Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor kemajuan dan pembangunan negara, sehingga peran pendidikan sangat penting dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar seperti sekolah merupakan lembaga yang dapat memfasilitasi pembelajaran. Untuk mencapai visi dan misi tersebut diperlukan tingkat koordinasi yang tinggi dengan kepemimpinan yang baik. Di sisi lain, ada masalah dengan kepemimpinan karena beberapa alasan, sehingga keberhasilan terletak pada kualitas kepemimpinan. Pemimpin yang baik mampu memotivasi dan meningkatkan kinerja guru untuk dapat melaksanakan program kerja dengan baik. Dasar penilaian keberhasilan atau kegagalan seorang pemimpin atau pemimpin memerlukan beberapa upaya dan kriteria agar kepemimpinan tersebut memiliki kualitas kualitas yang baik yang dapat menunjang kinerja guru. SDN Komet 3 memiliki kualitas sekolah yang baik dan memiliki siswa yang berprestasi dalam bidang akademik dan non akademik, sehingga penulis tertarik untuk menulis lebih dalam tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru di SDN Komet 3 Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 17 orang dengan jumlah sampel 17 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert dengan analisis data regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel 4,718 lebih besar dari 2,110 dan taraf signifikan 0,05 lebih besar dari 0,000, maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang artinya ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SDN Komet 3 Banjarbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the communication in the State Elementary School 2 Kemuning can support the leadership of the principal in terms of communication downwards, namely communication from the principal to teachers, communication to the top of the communication from the teacher to the principal, and communication to the side of  communication between peers. The research method used is survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 18 teachers of the State Elementary School 2 Kemuning which also became the sample of his research. The data digging tool used is the questionnaire as a tool to dig primary data and documentary as a means of digging secondary data. The results of his research indicate that: communication in supporting the leadership of the principal in the State Elementary School 2 Kemuning Banjarbaru a small part is well done so that it can support the leadership of the principal, a small number is also good enough so that it can also support the leadership of the principal, and a few still exist lack of communication is done so less support the leadership of the principal. Viewed from downward communication or communication done by the principal to the teachers found most of the communication is always done, whereas the upward communication or communication done by the teachers to the principal shows that quite large teachers sometimes make communication up , and horizontal communication, communications conducted among colleagues show that a small part is also sometimes done.Based on the above, the communication at State Elementary School 2 Kemuning  Banjarbaru still not optimal in supporting the leadership of the school principal. Therefore, it is suggested that the principal should intensify communication both downwardcommunication, upward communication, and communication to the side with various ways and communication pattern so that with more smooth communication, clear, open and honest, various problems found in the school can be found the solution is right and education in school is more optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of teacher commitment, know the description of teacher work behavior, and find out whether there is a relationship between commitment and work behavior of teachers in SDN 3 Kemuning Banjarbaru. The population amounted to 16 teachers who were the samples in this study. The data digging tool used in this study is a questionnaire as a primary data digger and documentation as a secondary data digger. The collected data is processed and analyzed. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. Univariate analysis is to describe teacher commitment and work behavior. While this bivariate analysis was used to analyze the relationship between commitment and work behavior of teachers in SDN 3B Kemuning Banjarbaru. The results of the study show that (1). A small number of SDN 3 Kemuning Banjarbaru teachers have high commitment, quite a large number of teachers have commitments in the medium category, and the smallest part is still teachers who have low commitment. (2). A large number of teacher teachers at SDN Kemuning 3 Banjarbaru have had good and quite large behaviors and teachers have good behavior and no teacher has bad behavior. (3). There is a significant relationship between commitment and work behavior of teachers in SDN 3 Kemuning Banjarbaru. Based on the findings above, it is suggested: (1). The Principal can improve teacher work effectiveness by first increasing the ability of teachers through seminars, workshops, workshops and so on so that teachers can increase their knowledge and skills (2) School Supervisors can provide guidance to teachers and Principals continuously in order to improve their effectiveness.
