Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of the health service obtained after the patient compares it to what he or she expects. The positive impact of clinical service quality indicators in the medical record section on patient satisfaction shows the level of perfection of patient satisfaction. Health is causing complacency in each patient. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the application of Clinical Service Quality Indicators in the Medical Records Section to Patient Satisfaction at Puskesmas Gambut. This research method uses a cross-sectional study. The results of this study obtained the achievement of clinical service quality indicators, namely the accuracy of patient identification is mostly in accordance with the standards of 42 documents medical record (84%) and the provision of < 10 minutes mostly according to the standard of 44 documents medical record (88%). The achievement of patient satisfaction is mostly very satisfied as many as 30 patients (60%). There is an effect of applying clinical service quality indicators (1. Precision patient identification, 2. Provision of documents less than 10 minutes) in the medical record section of patient satisfaction, namely the accuracy of patient identification of asimp. Sig 0.000 and the provision of < 10 minutes asimp. Sig 0.000.

Abstract

At childbed phase, there are some physiologically changes on mother’s body system. Those changes occur on reproduction system, digestion system, urine system, musculoskeletal, changes of vital such as cardiovascular and hematologic.This research is aimed to observe postpartum primipara mothers’ knowledge level about physiologically changes at childbed phase in BPM (midwife’s practice officially office) Hj. Syarifah Noor Hasanah, S. ST., North Loktabat, Banjarbaru, 2016. This research uses descriptive research method. Sampling technique uses Total Sampling such as 45 respondents. Most of them have enough knowledge as 18 people (40,0%), then, 15 people of them have low knowledge (33,3%), while the rest have good knowledge as 12 people (26,7%).Based on this research, advised to midwives who practice officially to increase primipara mothers’ knowledge through counseling activity about physiologically changes at childbed phase, and advised to primipara mothers to check themselves up regularly at least 4 times at that phase, so risk factors can early detected, reported, and they will be sent to better medical institution, they can look information about physiologically changes at childbed phase through book, newspaper and also counseling activity phase

Abstract

During the preliminary study in the Village of Kayu Bawang, the results of immunization data were as many as 52 people (88,1%), BCG/Polio 1 as many as 54 people (54,5%), PENT1/Polio 2 as many as 54 people (91,5%), PENT2/Polio 3 as many as 46 people (8%), PENT3/Polio 4 as many as 50 people (84,7%), and Measles as many as 46 people (78,0%). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of husband’s role on complete basic immunization in children in the Village of Kayu Bawang Working Area of Gambut Public Health Center. The method used is analytical with cross sectional design. The subjects of this study were all husbands with children aged 9-12 months in the Village of Kayu Bawang Working Area of Gambut Public Health Center as many as 113 people. The sample in this study were 53 people taken with Random Sampling technique. The result of research can be concluded that the value of Sig. p = 0,002 <α (0,05) Ha is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between the influence of the husband’s role on complete basic immunization of the children in Kayu Bawang Villagesin the Woking Areas of Puskesmas Gambut in 2017. It is suggested to the Puskesmas officers to do extension about the importance of husband role to immunization in children.

Abstract

Syifa Medika Banjarbaru General Hospital has not yet used an assesment form for the nerv room in hospitalization. Due to the absence of a medical record committee who design the patient assessment form. The purpose of an assessment form design in inpatients nerve room is to support the the accreditation and data completeness data and at Syifa Medika Banjarbaru General Hospital. This research uses a descriptive methode with 4 respondents consist of doctors, nurses, and heads of medical records. Based on the results of this research conducted by interviewing neurologist, head nurse, chairman room nurse coordinator, and head of medical records. The conclusions of this research are aspects that exist in the inpatient assessment form at the nerve room, namely physical aspects, anatomical aspects, and content aspects, designing nerve assessment forms and medical nursing assessments for Syifa Medika General Hospital Banjarbaru.

Abstract

An electronic medical record information system is a system that provides information on patient data reports and medical records during treatment and storage of all patient data. The filing management system at the Medical Record Laboratory of Husada Borneo Institute of Health Sciences has not been computerized. The patients’ data input still uses paper, while the recording and storage of medical records are performed manually. This study aimed to create an application related to the electronic medical record information system at the laboratory of Husada Borneo Institute of Health Sciences. This descriptive study used a qualitative approach. It was conducted on the person in charge of the medical record laboratory. Based on the study results using questionnaires and observation, the data related to the recording of outpatient medical records (e.g., medical record numbers, patient data, and disease data) were required in designing an electronic medical record information system application.

Abstract

The quality of educational institutions is influencedby the inputs to the education system which is including the students, faculty and supporting facilities or infrastructures in teaching and learning process. These three factors are related and influenced each other in order to create a successful learning process. This research is a quantitative research which is included cross sectional study. Population in this study took the all of lecturers in Midwife Educator Study Program in STIKes Husada Borneo Banjarbaru as many as 40 people that using total sampling technique. The Instrument on this study used the questionnaire were then tested its validity with Pearson Product Moment correlation technique, while the reliability testing using the formula of Cronbach's alpha. The data analysis technique used to find the relationship both of them is the chi-square test, whereas to know the influence of them is used regressing.The results of the research shown that there is a positive and significant correlation between age, education, motivation, job satisfaction, perception of rewards to performance of lecturer DIV Midwife Educator Study Program, there is the influence of age, education, motivation, satisfaction, perception of reward collaborate with the performance of Lecturer in Midwife Educator Study Program STIKes Husada Borneo in the teaching-learning process. Based on the results of research, it can be suggested to the lecturers of DIV midwife educators to become self-evaluation materials, in order to cultivate and improve the basic tasks of lecturers, especially in implementing the learning process

Abstract

Toilet training consists of control of bowel movements, and control urination. A good time to start training a child for toilet training is after the child can start walking (around the age of 1.5 years). The most common impacts of toilet training failures can disrupt the personality of the child in which the child tends to be inferior and unconfident, stubborn, inclined to careless, likes to make fuss, emotional and casual in daily activities. Mothers are very influential on the level of success of children, because the direct mother who helps children learn. In this case, the mother's knowledge of toilet training becomes very important. Of the 5 mothers interviewed there were only 1 mothers who understood toilet training. Given the influence of counseling on the knowledge of toilet training in mothers who have toddlers. Research design is Quasy experiment with one group pretest posttest design. Research subjects are all mothers who have toddlers in the village of Asri Mulya a number of 35 people. Sampling using total sampling.Research time of December-January 2018. Analysis of the data used is Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test Test. The result of the research shows that there is influence of knowledge about toilet training in mother with toddler in Asri Mulya village (p = 0,000 <0,05). To the mothers is advised to increase the action in teaching toilet training on toddlers who are a fruit in the family

Abstract

Yoga merupakan sistem kesehatan yang bersifat holistik baik jiwa, pikiran dan tubuh yang dilakukan dengan sistem gerak yang halus tidak menghentak dengan panduan pernafasan yang harmonis. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang penulis lakukan di Bidan Praktik Mandiri dengan wawancara, sebagian besar ibu hamil belum mengetahui manfaat senam yoga pada masa kehamilan, hal ini dilihat dari rutin atau tidaknya ibu melakukan senam yoga di BPM Lasmitasari, S.ST sehingga ibu masih merasakan kecemasan dan susah tidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam yoga ibu hamil terhadap kesiapan fisik dan psikologis dalam menghadapi persalinan di BPM Lasmitasari, S.ST tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan dengan rancangan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden ibu hamil yang mengikuti senam yoga hamil. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan chi-square menunjukkan bahwa dengan α<0.05 didapatkan ρ=0.00 yang berarti kurang dari 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh senam yoga ibu hamil terhadap kesiapan fisik dan psikologis dalam menghadapi persalinan di BPM Lasmitasari, S.ST tahun 2016. Diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan untuk menambah pengetahuan mengenai senam yoga hamil dan ibu hamil bisa melakukan senam yoga hamil secara teratur karena senam yoga hamil mempunyai banyak manfaat bagi ibu hamil terhadap kesiapan fisik dan psikologis dalam menghadapi persalinan. Kata Kunci: senam yoga, kesiapan fisik dan psikologis, ibu hamil

Abstract

Informed consent is the approval of a medical action given by the patient or his closest family after receiving a complete explanation of the medical action to be carried out on the patient. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing the incomplete filling of the informed consent form at the hospital. The research method uses a literature study. The results showed that the incomplete informed consent filling in the hospital on the components of identification, important reporting, authentication and correct documentation, the factors causing incomplete filling of the informed consent form at the hospital due to lack of human resources due to limited workforce and lack of accuracy of installation officers. medical records so that the quality of the information produced is low and the implementation strategy of filling out a complete informed consent form in the hospital must have policies and SOPs, basically standard operating procedures.
