarakat dan para anggota STM dikarenakan kurangnya kesadaran dari diri mereka masing-masing terkait dengan STM. Ta'awun is an activity of helping fellow human beings based on conscience with the sole expectation of the pleasure of Allah Subhanallahu Wa Ta'ala, where the activity of helping is recommended regardless of ethnicity, race, nation, and religion. The concept of ta'awun is also found in the Al-Qur'an surah Al-Maidah verse 2, Al-Kahf verse 95, Al-Furqan verse 4, Al-Ma'un verse 7, and other suras. The existence of ta'awun in the mutual help union is seen as very necessary to be tested because it has a close and continuous relationship between the concept of ta'awun and the existing mutual help union. The focus of the research, namely how the existence of ta'awun in the mutual help union in Hamlet II, Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research was conducted to find out how the existence of ta'awun in the mutual help union in Hamlet II, Pematang Johar Village. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis by exploring various sources related to the help union and interviewing the community in Dusun II, Pematang Johar Village.Regarding the results of the research on the ta'awun concept in Hamlet II, Pematang Johar Village, namely where the STM system that is run is in the form of quoting cash and misfortune money that is used for mutual benefit and benefit. Not only that, the ta'awun concept implemented by STM in Hamlet II, Pematang Johar Village, has not received good feedback from the community and STM members due to the lack of awareness of each of them related to STM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pelayanan dan produk bagi minat masyarakat dalam mengakses asuransi berjangka di organisasi sunlife cabang kapten jumhana. Objek pada penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat pengakses layanan asuransi berjangka di organisasi Sun Life cabang kapten jumhana. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan dokumentasi, yaitu teknik pengambilan data dengan mengamati dan mempertimbangkan literature tertentu sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan asuransi di organisasi SunLife dikarenakan faktor pelayanan dan produk pada organisasi Sun Life tersebut, sehingga ke dua faktor tersebut yang membangkitkan minat masyarakat dalam mengakses asuransi berjangka Sunlife. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengamatan yang mendeskripsikan peran kedua faktor tersebut dalam minat masyarakat.

Abstract

The Success Jaya Farmers Group located in Aek Paing Village North Rantau District, Labuhan Batu Regency, with an area of agriculture reaches 46 HA with 124 farmers and groups Tani Sukses Jaya is the farmer group that follows the most AUTP program. The number of people who signed up because the harvest was a lot which failed due to flooding. Know the focus of the problem in this research area: 1) What is the Farmer's Perception in the Implementation of the Insurance Program Rice Farming Business Insurance (AUTP) in Aek Paing Village, Rantau District North of Labuhan Batu Regency? 2) How is the Insurance Program Implemented Rice Farming Business (AUTP) in Aek Paing Village, Rantau Utara District Labuhan Batu Regency? The purpose of this research is to find out Farmers Perceptions in the Implementation of Rice Farming Business Insurance (AUTP) and also to find out how the farmers respond in the implementation Rice Farming Business Insurance (AUTP). This study uses a qualitative method with the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques using interviews, to several informants, observations and documentation. For The validity of the data, use the credibility test. The results of this study show that the Implementation of the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Aek Village Paing, North Rantau District, Labuhan Batu Regency, very helpful Farmers because it is useful to get compensation assistance, so farmers can continue the business again and can help ease the burden on farmers due to crop failure. Farmers' Perceptions in the Implementation of Rice Farming Insurance (AUTP) received a positive response because with the existence of Business Insurance This rice farmer can ease the burden on farmers facing damage losses land and crop failure

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-commerce dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Ryn Boutique Medan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara meyebarkan kuisioner kepada para konsumen Ryn Boutique Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah menggunakan random sampling. Sehingga jumlah responden yang dipakai adalah 89 orang pelanggan Ryn Boutique Medan. Data yang didapatkan kemudian diolah menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 15. Analisis tersebut meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pada uji T diperoleh nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,988 dan t-hitung pada X1 adalah 6,377 dan X2 adalah 2,270. Sehingga, variabel X1 dan X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Hasil uji F menjelaskan bahwa pada uji F diperoleh nilai F-tabel sebesar 3,10 dan F-hitung sebesar 24,019 dan tingkat signifikan 0,00 < 0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa X1 dan X2 secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian konsumen. Nilai koefisien R square sebesar 0,358 atau 35,8%, artinya kemampuan variabel bebas dalam menjelaskan variabel terikat adalah 35,8%, sisanya 64,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk Asuransi jiwa yang merupakan salah satu jenis asuransi yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran masyarakat akan keselamatan dan kepentingan keluarga telah cukup baik. Asuransi jiwa adalah sebuah layanan asuransi yang digunakan sebagai bentuk perlindungan terhadap timbulnya kerugian finansial atau hilangnya pendapatan seseorang atau keluarga akibat adanya kematian anggota keluarga (tertanggung) yang biasanya menjadi sumber nafkah bagi keluarga tersebut. Dimasa pandemi covid-19 ini, Industri asuransi tanah air ikut menjadi terdampak pandemi corona COVID-19. Kondisi itu setidaknya tercermin dari laporan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) yang mencatat perolehan premi asuransi per Maret 2020 yang tumbuh lambat. Kontraksi paling lambat dialami sektor asuransi jiwa."Premi asuransi jiwa turun signifikan. [Pertumbuhan per Maret 2020] terkoreksi menjadi minus 13,8 persen," seadangkan PSBB sebenarnya bukan satu-satunya biang keldi pendapatan premi asuransi mengalami penurunan

Abstract

Bri Life Syariah branch of Gatot Subroto is one of the companies engaged in insurance. In an effort to increase sales of insurance policies in Medan City generally use several marketing strategies. The marketing strategy is implemented by the insurance agent/consultant of the company. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection used by using interviews, study documentation and observation. The study in this research is to find out "Agent Marketing Strategy in Maintaining Customer Loyalty at PT. Bri Life Syariah branch of Gatot Subroto with research aspects: insurance products, premium prices, promotions, places, people and physical facilities. The results showed that the branch of PT. Bri Life Syariah Gatot Subroto branch has been able to carry out the marketing strategy created and determined by the company through several patterns, namely moving its agents/consultants to the maximum in the field with adequate knowledge about insurance products and benefits so that they have the ability to explain them to potential customers/prospective consumers and marketing patterns Online through the company's website which is promoted through various electronic media. The technical marketing of various types of insurance owned by the company is done by moving agents/consultants to visit from house to house (door to door). communities that have been targeted by agents/consuls previously. The second technique is to hold meetings with groups of people both in offices and plantation companies and other economic institutions so that the sale of policies can be done collectively. Thus the branch company PT. Bri Life Syariah Gatot Subroto branch managed to increase sales of insurance policies from the previous year, namely 2017.

Abstract

AbstrackInsurancei is a companyi that hasi growni rapidly, each company also has a marketing strategyi ini offeringi products that exist in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the agent's marketing strategy in increasing sales of sharia life insurance policies at AJS Bumiputera Medan Branch. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting field research: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis of the implementation of agent marketing strategies in increasing sales of sharia life insurance policies at AJS Bumiputera Medan Branch are the agency system has a very large marketing system. Sales success is highly dependent on the performance of agents because it is from agents that in general sharia insurance products can reach prospective policyholders. In marketing this agent must also provide services in increasing sales of the Life Insurance policy where customers are satisfied with the services provided by the agent because the service provided is very good, and in increasing sales of this policy, it also gains market share, as well as profits, and also has good customer equity. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Agent, Sales of Life Insurance Policies

Abstract

Balai Bina Mandiri Denai is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) as one of the programs to realize Zakat funds originating from the Medan Zakat House. This program is the embodimentSmile Mandiri, which is a local-based economic empowerment program for underprivileged communities with the aim of reducing poverty through entrepreneurship. The purpose of the research on Balai Bina Mandiri Medan Denai is to find out how the Potential and Role of Zakat on MSMEs at Balai Bina Mandiri Medan Denai is. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research by the researcher, which is expected to be able to determine the potential and role of the Zakat Fund on the welfare of MSMEs at Balai Bina Mandiri Medan Denai. From the results obtained by the researchers, the potential that comes from Rumah Zakat itself is very promising for the MSMEs of the Medan Denai Center for Mandiri Development. And the role of Zakat in the Bina Mandiri Medan Denai hall is very instrumental to them. They can get a profit of Rp. 350,000.00, - up to Rp. 500.000,00,-. per day. With a variety of products sold..Based on research results show that with the Mandiri Smile Program from Rumah Zakat, and with the establishment of Balai Bina Mandiri Denai, it plays a very big role in providing additional funds to meet their household needs.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic higher education institutions in the development of Islamic banks in Medan City. The development of Islamic banks over the past five years can be seen in the financial reports which have increased but not accompanied by an increase in the market share of Islamic banks and are still lagging behind other Muslim-majority countries. Islamic higher education institutions which are educational institutions required to contribute to the development of Islamic banks. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that Islamic tertiary institutions, namely UINSU and UMSU, have contributed to the development of Islamic banks in the city of Medan by: increasing the number of customers, providing human resources and increasing cooperation networks, these contributions show that UINSU and UMSU have made various efforts to help development of sharia banks in the form of cooperation, namely: Payment of student tuition fees, payment of lecturer salaries and allowances, apprenticeships for students and opening of mini-banks within universities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana ZIS LAZ Yatim Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara secara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk transparansi yang dilakukan LAZ Yatim Mandiri yaitu: Penyajian informasi LAZ Yatim Mandiri Medan, Sistem keuangan berbasis standar akuntansi, Teknologi informasi ketika pembuatan laporan keuanga, laporan kegiatan dan keuangan. Sedangkan untuk akuntabilitasnya yaitu: Penyelesaian laporan keuangan harian, bulanan dan tahunan, Tim Audit Internal, pengorganisasian program kegiatan tahunan dan harian, monitoring dan evaluasi program kegiatan(kerja), Prinsip-Prinsip pengelolaan dana ZIS, prinsip pengelolaan dana ZIS, penghimpunan dan penyaluran dana ZIS.
