Abstract

A Salary is a form of wages or rewards from rights granted by companies to employees. Usually, salaries are given to workers also differ according to position and class level. At PT Anugrah Distributor Indonesia is one of the companies engaged in retail sales. The amount of wages varies as well as determining commissions for each sales process from each unit. Become a complexity factor in determining the amount and salary for employees. In the process of recording and calculating salaries so far using Ms. Excel. Where accountants (finance) as data processors have a central role in processing them experiencing delays in displaying data. The results of the management process and salary reports are in the form of paper and files (softcopy). Delays in displaying data have an impact on the salary that must be reported by the leadership. From these problems, problem-solving is obtained by making an android-based payroll monitoring application prototype, can display salary data and make it easier for leaders to see the salary that has been reported anytime and anywhere. This research was made using observation methods, interview methods, SWOT analysts and literature studies. Using UML as a modeling design.

Abstract

Information regarding monitoring of operational expenditures of the Regional Public Service Agency at the Emergency Ambulance Service Unit of the DKI Jakarta Health Office. Because the finances issued or used must be accurately informed. In this case, monitoring the operational expenses of the Regional Public Service Agency at the Emergency Ambulance Service Unit of the DKI Jakarta Health Service still has many obstacles. Constraints faced are such as the technical executor. The activity of submitting an accountability letter still has a long stage, the Verifier is not there so that the process of checking the accountability letter stops, the input of reports is carried out one by one by the Spending Treasurer using Microsoft Excel. The process of monitoring the operational expenses of the Regional Public Service Agency at the Emergency Ambulance Service Unit of the DKI Jakarta Health Office takes a long time. And another obstacle is the occurrence of classifying the type of operational expenditure. In this data analysis method, using Balanced Scorecard (BSC) analysis, system design uses Visual Paradigm to create UML (Unified Modeling Language), PHP programming language, MySQL to create databases. The result of this research is that an information system for monitoring operational expenditures of the Regional Public Service Agency can create and submit a letter of accountability and verification letters are carried out computerized, the Expenditure Treasurer no longer enters the general cash books one by one, the Expenditure Treasurer no longer classifies the types of operational expenditure in recap operational expenditure.

Abstract

In the current era where technology is increasingly developing so that it can change a pattern or habit of society, it can be used by anyone, anywhere. The Bina Muda Gemilang Foundation is no exception, which also takes advantage of technological developments to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business processes. One of the business processes that run at this foundation, namely the data processing of client outreach activities, there are still many gaps where the error rate of data input is quite high. Also frequent date falsification of outreach activities and officer indiscipline in data input. This study aims to solve existing problems by creating a web-based system that is made using the programming languages PHP and MySQL for the database, which can facilitate business processes and minimize errors.

Abstract

Archiving data is needed for data handling, archiving will make it easier for companies to add and search for the data needed. The filing system that runs today is in the form of archive files that are stored specifically, by utilizing Microsoft Excel as an application to support its activities. This is considered not effective, because it can trigger data confusion and reporting to existing records. So it is necessary to design of an archiving system that can support performance. With a computerized filing system, it will facilitate archiving in managing archival data, especially in the guarantee section. Data collection methods are carried out by conducting observations, interviews and literature studies from various previous studies. While the system analysis method uses SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Treathment). To design a system using UML modeling (Unified Modeling Language) which is described by usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and Class Diagrams to describe the database relations. The conclusion of this study is to build a web system that is integrated with the database in the filing section, making the archive data collection process more accurate and informative.

Abstract

Pemimpin organisasi membutuhkan akses terhadap informasi strategis untuk melakukan monitoring, pengukuran kinerja, dan menyoroti adanya anomali pada organisasi. Sementara secara tradisional organisasi tidak memiliki tool enterprise performance management (EPM) yang efektif untuk melaksanakannya. Kegiatan monitoring, pengukuran kinerja, dan identifikasi terhadap anomali biasanya dilakukan seadanya, melalui laporan bagian terkait, dan disampaikan pada sebuah rapat. Akibatnya proses monitoring, pengukuran kinerja, dan identifikasi terhadap anomali organisasi membutuhkan sumber daya yang banyak. Bahkan, kadangkala hasilnya juga tidak mencerminkan kinerja dan anomali yang sesungguhnya. Untuk itu, paper ini membahas tentang pengembangan aplikasi dashboard information system (DIS) berbasis key performance indicator (KPI) sebagai tool EPM. Aplikasi DIS berbasis KPI dikembangkan menggunakan metode data URL (uniform resource located). Dalam implementasinya, untuk memberikan tampilan grafik yang interaktif dan kuat pada executive dashboard, digunakan software FusionChart dan XML (eXtensible Markup Language ) sebagai data interface. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa aplikasi DIS berbasis KPI sebagai tool EPM yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi dalam melakukan monitoring, pengukuran kinerja, dan identifikasi terhadap anomali yang terjadi. Peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas tercapai karena aplikasi DIS yang dihasilkan dapat menampilkan informasi strategis berdasarkan KPI yang telah ditetapan dalam bentuk dashboard, interaktif, real time, dan visual.

Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. Sintech Berkah Abadi is one of the providers of software solutions in the global market, providing business-based and high-tech solutions for customers throughout Indonesia. At present in terms of archiving data that is accessed is still using a manual system and not yet computerized, the process of searching for archives is quite time consuming and making reports still uses Microsoft Excel. This study aims to design a web-based archival classification information system to make it easier to manage file management properly. In this study using data collection methods namely observation, interviews and literature study. In the system analysis method used is the SWOT analysis, the design method used is Extreme Programming (XP). The results of the system design by using a web-based system can facilitate users in inputting data, storing data, searching for data, and making more accurate archive reports, so that archiving can run effectively and efficiently. Abstract

Dunia Teknologi Informasi yang semakin berkembang dari tahun ke tahun menuntut kita untuk selalu melangkah maju dan mengikuti perkembangan tersebut. Demikian juga dengan SMA Bina Insani yang dituntut untuk selalu berinovasi dalam menghadapi era persaingan yang semakin pesat saat ini. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada SMA Bina Insani ini berfokus pada Sistem absensi staf dan guru. Berdasarkan analisa sistem yang sedang berjalan diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem yang ada saat ini masih terdapat sejumlah kekurangan dan masih memerlukan banyak pengembangan lagi. Sistem yang ada juga belum terintegrasi dan sebagian proses masih dikerjakan secara manual, sehingga informasi yang dihasilkan belum akurat, proses pengelolaan data sampai dengan laporan lama, belum adanya keamanan data yang memadai. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu mengolah data yang terstruktur, terlebih untuk jumlah data yang besar, yang dapat membantu proses pengambilan keputusan yang tepat untuk Kepala Sekolah. Analisa sistem informasi dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis, kemudian merancang Sistem yang akhirnya dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan user dalam Sistem Absensi ini. Hasil rancangan Sistem digambarkan dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan diaplikasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web.

Abstract

Pajak berperan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia karena pajak merupakan sumber utama untuk mendanai APBN (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara). Salah satu faktor yang bisa diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan wajib pajak adalah melakukan sosialisasi pajak oleh pemerintah melalui penyuluhan dan seruan moral seperti dengan menggunakan media baliho maupun membuka situs peraturan pajak yang bisa diakses setiap saat oleh wajib pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kepatuhan wajib pajak terhadap pengaruh pengetahuan pajak, ketegasan sanksi pajak, dan pengampunan pajak. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari penyebaran kuesioner untuk 60 responden dan data yang diproses sebanyak 25 kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan sosialisasi perpajakan sebagai variabel (x) serta pengetahuan perpajakan sebagai variabel intervening dan kepatuhan wajib pajak sebagai variabel (y). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik linear dua kali lipat mundur. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan perpajakan dan ketegasan sanksi pajak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Temuan ini dapat menambah kontribusi kepada Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) sebagai metode alternatif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perpajakan akan perpajakan serta meningkatkan kepatuhan masyarakat sebagai wajib pajak.

Abstract

PT.Bimasakti Karya Prima is a company engaged in manufacturing by producing "FANS Indonesia" shoes. Production is the process of converting raw materials to finished goods and adding value to a product. However, the current system is not yet fully able to help, because the making of the Consumption Sheet in the process of material detailing and the Costing process of shoes are on two devices with different operating systems, so the need to re-type the data on the Consumption Sheet in the costing process. The lack of available databases makes it difficult to update data and needs to replace one by one on each sheet. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based Production Cost Information Application, create a database in accordance with company needs that will facilitate data management production costs as well as integrating systems. The research method used is the method of data collection by observing, interviewing and studying literature. The results obtained from this study are a cost information application system that helps companies manage data. Starting from determining the specifications of components and materials for the production of shoes to the costing process.

Abstract

Information systems built in the form of social media and the internet make us able to carry out various activities without having to meet face to face. Social media is currently the main attraction for people to communicate and find information quickly. This is a great opportunity for companies to reach and expand their market. With an information system built in the form of social media and the internet, all obstacles, both distance and high costs, can be suppressed and communication can be carried out effectively. So far, PT. Red Eye Utama conducts marketing through radio advertisements, newspapers / billboards, this is what causes problems, due to limited space and time, as well as high costs to carry out all these processes. The negotiation process between the company and the customer is one of the obstacles that affects the company's service to customers. Therefore, one solution to the problems in this system is to build a Social Media Advertise Maintenance Information System. By using PIECES method analysis for improvements based on performance indicators, indicator information, economic indicators, control indicators, efficiency indicators and service indicators. To design the new system, object-oriented modeling is used, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is the right tool to use in describing the system design that will be made according to User needs.
