<![CDATA[The formulation of the problem in this study is the level of community satisfaction with services at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Polres Tana Toraja. The problem in this study is how the level of community satisfaction with services in SPKT. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community satisfaction with services at the SPKT Polres Tana Toraja. The technique of collecting data in this study was by conducting observations, interviews, and questionnaires with 50 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is a quantitative descriptive method and the use of the Decree of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the preparation of community satisfaction surveys for service delivery units of government agencies. The results of this study are the level of community satisfaction with services at SPKT is in the good category with an IKM value of 80,834, because the value is between 76.61-88.30 which is in good service quality (B).]]>

<![CDATA[In this study, a comparison of stock prices before and after a stock split and a comparison between trading volume and after a stock split was carried out during the Pandemic period. A stock split is one of the actions taken by a company to increase its shares and make the shares more liquid again. Based on the analysis in this study, it was found that there was a significant difference between stock prices before and after the stock split and a significant difference was also found between the trading volume of shares before and after the stock split. Researchers found 11 companies that carried out stock splits during the pandemic in December 2019-September 2021. The observation period for companies that carried out stock splits was 5 days before and 5 days after the announcement of the stock split, so in the test using the average value of the stock price and the average value -average of trading volume. In this study, the normality test was used to see if the data were normally distributed and the two-sample difference test was paired t-test or t-test.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap Harga Pasar Sekunder (hari pertama tercatat) Perusahaan IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian secara kualitatif dan deskriptif, yaitu dengan teknik pengumpulan data. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan besar yang memiliki pengalaman operasional yang cukup lama atau sudah beroperasi lebih atau sama dengan 3 tahun dan yang melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa harga penawaran perdana dari perusahaan IPO dan harga saham dipasar sekunder hari pertama tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Uji yang dilakukan adalah melakukan perbandingan antara harga perdana dan harga saham dipasar sekunder hari pertama tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa pada masa pandemi covid-19 terjadi kenaikan harga saham dipasar sekunder hari pertama pada perusahaan yang melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Sarambu Patiro Uran waterfall and Sarambu Kambutu' waterfall in Rantebua are one of the prospective tourist destinations in North Toraja Regency. This waterfall has the potential to become a new tourist destination, but because of the lack of maximum management makes it abandoned. The purpose of this PKM is to develop Sarambu Patiro Uran and Sarambu Kambutu'to become one of the favorite natural tourist destinations in North Toraja Regency. The methods used are discussions, tutorials, and mentoring. The results of the activity were able to promote Sarambu Patiro Uran's tejuan Water and Sarambu Kambutu's social media. <![CDATA[This study discusses the health conditions of the aviation industry company, namely PT. Air Asia Indonesia Tbk. The purpose of this study was to determine the company's health condition in accordance with the results of the Z-Score of the Altman method at PT. Air Asia Indonesia Tbk. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative by calculating the numbers in the financial statements of PT. Air Asia Indonesia Tbk.. The data analysis technique used is the Altman Z-Score model. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation of the data published by PT. Air Asia Indonesia Tbk. To determine the results in this study used the I. Altman Z-score model in 1968. The results of this study found that PT. Air Asia Indonesia Tbk for 4 (four) years experienced financial difficulties or was in the classification of high potential for bankruptcy. This has a direct impact on stock prices and earnings before interest and taxes which continue to decline.]]>

<![CDATA[Since 2009, the business development of PT Smartfren Telecom has continued to suffer losses. Apart from the high competition, the losses experienced by PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk also comes from high operating expenses and also from foreign exchange losses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of operating costs and exchange rates on revenue at PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk in 2017-2020. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a documentation technique based on the company's financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in this study is secondary data which is data in the form of documents obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). For operational costs partially have a negative and significant effect on income while the exchange rate has a negative and insignificant effect on income. For simultaneous test results, operating costs and exchange rates have a significant effect on income.]]>

<![CDATA[Lembang Ampang Batu berada di Kecamatan Rindingallo Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Sistem pertanggungjawaban dan pengelolaan dana desa yang ada di Lembang Ampang Batu ialah masih menggunakan laporan pertanggungjawaban (LPJ) baik untuk Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) yang sudah terlaksana dan juga untuk operasional lembang yang sumber dananya dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBD). Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Akutanbilitas Pengelolaan Dana Lembang Ampang Batu Kecamatan Rindingallo Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Adapun yang menjadi persoalan penelitian adalah bagaimanakah akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana lembang di lembang Ampang Batu Kecamatan Rindingallo Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana lembang Ampang Batu Kecamatan Rindingallo Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu data yang dikumpukan secara langsung dari sumber utamanya melalui wawancara dan data sekunder yaitu data yang dikumpu dari berbagai sumber yang telah ada seperti buku, laporan, jurnal, dan lain-lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pertanggungjawaban sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku yang sudah menampakkan adanya pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa telah dilakukan secara akuntabel dan transparansi.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share on Stock Prices in Textile and Garment Companies that are listed on the IDX. The type of research used is quantitative and the data collection technique is library research. The sample used is as many as 5 companies. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression method. The analytical tool used is the SPSS application version 24. The results of this study indicate that the ROA variable has a positive and significant effect on the stock prices of Textile and Garment companies listed on the IDX, the ROE variable has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices in Textile and Garment companies listed on the Stock Exchange. IDX and EPS variables that have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices in Textile and Garment companies listed on the IDX.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh literasi keuangan, e-money, gaya hidup dan kontrol diri terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa Program Studi Bisnis Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Kristen Toraja Indonesia. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 446 mahasiswa aktif program manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi angkatan 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel probabilistik menggunakan rumus Slovin yang menghasilkan 82 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda pada program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan e-money tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa, sedangkan gaya hidup dan kontrol diri berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Sedangkan Literasi Keuangan, e-money, Gaya hidup dan kontrol diri bekerja sama untuk mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa.]]>
