Abstract

Abstract. The micro-economics e-book is one of source of learning for students of economics education program of IKIP Budi Utomo, Malang. The purpose of this e-book is to reconstruct the concepts between the theory and practice presented in each subject matter. The research method used in this research is research and development. This research use the Instructional Design Dick and Carey model. This e-book material consists of 7 subject matters. The results of this study showed that as many as 57 students selected to conduct the assessment gave a 96% value with "excellent" criteria. In the assessment of material experts using a linear scale of 1 to 5, this e-book received a score of 5 in the "very good" category, while the results of the assessment of media experts using a linear scale of 1 to 5 received a score of 4 in the "feasible" category. Keywords: microeconomics e-book, blanded learning Abstrak. E-book ilmu ekonomi mikro merupakan salah satu sumber belajar bagi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. Tujuan e-book ini adalah untuk merekonstruksi konsep antara teori dan praktek yang disajikan dalam setiap pokok bahasan materi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model adalah Instructional Design Dick and Carey. Materi e-book ini terdiri dari 7 pokok pembahasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 57 mahasiswa yang dipilih untuk melakukan penilaian memberikan nilali 96% dengan kreteria “sangat baik”. Pada penilaian dari ahli materi dengan menggunakan skala linier 1s/d 5, e-book ini memperoleh nilai 5 dengan kategori “sangat baik”, sedangkan hasil penilaian dari ahli media menggunakan skala linier 1 s/d 5 mendapatkan nilai 4 dengan kategori “layak”.   Kata kunci: e-book ekonomi mikro, blanded learning.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis terkait pertumbuhan ekonomi pedesaan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian; Pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan selalu mengalami peningkatan. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari dukungan pemerintah pusat dan daerah berupa program dan kebijakan yang bersinergi dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

The focus of developing this international economics textbook is to reflect on the global economy. The assessment of global economic conditions is an achievement of international economic learning. The learning process will be directed at the student's ability to think critically and systematically to achieve learning goals. International economics books have several advantages including 1) This book is in accordance with the economic education study program curriculum, 2) This book is presented contextually so that it can reflect the international economic system in accordance with existing developments. The purpose of this research and development is a reflection of the global economy on national economic conditions. By using the Research and Development (R&D) method, researchers can develop this book according to existing needs. This book has 5 chapters of discussion. The results of the implementation of the application of the international economics book obtained a "very good" score.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik pemerintah daerah terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Timur. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial ukuran pemerintah daerah size berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah karena Kebanyakan aset yang dimiliki pemerintah daerah adalah aset yang kurang produktif untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Intergovernmental revenue berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah karena pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota mampu menggunakan dana transfer dari pemerintah pusat dengan maksimal, sedangkan belanja daerah berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah karena proporsi belanja daerah yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah daerah lebih banyak digunakan untuk kebutuhan konsumtif daripada kebutuhan produktif seperti belanja modal.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs are one of the important figures in improving economic growth in a country, the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still not ideal. It is necessary for the participation of certain institutions such as Institutions to take an active role in increasing the number of new young entrepreneurs. IKIP Budi Utomo is one of the institutions that actively participates in increasing the number of young entrepreneurs by facilitating students to follow programs that encourage students’ intention to become entrepreneurs. This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial interest on entrepreneurial intention of economic education students IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. The sample of this research are 48 students of economic education. The analysis tool used in this research is simple regression. From the results of the analysis can be concluded that entrepreneurial interest positive effect on entrepreneurial intention this is because students in doing business dominated by internal factors and external factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Net Enrollment Rate (NER), the number of school education facilities at various levels of education, and the student-teacher ratio in Papua Province. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative descriptive data analysis, using a quantitative descriptive method with secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for the 2019-2022 period. To measure the level of education participation in Papua, the School Enrollment Rate (APS) indicator is one indicator that can be used. The school enrollment rate (APS) is the ratio between the number of people who increase at a certain level of education and the number of people in the school-age group that corresponds to that level of education. In addition, the APS indicator can also be used as a parameter to determine the level of educational equity in an area. The results of the analysis show that the net enrollment rate for each age group has decreased by 12.65-22.70%. The number of primary schools in Papua Province has fluctuated, while Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has increased. The number of junior high schools increased while the number of Islamic junior high schools remained the same. The number of senior high schools is dominated by high schools, followed by Islamic high schools, then vocational high schools, Christian high schools and Christian theological high schools. The trend of changes in the ratio of elementary school students has decreased while the ratio of junior and senior high school teachers has increased. In general, the student-teacher ratio in Papua is still relatively low because it exceeds the standards set by the government. This is caused by many factors that still require further research.
