Abstract

The results of recapitulation of UN scores students on static fluid material from 2014-2016 have fluctuated every year. Many factors affect these conditions, one of which is the use of learning methods that are more memorized and low motivation to learn students. Mastery learning approach to learning with remedial group patterns allows can change the mindset of students and can improve learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the mastery learning approach with remedial group patterns on student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is quasi experiment research, which involves 4 (four) classes with remedial patterns per class. Data collection is done by using multiple-choice test questions. The test result data were analyzed using the one way ANOVA test formula. The results of the statistical test show that Fcount> Ftable is 2.90> 2.72 for a significant level of 95% and α = 0.05. The results showed that Ha hypothesis was accepted. The conclusion that there is an effect of the mastery learning approach with the remedial group pattern on learning outcomes, this can be seen from an increase in the class with the incomplete remedial pattern of selective friends (TTT-PT), compared with other classes.

Abstract

This animation-based PBL model research was conducted at MAN 4 Pidie Jaya, the research subjects were 34 class XI students. The research objective was to determine the increase in CBC and student response. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest and posttest one group design, involving 1 (one) study group that is given an animation-based PBL learning model. Processing of research results using the T-test and N-Gain test. The results showed the mean scores for the initial and final CBC tests were 48.50 and 73.25. The t-test value of the statistical test t = 7.02 and tt = 1.70, so that t> tt, learning animation-based PBL models on Basic Law and Chemical Computing has an effect on students' CBC skills. The average value of the Gain and N-Gain test for the CBC ability of students was 24.75 and 0.48 or 48% were in the "medium" category. It can be concluded that learning PBL model based on animation on Basic Law Material and Chemical Calculations can improve students' CBC skills. The response of students obtained an average value of strongly agree and agree of 18.71% and 70%. The results of the students' responses showed that students liked learning through an animation-based PBL model.

Abstract

The learning process at MIN 2 Bener Meriah already uses learning methods, but it is not optimal and not fully in accordance with the material being taught, the lack of media use, learning is student centered learning so that it causes students difficulty in understanding the material being taught. The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes through the recitation method assisted by the bulletin board display media and student responses to the methods and media used. The data collection method used quasi-experimental with nonequivalent pre-test post-test control group design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, namely the experimental class as many as 30 students and the control class as many as 30 students. The research instrument is a test in the form of multiple choice and a questionnaire. Analysis of learning outcomes using t-test and student responses using the percentage of respondents formula. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained (a) the results of the t test, namely tcount of 6.27 and ttable of 1.672 (tcount> ttable) so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected and the regression test was Y = 71.50 + 0.09X, (b) response students to the recitation method assisted by bulletin board display media with a percentage of 69.3% agree. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the recitation method with the help of bulletin board display media on student learning outcomes and students are happy and interested in the learning process using the bulletin board display media-assisted recitation method

Abstract

Students consider the material of electric current and voltage is physics material that is difficult to understand and complicated. The difficulty lies in the learning media which only uses printed books in the process of teaching and learning activities so that it makes students difficult to understand the material of abstract electric currents and voltages. So that learning video media is needed as a learning medium besides printed books that can help students understand the material of alternating electric currents and voltages. This study aims to determine the design of learning videos based on blender software and the feasibility of learning videos based on blender software. This study uses the R&D method with the Alessi and Trollip development model with three stages including Planning Stage, Design Stage, and Development Stage. The resulting product is a learning video based on blender software on alternating electric current and voltage material and the feasibility assessment of the product is categorized into very feasible criteria in terms of the validation results of media experts with a percentage of 90.35% and the results of validation by material experts with a percentage of 93.98%, so that it is declared very feasible to be used as a learning medium.
