Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan TIK yang pesat di satu sisi memberikan banyak kemudahan, namun di sisi lain seringkali menimbulkan banyak masalah. Selain itu, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi juga menuntut manusia untuk menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Oleh karena itu, siswa harus memiliki kemampuan menggunakan ICT (Technology Literate) dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah secara kreatif. Untuk itu diperlukan model pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan keterampilan pemecahan masalah, berpikir kreatif, dan penguasaan teknologi. Integrasi model kelas terbalik dengan pembelajaran berbasis masalah yang diperkuat dengan teknik DO IT merupakan salah satu model alternatif yang akan dikembangkan. Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut, penelitian ini akan mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan model pembelajaran flipped classroom yang diperkuat dengan penerapan teknik DO IT. Model pembelajaran tersebut disebut Model Pembelajaran Terbalik Berbasis Masalah (Model PBFL). Dalam mewujudkan model ini, penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan Gall and Borg. Saat ini penelitian pengembangan sampai pada tahap revisi berdasarkan hasil telaah ahli pembelajaran.Abstract: The rapid development of ICT, on the one hand, provides many conveniences, but on the other hand, it often causes many problems. Furthermore, the development of science and technology also requires humans to be lifelong learners. Therefore, students must have the ability to use ICT (Technology Literate) and the ability to solve problems creatively. For this reason, a learning model is needed that integrates problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and mastery of technology. The integration of the flipped classroom model with problem-based learning reinforced with DO IT techniques is one of the alternative models to be developed. Based on these needs, this research will develop a learning model that integrates a problem-based learning model with a flipped classroom learning model, which is strengthened by applying to DO IT techniques. The learning model is called the Problem-Based Flipped Learning Model (PBFL Model). In realizing this model, research was conducted using the Gall and Borg development research model. Currently, development research is up to the revision stage based on the results of a learning expert review.

Abstract

This study aimed at examining whether or not the teaching media gave impact to the social-subject learning outcome viewed from the students’ interest. This was an experimental study. The study employed experimental design treatment by level 2x2. The sampling participants were the fifth graders of 86 Public Elementary School, Kota Tengah and 78 Public Elementary School, Kota Tengah, Gorontalo City, academic year of 2017/2018. The participants were selected through multi stage simple random sampling. The result of this study revealed that there was a significant impact of the teaching media usage towards the social-subject learning outcome that was viewed from the students’ interest.

Abstract

This study aimed to examines the effectiveness of the implementation of STEM-Blended learning to enhance high school students' high-level thinking skills on Kepler law concept during covid-19 outbreak. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. This study used two class groups including the experimental class and the control class. This study was conducted at one of high schools in Indonesia. The students' higher-order thinking skills for the experimental class was included in the medium category with a percentage of achievement of 75%. However, in the control class, it was included in the medium category with a rate of 61%. The results showed that there were significant differences between experimental and control classes with the value .0015 < 0.05, meaning that the implementation of STEM-Blended learning is effective to enhance high school students' high-level thinking skills on Kepler law concept. This findings will be usefull for the development of STEM Education during Covid-19 outbreak.

Abstract

This study is aimed at gathering information about the tendency of learning resources needed by the students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) that support ICT based learning. The study is conducted using the survey method applying questionnaires that randomly distributed to the students. The questionnaires filled in by 580 students of 22 different study programmes covering six faculties of UNJ. Every faculty tends to have different learning resources. However, videos are the most essential learning resources needed by students. The development of learning resources in higher education must consider the need of learning resources of students of each faculty, not the university as a whole.

Abstract

This research aimed at describing how the students of State University of Jakarta utilize the internet in searching information and instructional materials for their study. Using survey descriptive method, the research was conducted in the State University of Jakarta as from October through December 2006. Samples were determined by cluster random sampling technique and data were collected by using questioners and analyze by using quantitative descriptive statistics. The findings of the research indicate that almost all the student (98,1%) ever uses the internet as a learning resource and the most visited site in science (78,1%). Most of the students (83,41%) admit that they use internet to complete the tasks given by the lectures. But majority of the students (90,48%) use the internet outside of the campus as the find the facilities are not in the campus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami metode mind mapping dan perannya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian dilakukan karena siswa kelas IV SDN Cigasong I, tempat peneliti mengajar, mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal yang menuntut berpikir kreatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber bacaan terkait pembelajaran yang menggunakan mind mapping dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Penelitian difokuskan pada membuat rancangan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) metode mind mapping, untuk mata pelajaran IPA yang berfokus pada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang mencakup kemampuan menampilkan keaslian (originality), kemampuan menampilkan kelancaran (fluency), dan kemampuan melengkapi penguraian (elaboration). Penelitian ini secara detail menjelaskan tahap pembuatan mind mapping, pembuatan RPP mind mapping, serta menyampaikan tantangan dan solusi yang mungkin dihadapi guru dalam pelaksanaannya. Analisis data adalah deskriptif analisis yang dilakukan dengan membuat catatan kritis, memberi kode kategori, membuat chart, dan memberi stabilo atas bahan-bahan bacaan yang terkait dengan mind mapping dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan RPP yang detail dan komprehensif tentang mind mapping, agar dapat membantu guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang terkait dengan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah panduan bagi guru yang akan menerapkan metode mind mapping dalam pembelajaran khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPA di SD.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the implementation of the In-service Teacher Professional Education (PPGDJ) program, especially in the field of study for elementary school teachers at Makassar State University (UNM) in the COVID-19 era. This research was carried out in April-July 2021 at the Makassar State University (UNM) Teacher Professional Education Study Program (Prodi). Subjects in this study included lecturers, civil servant teachers, and PPGDJ students for elementary school teachers. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Sources of data were obtained from program managers, supervisors, civil servants, PPGDJ students, elementary school teachers. The technique of collecting research data is through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results of the research. Implementation of the PPG In Position program in the field of study for elementary school teachers at UNM in the COVID-19 era was carried out well. It is proven by all stages of implementing the PPG program in the field of study for elementary school teachers at UNM that are well organized and structured. This increases the competence of teachers, both pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence which gives birth to the expected professional teachers. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which forced PPG students in the field of study for elementary class teachers to be able to master Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in line with increasing teachers' IT abilities. So that teachers feel satisfied and optimistic in providing changes in learning in schools for the better. Keywords: Program Implementation, Teacher Education, COVID-19

Abstract

This research aims to improve the Kaeophanuek & Chookerd flipped classroom design by accommodating activities in the form of practice and simulation of knowledge gained in real life to be more suitable to apply in the workplace. This study used Research and Development (R&D). Preliminary research was conducted at the Integrated Islamic School involving 15 new teachers from Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School, Senior High School, and Vocational Schools. The results of this study will develop a Flipped Classroom with a Cognitive Apprenticeship approach for training new teachers named PETI DIKLAT. To realize this model, research was conducted using the Integrated Learning Design Framework (ILDF) development model combined with the cart learning design model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students who are taught withlearning strategies Problem Based Learning and students who are taught withlearning strategies Contextuan Teaching Learning; learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students who have high creative thinking skills with students who have low creative thinking skills; know the interaction of the use of learning strategies with the ability to think creatively in influencing the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education. The research method used is a quasi-experimental. The test results show: the learning outcomes of students taught by thelearning strategy Problem Based Learning are higher than students who are taught with thestrategy Contextuan Teaching Learning; the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students with high creative thinking abilities are higher than students with low creative thinking abilities; and there is an interaction between learning strategies and the ability to think creatively on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education. To improve learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education for students at SMK Negeri 1 Setu Bekasi Regency who have high creative thinking abilities can be done by usinglearning strategies Problem Based Learning, on the other hand for students who have low creative thinking abilities it can be done withlearning strategies Contextuan Teaching Learning, In general, to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students of SMK Negeri 1 Setu Bekasi Regency can be done by using thelearning strategy Problem Based Learning
