Abstract

Scholarships are one of the factors that can increase learning motivation for students. This scholarship is one of the school programs to help parents of students to ease the burden of education costs of the students. In determining the scholarship recipients who meet the requirements and eligibility at the MA Raudlatul Ulum a decision support system is using the Weighted Product method. Decision making in the Weighted Product method is done by multiplication to connect the rating of each attribute, where the rating of each attribute must be raised by the weight of the attribute in question. In this study there are several criteria used in decision making, namely Average Value, Behavior, Extracurricular, Parent Income, and Dependents of Parents. The research carried out begins with determining the weight of each criterion, then the ranking process is carried out which will produce the most optimal alternative. Based on the results of testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the system is able to provide accuracy of 90% if compared with the results of testing manually.

Abstract

Talent is a natural ability to acquire knowledge and skills, both general and specific. Basically, each individual has different talents. moreover supported by the appropriate talents, will bring passion and give pleasure in learning or living it. Providing an overview to students of who they are through their talents and interests so that what job opportunities they can initiate after graduating from school are qualitative data related to the research focus, namely the process of identifying student talents in the Educator Room of SMAN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti . There are at least nine intelligences or talents that a person may possess, namely logical mathematical, linguistic / verbal, visual spatial, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, natural, and moral / spiritual. Sources of data in the study were obtained from primary data, namely data obtained directly from data sources, namely the people involved in the process of identifying talents in the Educator Room of SMAN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti. In addition, the data source in this study is in the form of secondary sources, for example in the form of documents related to curriculum implementation. Furthermore, the data is processed using the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. MFEP is a quantitative method that uses a 'weighting system' and this study uses the VB.NET 2017 language program and MySQL. The processing stages are determining criteria, calculations and processes so as to produce decisions. The sum above results, there are 10 students whose data is processed and produces a total calculation or accuracy of 86.51%. So that this research can be a reference in making the right decision at SMAN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti School.

Abstract

Quality of medical image has an important role in constructing right medical diagnosis. This paper recommends a method to improve the quality of medical images by increasing the size of the image pixels. By increasing the size of pixels, the size of the objects contained therein is also greater, making it easier to observe. In this study medical images of Brain CT-Scan, Chest X-Ray and Panoramic X-Ray were processed using Line-Column Interpolation (LCI) Method. The results of the treatment are then compared to Nearest Neighbor Interpolation (NNI), Bilinear Interpolation (BLI) and Bicubic Interpolation (BCI) processing results. The experiment shows that Line-Column Interpolation Method produces a larger image with details of the objects in it are not blurred and has equal visual effects. Thus, this method is expected to be a reference material in enlarging the size of the medical image for ease in clinical analysis.

Abstract

Gingivitis is a common inflammatory disease of the gums, which is a condition where bacteria develop in the mouth that causes damage to the connective tissue cells that are attached to the teeth. Lack of awareness in caring for teeth will have a negative impact not only on dental health but also on the health of the body. At present many people do not know how to accurately identify gingivitis in humans so that the condition is worsened and can even cause the paralysis of the existing connective tissue. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy in identifying gingivitis by using the Certainty Factor method precisely and accurately. The data processed in this study are fifty data sourced from expert interviews at Rahmatan Lil Alamin Clinic, Padang Indonesia. There are several types Symptoms refer to gingivitis in humans. The data is obtained from the results of medical records of patients who carry out examinations in the clinic. The data will be processed to identify the type of gingivitis based on the direction of the expert. The processing steps are solving rules, determining the weight value of each symptom and calculating the Certainty Factor value. The results of the processing were continued by calculating the level of accuracy. The results of the testing of this method were that 96% of them had gingivitis, the type most often suffered by marginal gingivitis patients. Based on the signs entered by the user. The results of this test have been able to specifically identify gingivitis, using the Certainty Factor method, the results of the accuracy level obtained are quite accurate and can be recommended to help dentists improve their accuracy in identifying gingivitis in humans.
