Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris, marjin laba bersih, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan risiko pada laporan tahunan perusahaan periode 2013-2016. Teori pemangku kepentingan dan teori keagenan digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel. Pengungkapan risiko dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis konten berdasarkan pada identifikasi kalimat pengungkapan risiko dalam laporan tahunan. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat model Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa good corporate governance, ukuran dewan komisaris dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan risiko, sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pengungkapan risiko. Penelitian ini mampu memberikan informasi bagi investor untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan risiko perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh fleksibilitas kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, penghargaan dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai BSSN dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui software AMOS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel fleksibilitas kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, penghargaan dan lingkungan kerja non fisik masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BSSN. Variabel penghargaan memberikan pengaruh terkuat dan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik memberikan pengaruh terkecil terhadap kinerja pegawai BSSN, sehingga kebijakan yang dapat diterapkan oleh Biro OSDM adalah menerapkan PP 30 Tahun 2019 dengan pemberian promosi dan prioritas pengembangan pegawai bagi pegawai yang memiliki hasil P2KP sangat baik selama 2 tahun berturut-turut dan baik selama 2 tahun berturut-turut.

Abstract

The Influence of Knowledge Management on Employee Performance in Mediation Learning Organizations at the Jakarta Central Employment BPJS.Human resources are very important in improving a company or organization. Where the resources in question are all employees in the company from the lowest level to the highest level incorporated in the work. Each employee can make a good or bad contribution to the company because the company's achievements or disasters depend on the performance of its employees. Therefore, management must always be developed to realize the importance of improving employee performance through Knowledge Management in Mediation. Learning organizations play an important role in improving the performance of their employees so that they are seen as affecting the company or organization. This paper aims to study the effect, Knowlegde Management on employee performance mediated by learning organizations to provide advice on how companies can improve the performance of their employees through effective programs where Knowledge Management has four variables. For independent variables: Tacit Knowledge (X1), Explicit knowledge (X2), Support leadership (X3), and Technology (X4). The dependent variable or Mediation is Learning Organization (Y1) and Performance (Y2). The research approach used for this study is in accordance with quantitative research, namely interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The model was analyzed using smartPLS 2.0 statistical software. This survey-based data was collected from 100 respondents. This study found that Tacit knowledge, Explicit Knowledge, Support Leadership and Technology had a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by Learning organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of product strategy, price, promotion, and security on community decision making in choosing blibli.com as an online / e-commerce market in Jakarta. Research using primary data collected through google doc which contains questionnaires with the unit of analysis studied are people in the DKI Jakarta area. This study was tested using a survey method of research samples as many as 200 people who have accessed and shop at the shopping site Blibli.com. The test equipment used in this study is to use a prerequisite test which includes; normality test, construct validity and reliability test, confirmatory analysis and feasibility test of the overall goodness of fit index. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is assisted with AMOS version 22.0 software. The results of this study indicate that product strategy variables have a positive and real effect on community decision-making in choosing blibli.com as an online / e-commerce market in Jakarta as indicated by the CR value of -2.085> 1.96 and a probability value of 0.037 <0.05 , the price variable has a positive and real effect on community decision making in choosing blibli.com as an online / e-commerce market in Jakarta as indicated by the CR value of 2.104> 1.96 and a probability value of 0.035 <0.05, the promotion variable has a positive effect and real to community decision making in choosing blibli.com as an online / e-commerce market in Jakarta as indicated by the CR value of 2.411> 1.96 and a probability value of 0.016 <0.05, the security variable does not have a positive and real effect on community decision making in choosing blibli.com as an online / e-commerce market in Jakarta as indicated by the CR s value is 1.547 <1.96 and the probability value is 0.122> 0.05

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone iPhone 6 Series. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 205 orang dipilih dengan metode convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa produk dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan harga dan tempat tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap produk, tempat, harga, dan promosi yang perlu ditingkatkan guna meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the World Gold Price, STI Index, N225 Index, KS11 Index, DJI Index, on the IHSG and its Impact on the IDX30 Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2012-2020). Hypothesis testing in this study used a statistical analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the World Gold Price had a positive and insignificant effect on the IHSG, the STI Index had a negative and significant effect on the IHSG, the N225 Index had a positive and insignificant effect on the IHSG, the KS11 Index had a negative and significant effect on the IHSG and the DJI Index had a positive and insignificant effect. against the IHSG. The World Gold Price has a negative and significant effect on IDX30, the STI Index has a positive and significant effect on IDX30, the N225 Index has a negative and significant effect on IDX30, the KS11 Index has a positive and significant effect on IDX30 and the DJI Index has a positive and insignificant effect on IDX30. World Gold Price has insignificant effect on IDX30 through IHSG, STI Index has insignificant effect on IDX30 through IHSG, N225 Index has insignificant effect on IDX30 through IHSG, KS11 Index has insignificant effect on IDX30 through IHSG and DJI Index has insignificant effect on IDX30 through IHSG. IHSG has a positive and significant effect on IDX30.

Abstract

The primary aim of this research is to investigate the impact of the physical work environment, leadership, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction, and subsequently, how this affects staff performance at PT. Graha Prima Electrical Ambassador in Jakarta. The physical work environment, leadership, and job motivation are significant factors in an organisational setting that can have a considerable influence on the well-being and performance of employees. The current investigation will utilise quantitative research approaches. The study sample encompasses the entirety of the population, which is composed of a total of 35 employees. Nevertheless, the scope of the sample is restricted to those who are directly engaged in marketing activities, with the intention of enhancing the research results. The study's results suggest that there exists a strong and positive correlation between several aspects, such as the physical work environment, leadership, and work motivation, and the level of job satisfaction experienced by employees. The three independent factors have a substantial influence on the dependent variable, explaining 51.3% of its variability. The present study provides evidence that job satisfaction at PT Duta Listrik Graha Prima in Jakarta is influenced by various elements, including physical work environment characteristics, leadership style, and work motivation. These factors, in turn, have an impact on employee performance.
