Abstract

AbstractAssessment of performance is the organizational process in assessing theperformance of employees is done with the purpose to provide feedback toemployees in an effort to improve the appearance of its work and efforts to increasethe productivity of the organization, and in particular carried out in relation tovarious policies to employees as to the purpose of promotion, a raise, education andtraining and others. The goal of this research is to analyze:1) the effect ofcompensation on employee performance, 2) The effect of labor discipline effect onemployee performance, partially or simultan The type of research wasexplanatory. The population in the research was the employee of PT SejahteraUsaha Bersama (PT SUB) in production department, by involving 71 respondentas samples. The kind of analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on theresults, it can be concluded that the compensation and discipline has positiveinfluence on employee performance, partially and simultan.Keywords: Employee performance, compensation, work discipline

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Stress Kerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada perawat Rumah Sakit Unipdu Medika Jombang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di Rumah Sakit Unipdu Medika Jombang yang berjumlah 38 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, analisis path dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Unipdu Medika Jombang (2) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stress Kerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Unipdu Medika Jombang (3) Stress Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Unipdu Medika Jombang (4) Stress Kerja memediasi secara parsial antara Beban Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Unipdu Medika Jombang.

Abstract

Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) selama ini identik dengan tempat warga kriminal sehingga perlu dijauhi. Dengan citra negative yang melekat inilah tidak banyak pihak yang peduli tentang warga lapas yang juga menginginkan perbaikan diri sehingga layak untuk kembali ke masyarakat. Namun masalahnya, tidak semua warga binaa siap untuk kembali terjun dimasyarakat karena harus memulai hidup dari awal, khususnya dibidang pekerjaan. Maka salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi hal ini, warga binaan lapas harus diberi bekal ketrampilan untuk bisa berwiraswasta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pribadi dan keluarganya. STIE PGRI Dewantara sebagai pergeruan tinggi terkemuka di Jombang ikut berperan serta guna membantu memberikan bekal ketrampilan kepada warga binaan berupa budidaya tanaman dengan sistem hidroponik. Kegiatan ini diikuti 40 warga binaan yang dilakukan pada bulan September – Oktober 2019. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sangat memuaskan karena warga binaan mampu membuat media budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik dengan baik dan layak untuk dipasarkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of labor discipline and organizational culture on employee performance in Legislative Council Secretariat of Jombang Regency. This study is a quantitative research using Likert scale as measurement method. The population used are all civil servants amounted to 37 respondents. Data collection technique used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Variables of the research is work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with the classical assumption. The results of the study indicate that the labor discipline (X1) has partial significant positive effect on employee performance which increasesalong with work discipline. Organizational culture (X2) has partial significant positive effect on employee performance. Performance of employees increases if supported with better organizational culture.

Abstract

AbstractVillage administration as the smallest government in the community, is required to provide excellent service to the community. Village officials are expected to be able to work quickly, effectively and efficiently for the community and well served. This needs to be supported by the ability of human resources to be able to take advantage of existing technology that is computer to accelerate and simplify its work. This training and mentoring activity was held in Plosogeneng Kecamtan Jombang Village in July 2017. This type of activity is in the form of Microsoft Office training for village officials. Implementation of the occult is a team of writers assisted by a staff STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang.From the results of the activity, the benefits of improving the administrative capacity of village officials are very helpful in completing administrative tasks in the village.Keywords: Training, Microsoft Office, Administration, Village
