Abstract

When speech act is practiced by human being, there are always figures or roles involved in it. They are a speaker and a listener. The existence of two parties, language usage is not only related textually but also interpersonal matters. Language is not only a pragmatically textual retorica but also as a pragmatically interpersonal retorica.As an interpersonal retorica, language has methods or principles. The division made by Halliday, Geoffrey Leech divides interpersonal retoric into three kinds of principles namely Cooperative Principle, Politeness Principle, and Irony Principle.The three principles are clearly shown by Japanese society. In Japanese society social status and friendship are absolute and well reflected in the language. Japanese supports, this social system through the use of smooth language known as Keigo. For Japanese people it is vital to know how to determine differences of social status and this fiendship and admit it as reflected in the usage of Keigo.

Abstract

Dari beberapa kelas sosial, yakni kaum samurai, petani, tukang, dan kaum pedagang (dikenal dengan sebutan Shinookooshoo) yang ada dalam masyarakat Jepang, sejak pemerintahan Tokugawa Bakufu hingga berakhirnya Perang Dunia II, kaum petani Jepang merupakan kelas yang paling menderita dalam menanggung hidupnya . Mereka mendapat perlakuan yang tidak adil dari para penguasa negara, di antaranya dalam hal pembayaran pajak yang begitu mencekik leher mereka . Kaum petani tidak mendapatkan perhargaan yang layak seperti yang dialami kelas-kelas sosial lainnya . Padahal kaum petanilah yang menjadi "tulang punggung" para penguasa negara dan kelas-kelas sosial lainnya .

Abstract

In Japanese speech levels, a polite form is known as Keego, which consists of Sonkeego, Kenjoogo, and Teeneego. In Javanese, such a form is called Unda-Usuk. It consists of Ngoko (divided into Ngoko Lugu, Antya Basa, and Basa Antya), Madya (divided into Madya Ngoko, Madyantara, and Madya Krama), and Krama (divided into Mudha Krama, Kramantara, and Wreda Krama). Based on the results of the contrastive analysis used in this paper, it was found out that there are similararities as well as differences between Keego and Unda-Usuk. Both of them have honorific forms as well as humble forms. The difference is that in Japanese there are two concepts known as Uchi and Soto. This means that Japanese pay attention to who a speaker is talking to and who is being discussed. Another difference is that Ngoko can not be contrasted with Keego. Krama Inggil and Krama Andhap do not belong to speech levels. Both are lexicons giving varieties to the existing speech levels, whereas Sonkeego and Kenjoogo are parts of Keego.

Abstract

This study aims to describe some of the errors in the use of Japanese speech levels in the Kenjougo form by Japanese language learners and the smooth form of Sundanese language for themselves by some Sundanese people. What kinds of errors are found in the use of the two languages, the answers will be presented in this study.The data in this study for the use of the Japanese language were obtained from questionnaires addressed to students of the Japanese Literature Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Gadjah Mada University semester III, V, and VII. While the data for the use of the Sundanese language consisted of two groups, the first group was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires addressed to Japanese language lecturers who spoke Sundanese and the second group was obtained from housewives, civil servants, retired civil servants, and others. It was concluded that the errors in using Kenjougo in the third semester were 36.36%, the fifth semester errors were 21.27%, and the seventh semester errors were 33.33%. Meanwhile, errors in the use of the lemes keur sorangan form among Japanese language lecturers who speak Sundanese as much as 22% and the public as much as 15%.

Abstract

Kehidupan bermasyarakat terutama bagi seorang muslim tidak lepas dari interaksinya dengan Al-Qur’an. Dewasa ini tanpa disadari umat manusia semakin jauh dari hablum min Allah dan hablum minan naas, yakni menjauh dari ajaran Islam. Sikap tersebut menunjukkan pendidikan akhlak manusia rendah sehingga menimbulkan perubahan social yang buruk. Untuk itu, pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghidupkan kembali spirit surat Al-Ma’un guna menjadikan kondisi kehidupan masyarakat lebih stabil, sejahtera serta mengurangi kesenjangan social. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melalui studi kepustakaan (Library Research) metode deskriptif analisis yang didukung oleh literatur serta pengumpulan data dilakukan baik secara primer maupun sekunder. Surat Al-Ma’un memberikan pengajaran kepada kita akan nilai-nilai social dalam kehidupan seperti saling tolong menolong dan tidak mengabaikan sesorang dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya, menyantuni anak yatim piatu, fakir miskin dan kaum lemah. Dengan mengimplementasikan surat Al-ma’un di kehidupan, maka dapat memberikan pengaruh perubahan social yang signifikan. Bahkan berdampak terhadap pendidikan akhlak manusia yang semakin membaik, sehingga kesenjangan social dalam ruang lingkup kehidupan dapat ditanggulangi serta sebisa mungkin menghilang.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu upaya untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan adalah dengan pemberdayaan kaum perempuan. Untuk itu Pemerintah mencanangkan program terpadu Peningkatan Peranan Wanita Menuju Keluarga Sehat Sejahtera (P2WKSS). Dalam pelaksanaan P2WKSS bidang pertanian di Desa Gunungkarung Kecamatan Luragung, Kabupaten Kuningan, dilaksanakan kegiatan pembuatan kebun bibit desa dan kolam terpal ikan lele. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Kuntum Mekar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat partisipasi anggota KWT Kuntum Mekar dalam melaksanakan program pemberdayaan tersebut dan bagaimana hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi dengan keberhasilan program di bidang pertanian. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survey deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang anggota KWT Kuntum Mekar. Partisipasi diukur dalam empat tahap, yaitu tahap pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan menikmati hasil. Keberhasilan program dianalisis pada dua kegiatan yaitu pembuatan kebun bibit desa dan kolam terpal ikan lele. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi anggota KWT Kuntum Mekar termasuk ke dalam katagori sangat tinggi sementara hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi dengan tingkat keberhasilan mempunyai korelasi yang positif nyata dengan kategori hubngan yang sangat kuat.Kata Kunci : bidang pertanian, kelompok Wanita tani, partisipasi, pemberdayaan

Abstract

Abstract The success of an organization in increasing employee work productivity will greatly support their ability to compete at work to be more productive so that goals can be achieved. The aim of this research is to explain the role of organizational culture in the influence of competence on work productivity. The population in this research is employees of Perumdam Tirta Bhakti, Majalengka Regency, totaling 45 employees. Sampling used a census/saturated sampling technique where the entire research population was used as the sample. The analysis method used is using SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3. The results of this research show that competency does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity, but it does have an effect on organizational culture. The main finding in this research is that organizational culture plays a full mediating role in the influence of competence on employee work productivity, meaning that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity through organizational culture.
