Abstract

Conventional Insurance form agreement between two side or more which guarantor side fastes self endured with accept insurance premium to give detriment replacement to endured because detriment, damage, hope for profit loss, or law responsible with third side which able endured suffered that emerge from uncertain event or to give payment for a life person or died person.Uncertain substance, premium that unbalance with loss out, fund investment that collected in insurance, company with remainder way causedby conventional insurance doesn’t correct with law expert.View of Islam law toward conventional insurance pictured from scholar of Islam viewed and an intellectual Moslem that is forbidden viewed, allowed, abstain from commercial insurance and allowed social insurance and conventional insurance viewed as subhat.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is trying improvement and increasement the quality continously all persons. TQM is a inovation in managing a education which make focus in improving and increasing the quality continously which oriented to customer’satisfaction. Standard of Education and The Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in The Vacational School is a role and quality giudance contain minimun criteria and achievement the quality which must be finished school in operating one of education.both of them must finish consistently in order to purpose school can achieve, namely involving and enableness all school society.that thing,the observer is imterested to indentify about “Comitment Of School Society About Implementation Effectivity Total Quality Management In SMKN In Cimahi”.The purpose of obserment id is to know commitment of school society about organisation,to know implementatiom effectivity TQM and to know school society about implementation Effectivity TQM. The method that is used in the observement is the method quantative, that is located in SMKN CIMAHI, by using technic sample random sampling in sample taking. A informant as data source and tecnic data collecting that is used questionnaire and interview. And the usage programme SPSS version 21.0 and Microsoft Excel in data processing.According data processing result Weight Mean Score (WMS) find observernent in school society in SMKN CIMAHI in the position EXCELLENT in getting score 4,13 where SMKN 1 Has low score 4,08 and HIGH score SMKN 2 4,37 meanwhile SMKN 3 is 4,31 and the next about implementation Effectivity TQM in School Cimahi has WELL generally in rate score 3,97 which SMKN 1 (4,00) has high score from SMKN 2 (3,97) SMKN 3 (3,91) have low score among the other school. Meanwhile finding from normality test result that variable data X and Y distribute Normal, data processing and data analysis use parametic statistic technic. From variable corelation coefision test X and Y is gotten 0,710 and test result Signification is gotten value t-hitung 12,488 and t-tabel 1,804and coefision test result detemination is getting 50,5% it means commitment of school society inflence strongly 50,5% and signification about effectivity implementatiom TQM in SMKN CIMAHI. 49,5% is influenced other factor is included he obcerverment. The conclusion that a need consistent teachers and administration staff as school society to commite about organisation through obedience about quality operate the job according the quality guidance.

Abstract

Fourteen points of Deming’s thought about increasing the quality of the educational menagement are epected to be implemented in improving educational management quality in Indonesia. It is said that the essence of thing about the Deming’s concept is leadership. Casmpus STAIN Watampone, as a social institution, is expected to meet the needs of the community about quality education. Principals have an important role in implementing integrated quality or TQM in Campus. STAIN Watampone in a school will not run properly if it is not supported by quality-oriented leadership behavior of the principals. The focus of this research is the problem in leadership behaviors of school principals in implementing STAIN Watampone. This study has the objectives to determine the commitment of the school. The behavior of the principal’s leadership is improving the quality, and strategic leadership in improving the quality.

Abstract

Soap operas are spectacles that are in great demand by the wider community, especially teenagers, but in this millennial era, soap operas only present the negative side rather than instilling values in it. This is what motivates the author to study this problem. Then, this study aims to find out the description of the soap opera Ustad Millennial, then the soap opera show that can foster the values of Islamic religious education for the millennial generation, then the values of Islamic religious education contained in the soap opera Ustad Millennial. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, this type of research is a qualitative literature (library research). Then the subject of this research is the soap opera Ustad Millennial broadcast on the WeTv platform. The research instrument used is data collection techniques by means of documentation. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. The results of this literature research show that there are many values of Islamic religious education contained in the soap opera Ustad Millennial which includes the value of aqidah/faith, moral values and worship values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dengan menggunakan metode bercerita dengan boneka tangan pada anak Kelompok B2 TK Asoka Makassar Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Media boneka tangan dipilih karena pada dasarnya anak senang mendengarkan cerita. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas kolaboratif menggunakan model penelitian Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 anak Kelas B2 usian 5-6 tahun Di Tk- TK Asoka Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas B2 TK TK Asoka Makassar pada semester 1, Tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang penelitian tindakan kelas B2 ini dilaksanakan 2 siklus karena pada siklus 1 tindakan ke I 11,4% Tindakan ke II 83,8% keberhasilan yang dicapai adalah 10 siswa 50 % dari 20 siswa yang dikategorikan tuntas sedangkan 7 siswa 35% dikategorikan tidak tuntas. sehingga dilanjutkan pada siklus II, pada proses pembelajaran siklus II Tindakan I 24,4%, Tindakan II 72,4%, sudah ada peningkatan dibanding siklus I pada siklus II ini siswa yang mencapai tingkat ketunasan adalah 15 siswa atau 85% yang dikategorikan tuntas sedangkan siswa yang tidak tuntas adalah 5 siswa atau 15,%.
