Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kampung Liman Benawi adalah rendahnya pengetahuan, kemampuan, serta keahlian dalam membuat olahan produk kreatif. Selain itu, permasalah yang lain adalah tingkah kesejahteraan masyarakat, terutama petani terong tergolong masih rendah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi para petani teror dengan melakukan transfer knowledge, berupa pembuatan produk kreatif dari hasil panen mereka, yaitu: manisan terong dan keripik terong. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, dengan metode pelatihan. Pertama, yang dilakukan adalah mendemonstrasikan pembuatan produk manisan terong dan keripik terong. Kedua, membuat logo atau merek dagang. Ketiga, melakukan penjulan dan distribusi produk. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian, adalah diterimanya produk olahan kreatif petani terong oleh masyarkat luas. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi petani tersebut. Kata Kunci : Produk Kreatif, Branding, Liman Benawi, Lampung, Hasil Olahan, Terong.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership on the employee Commitment Organizational. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method through a survey with a population of 246 people with 114 samples. Human resource need to be managed properly so that the commitment of member organizations is high so that the level of human resource turnover will be low. Organizational commitment needs to be increased by providing support to members so that they have a perception that the organization has valued its contribution, leaders who are able to provide direction and motivation to members to do something better than they expected, and within the organization there must also be organizational cultures can be accepted by all members so that they can maintain members to remain highly committed to supporting the achievement of the goals of the organization.

Abstract

The Community Service Team (PKM) will carry out PKM activities at SMA Negeri 1 Metro (SMAN 1 Metro), and focus on class XII students, totaling 388 students. This PKM activity was carried out at SMAN 1 Metro because there was no interest from SMAN 1 Metro students for entrepreneurship and still did not understand how to start a business. Based on interviews conducted with several students, it was found that: 1) Students do not have an interest in entrepreneurship, 2) there are students who have an interest in starting entrepreneurship, but still do not have sufficient knowledge, 3) students' lack of knowledge about digital marketing. Therefore, the service team saw that this was one of the challenges for the service team to help SMAN 1 Metro to share knowledge about starting a business and digital marketing. The method used in this PKM activity is the method of socialization / counseling, discussion, simulation, and application. The results of the PKM activities that have been carried out are the presentation of material on E-Business Concept, Social Media Marketing, Management Branding Social Media, Personal Branding, business assistance and proposals for the FIKSI national competition. This PKM activity has a positive impact on students of SMAN 1 Metro, they become inspired to become young entrepreneurs, and have basic knowledge to run a business. The knowledge possessed by students and students will encourage them to ask for entrepreneurship. The material presented made the students know how simple it is to start a business, build a brand by using social media, and build personality as a businessman.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat komitmen organisasional dan sejauh mana komitmen organisasional dipengaruhi oleh person organization fit, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap dari setiap fakultas yang ada di IIB Darmajaya yaitu sebanyak 91 dosen tetap. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan probability sample. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode assosiatif dengan pendekatan sebab akibat atau kuantitatif. Metode analisis data mengunakan kuisioner dan studi kepustaan (Library research). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa komitmen organisasioanl dipengaruhi oleh person organization fit , motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lainnya. Hasil uji t diperoleh kesimpulan person organization fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional. Kata Kunci :  Person organization fit, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan kontrak dan aspek kontribusi paling besar. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrument pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kontrak dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 responden melalui metode sampling jenuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis data menggunakan  importance performance analysis (analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja/kepuasan) dan Indeks Kepuasan Karyawan. Hasil importance performance analysis (IPA) menunjukkan kuadran Interpretasi dari diagram kartesius yaitu pada kuadran A terdapat 10 atribut, pada kuadran B terdapat 14 atribut, pada kuadran C terdapat 2 atribut, dan pada kuadran D terdapat 9 atribut.Kata Kunci :  Kepuasaan kerja, PT. Abstract

The article investigates the relationship between dimensions of work-life balance (time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance) on organizational commitment. Employee at one of the hotels in Bandarlampung, Lampung, Indonesia, were surveyed and a total of 60 useable questionnaires were returned. We employed multiple regression analysis on those data and found that the time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balancepositively affected the organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee branding on job seekers' interest in participating in the recruitment process. This is based on the shift of the Indonesian workforce from generation Y to generation X. Respondents in the study amounted to 300 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. Tests of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with hypothesis testing using Test T. The results of this study, namely: 1) Interest value affects the interest of job seekers to follow the recruitment process, 2) Social value affects the interest of job seekers to follow the recruitment process, 3) social value influences the interest of job seekers to participate in the recruitment process, 4) development value influences the interest of job seekers to participate in the recruitment process, 5) applicant value influences the interest of job seekers to participate in the recruitment process. Keywords — Employee Branding, Rekrutment, Selection, Job Seeker

Abstract

Tujuan dilakuakannya Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap keinginan berwirausaha, (2) Pengaruh norma subyektif terhadap keinginan berwirausaha, (3) Pengaruh sikap berperilaku terhadap keinginan berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, kuisioner dan penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling dengan sempel sebanyak 92 mahasiswa dari populasi 1104 mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini keinginan berwirausaha akan diukur dengan The Theory of Planed Behavior yang dikemukakan oleh Ajzen, (1991). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan skala Likert, untuk hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa. (1) efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap keinginan berwirausaha, (2) norma subyektif tidak berpengaruh terhadap keinginan berwirausaha, (3) sikap berperilaku tidak berpengaruh terhadap keinginan berwirausaha serta (4) Efikasi diri, norma subektif dan sikap berperilaku berpengaruh secara Bersama-sama terhadap keinginan berwirausaha.Kata Kunci — Efikasi Diri, Norma Subyektif, Sikap Berperilaku, dan Keinginan Berwirausaha

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence job satisfaction of employees of PT. Aneka Usaha Tanggamus Jaya. Research Methodology: In this study, the researcher used this type of quantitative research. Quantitative is data in the form of numbers, or quantitative data that is scored (scoring). Data is a source or material that will be used in a study. Data sources consist of primary data Primary Data. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Various Usaha Tanggamus Jaya Lampung, totaling 33 employees. Data analysis using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)  The results of the importan performance analysis (IPA) show the interpretation of the Cartesian diagram, namely in quadrant A there are 9 attributes that are still not satisfactory and become the main priority to be addressed first by PT. Various Enterprises Tanggamus Jaya. In quadrant B there are 7 attributes that must be maintained by PT. Various Enterprises Tanggamus Jaya. In quadrant C there are 11 attributes that are considered less important or have low priority by employees of PT. Various Enterprises Tanggamus Jaya. In quadrant D there are 9 attributes that are considered not too important by employees.  Research like this related to job satisfaction needs to be done in every industrial sector. This is because, each industry has different antecedents or shapers of job satisfaction. Abstract

This study was to investigate the role of positive affect on the effect of person-organization fit and employment. This study used a quantitative approach. 135 employees who worked in PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Tarahan, Bandar Lampung was chosen as the respondent in this study. Measurement of the person-organization fit variable was measured by an instrument developed by Kristof (1996). Job satisfaction was measured using the Michigan organization assessment questionnaire (Bowling & Hammond, 2008). Positive affect was measured using the positive & negative affect schedule (PANAS) developed by Watson et al (1988). Data processing and hypothesis testing used moderating regression analysis. The findings in this investigation are: first, P-O fit had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, second, positive affect did not moderate the relationship between P-O fit and job satisfaction. This was indicated by the interaction variables that are smaller than the significance value.
