Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran inklusif bagi mahasiswa penyandang tunanetra yangbelajar di perguruan tinggi, khususnya dalam mata kuliah sintaksis bahasa Inggris. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut,penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode riset dan pengembangan, dengan tahapan penelitian: (1) melakukan identifikasimasalah dan kebutuhan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dimana mahasiswa penyandang tunanetra belajar bersama dalam kelasmahasiswa biasa, melalui metode kajian pustaka, observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD); (2)menyusun model pembelajaran inklusif bahasa Inggris bagi mahasiswa tunanetra yang meliputi strategi dan mediapembelajaran; (3) menyusun rencana pembelajaran inklusif; dan (4) mengkonsultasikan model dan rencana pembelajaraninklusif tersebut dengan ahli pembelajaran inklusif (expert judgement).Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah modelpembelajaran berbasis web yang telah disesuaikan dengan: a) media pembelajaran Sintaksis bahasa Inggris; b) prinsipkhusus peserta didik tunanetra; dan c) prinsip segmentasi struktur sintaksis bahasa Inggris. Walau temuan hasil telahberhasil diidentifikasi, penelitian ini masih memerlukan pengembangan lebih dalam, salah satunya untuk memperluas fungsimedia pembelajaran Sintaksis bahasa Inggris untuk mencakup analisis yang lebih kompleks, misalnya segmentasi kalimatmajemuk setara atau bertingkat.Kata kunci: model, pembelajaran, inklusif, tunanetra, sintaksis, bahasa Inggris

Abstract. PT. DSS is engaged in the generation of electrical energy trying toimprove their quality to ensure the availability and reliability of electricity andsteam distribution to customers. Then the company has always tried to maintainthe operational continuity of power generation engines. One way to implementimprovements boiler and turbine overhaul alternately and must be completed on-time schedule, it must be done by a competent contractor. To ensure thecompetence of the contractor to overhaul the necessary research to evaluate itsperformance aimed at selecting the best contractor. From the research results withAnalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methode is known that most prioritizedcriteria in the selection of contractors is a priority quality criteria with a weight of0.539, other criteria is the cost (0.297) and the criteria for cooperation (0.164).The best contractors being the top priority is PT. NWI with the largest priorityvalue is 0.276, then PT. CMS (0.248), PT. TJ (0.175), and PT. KDS (0.173).Contractors whose value is the lowest priority are PT. CAS for 0.067 and PT. Abstract

This article attempts to elaborate and to explore the educational background of caregivers in the Social Orphanage Children (PSAA) which belongs to the social Islamic organizations (CSOs) in the Province of Jakarta. The study which was conducted in Jakarta applied a survey method. There are 35 (thirty five) respondents from nine (9) PSAA who participated in this research. The study found that caregivers do not fully follow the principle of professionalism in the work. It can be identified by the education of the caregiver that the majority of caregivers only graduated from senior high school which is amounted to 71.43% and 28.57% of caregivers had received training related to child care and only 2.86% of caregivers who have an educational background in social work or social welfare. These will potentially cause the child to be in one cycle of misguided, thus inhibiting the development of the child.

Abstract

Kesadaran masyarakat merupakan salah satu variable dalam menunjang meningatkanya partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengelola kebersihan lingkungan. Dengan kesadaran masyarakat, maka akan diimbangi oleh meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung program kebersihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besaran Pengaruh kesadaran Masyarakat Terhadap Meningkatnya Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Kebersihan Lingkungan di Kelurahan Menteng Jakarta Pusat. Penulisan penelitian ini mengunakan metode-metode Eksplanatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang menjelaskan atau menggambarkan suatu, yang bertujuan menguji hipotesa yang berkenaan dengan hubungan sebab akibat diantara variabel yang diteliti. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dalam metode Eksplanatif, dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa variabel kesadaran masyarakat berpengaruh positif cukup terhadap variabel partisipasi masyarakat di Kelurahan Menteng Jakarta pusat.

Abstract

In order to meet the increasing needs of electricity and steam, PT. DSS seeks to maintain thecontinuity of the process of generation and distribution, by maintaining reliability of Roller Millsystem. Based on the historical damage of the Roller Mill, then conducted this study with the aim ofimproving reliability of the Roller Mill system. Search root cause of the problem using the method ofCause and Effect Diagram and Root Cause Analysis, and corrective actions with preventivemaintenance approach. Secondary data such as operation time, down time and frequency of damageof the Roller Mill system, sourced from maintenance data of Mechanical Section. From the analysisfound that the root cause of problems-Tip Plow damage is the cause of damage spare part RollerMill. Maintenance activities with the implementation of preventive maintenance has improved thereliability of the Roller Mill system with an increase of 6.90% Operational Availability.
