Abstract

This research intend to discuss about public policy from East Java province government to improve the quality of Islamic religious education. The results of this study were: (1) East Java Provincial Government used policy formulation model in the name "elite deliberative democratic ". A policy formulation model that combines several theories of policy formulation, there are elite, deliberative theory, and democratic theory. (2) The policy formulation was done through several stages: They are reading of the reality; preparation of the general policy of long-term development; arrangement of short-term development policy; the preparation and stipulation of Regional Regulations, and the Governor Regulation on Translation of APBD; (3). The government of East Java province has under graduate Scholarship program (S.1) for Madrasah diniyyah teachers. AbstrakPenelitian ini bermaksud membahas tentang kebijakan publik dari pemerintah provinsi Jawa Timur untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur menggunakan model perumusan kebijakan dengan nama "elite deliberative demokratis". Sebuah model perumusan kebijakan yang menggabungkan beberapa teori perumusan kebijakan, ada elit, teori deliberatif, dan teori demokrasi. (2) Perumusan kebijakan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap: Mereka membaca realitas; persiapan kebijakan umum pembangunan jangka panjang; pengaturan kebijakan pembangunan jangka pendek; persiapan dan penetapan Peraturan Daerah, dan Peraturan Gubernur tentang Penerjemahan APBD; (3) Pemerintah provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki program sarjana (S.1) untuk guru Madrasah diniyyah

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian literatur yang memiliki fokus kajian tentang kebijakan pemerintah orde lama dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan Islam. Kebijakan pemerintah orde lama dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan Islam dapat ditelusuri melalui lahirnya beberapa regulasi tentang pelaksanaan pendidikan nasional maupun yang secara spesifik mencakup pendidikan Islam. Regulasi tersebut antara lain : 1) Keputusan Badan Pekerja Komite Nasional Indonesia Pusat (BPKNIP) pada tanggal 27 Desember 1945. 2) Keputusan bersama antara Menteri PPK dan Menteri Agama  No.1142/Bhg A(pengajaran), Jakarta tanggal 2 Desember 1946, No 1285 /K-7 (Agama) Yogyakarta tanggal 2 Desember 1946. 3) UU No 4 Tahun 1950 tentang Dasar-Dasar Pendidikan dan Pengadjaran di Sekolah. 4) Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) Menteri Pendidikan, Pengajaran dan Kebudayaan No. 1432/Kab. Tanggal 20 Juni 1951 dan Menteri Agama No. K.1/652, tanggal 20 Juni 1951. 5) Instruksi Bersama Menteri Pendidikan, Pengajaan dan Kebudayaan No. 17678/Kab dan Menteri Agama No. K.1/9180 tanggal 16 juli 1951. 6) Undang – undang No. 12 Tahun 1954. 7) TAP MPRS No 2 Tahun 1960. Adapun implikasi riil dari beberapa kebijakan tersebut meliputi: Pertama dilaksanakannya pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah negeri. Kedua diakuainya Madrasah sebagai bagian dari lembaga pendidikan formal oleh pemerintah. Ketiga Departemen Agama melaksanakan Madrasah Wajib Belajar untuk mengejar ketertinggalan umat Islam dalam pendidikan umum dan keterampilan. Keempat dibentuknya perguruan tinggi agama Islam untuk memenuhi hasrat dan keinginan umat Islam terhadap pendidikan tinggi. Keyword : Politik Pendidikan Islam, Orde Lama, Kebijakan. Abstract: This research is the study of literature has focused on the government's policy of the old order in the organization of Islamic education. The government policy of the old order in the organization of Islamic education can be traced through the birth of some of the regulations on the implementation of the national education and specifically include Islamic education. The regulation among others: 1) The decision of the Working Committee of the Central Indonesian National Committee (BPKNIP) on December 27, 1945. 2) The joint decision between the KDP and the Minister of Religious Affairs Minister No.1142 / Bhg A (teaching), Jakarta on December 2, 1946, No. 1285 / K-7 (Religion) Yogyakarta on December 2, 1946. 3) Act No. 4 of 1950 on the Basics of Education and Pengadjaran School. 4) Joint Decree (SKB) The Minister of Education and Culture No. 1432 / Kab. June 20, 1951 and Minister of Religion No. K.1 / 652, dated June 20, 1951. 5) Joint Ministerial Instruction Education and Culture's 17 678 / Kab and Minister of Religion No. K.1 / 9180 dated 16 July 1951. 6) Law - Law No. 12 Year 1954. 7) TAP MPRS No. 2 of 1960. The real implications of some of these policies include: First implementation of Islamic education in public schools. Both diakuainya Madrasah as part of the formal educational institutions by the government. Third Madrasah Religious Affairs to implement compulsory education to catch up with the Muslims in general education and skills. Fourth establishment of Islamic colleges to meet the desire and the desire of Muslims to higher education. Keyword: Politics of Islamic Education, the Old Order, Policy.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan kajian teoritis tentang kecerdasan yang dimiliki oleh manusia yang kemudian dengan kecerdasan itu dapat mengarahkan dirinya untuk memiliki kepribadian, karena kecerdasan dapat diartikan sebagai sebuah kecakapan yang dimiliki oleh seorang individu. Beberapa pendapat mengatakan bahwa di dalam diri manusia tidak hanya kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), melainkan juga terdapat kecerdasan emosi (EQ) dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ). Sehingga pertumbuhan dan perkembangan individu manusia akan selalu dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ketiga jenis kecerdasan itu sendiri. Keseimbangan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ketiga kecerdasan itu akan berakibat pada keseimbangan pertumbunhan dan perkembangan kepribadian. Dalam kajian ini penulis akan menjelaskan korelasi antara IQ, EQ & SQ dalam pembentukan pribadi mukmin, serta bagaimana proses pembentukan pribadi mukmin. Kata Kunci: IQ, EQ, SQ, Pribadi Mukmin Abstract : This study is a theoretical study of intelligence possessed by the human intellect then it can lead a person to have a personality, as intelligence can be defined as a skill possessed by an individual. Some opinions say that in a human being is not just intellectual intelligence (IQ), but there are also emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ). So that the growth and development of the human individual will always be influenced by the growth and development of three types of intelligence itself. Balance growth and development of the three intelligence will result in the balance and personality development. In this study the authors will describe the correlation between IQ, EQ and SQ believer in personal formation, and how the process of personal formation believer. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian tentang madrasah diniyah telah banyak dilakukan oleh para ahli, namun dari sekian penelitian itu masih parsial, yakni penelitian yang hanya menurut satu perspektif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mencoba melihat madrasah diniyah menurut beberapa perspektif, antara lain: perspektif ideologis filosofis, historis, politik, manajemen, dan metodologis. Penelitian tentang madrasah diniyah multi perspektif ini bertujuan untuk menegaskan bahwa madrasah diniyah sebagai lembaga pendidikan dapat dilihat menurut berbagai perspektif yang sejalan dengan perkembangan dunia ilmu (scientific view). Penelitian ini diperoleh hasil antara lain: (1) penyelenggaraan pendidikan madrasah diniyah sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki landasan ideologis filosofis yang bersumber dari al-Qur’an dan Hadits; (2) madrasah diniyah memiliki akar sejarahnya sendiri yang sejalan dengan sejarah Islam dan muslim di Indonesia; (3) madrasah diniyah memiliki posisi strategis secara politik; (4) untuk meningkatkan kualitas, secara manajemen madrasah diniyah perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius dari stakeholders pendidikan agar madrasah diniyah semakin fungsional bagi bangsa negara; dan (5) peningkatan sumber daya manusia madrasah diniyah sangat dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan madrasah diniyah utamanya dalam pembelajaran sehingga terlaksana pembelajaran yang kontekstual. Kata Kunci: Madrasah Diniyah Abstract: Research on madrasah diniyah has been done by many experts, but the research is still partial, ie research which only according to one perspective. Therefore, this research tries to look at madrasah diniyah according to several perspectives, among others: philosophical, historical, political, management, and methodological perspective. Multi perspective research on madrasah diniyah aims to emphasize that madrasah diniyah as an educational institution can be seen according to various perspectives that are in line with the development of science world (scientific view). This study obtained results include: (1) the implementation of madrasah diniyah as an Islamic educational institution has a philosophical ideological foundation derived from the Qur'an and Hadith; (2) madrasah diniyah has its own historical roots in line with the history of Islam and Muslims in Indonesia; (3) madrasah diniyah has a strategic political position; (4) to improve the quality, madrasah diniyah management needs to get serious attention from education stakeholders to make madrasah diniyah more functional for nation state; and (5) the improvement of human resources of madrasah diniyah is needed to improve the quality of madrasah diniyah education especially in learning so that the contextual learning is done. Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bertujuan untuk berkembangnya potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Keberhasilan pendidikan pada semua jalur, jenis, dan jenjang pendidikan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat akademis (santri) sangat dipengaruhi adanya lembaga pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyakat yang berada di lingkungan pesantren. oleh sebab itu perlu adanya sinerjitas pesantren dan perguruan tinggi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat. Tujuan kami dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk meneliti dan mengetahui sejauh mana adanya sinerjitas pesantren dan perguruan tinggi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam perspektif manajemen di STAI Nazhatut Thullab Sampang. Kata Kunci: Sinerjitas Pesantren, Manajemen, Perguruan Tinggi, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Abstract: National education function to develop ability and form the character and civilization of dignified nation in order to educate the life of the nation, aims to the development of the potential of learners to become human beings who believe and pious to God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, skilled, creative, independent and become a democratic and responsible citizen. The success of education in all pathways, types, and levels of education in the empowerment of academic societies (santri) is strongly influenced by educational institutions in accordance with the needs of the communities in the pesantren environment. therefore the need for synergy of pesantren and universities in community empowerment. Our goal in writing this article is to examine and find out the extent to which the synergy of boarding schools and universities in community empowerment in management perspective in STAI Nazhatut Thullab Sampang. Abstract

This research is part of the relevance of personality character of the Prophet Muhammad with the ngabuleh tradition in the theory of FAST (fathanah, amanah, siddiq, and tabligh). The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the ngabuleh tradition in religious, cultural, and economic reviews. The study is categorized in phenomenological research using qualitative approach. The data were obtained from observation, in-depth interview, and documentary study. It was then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion phase. Informant in this study is kabuleh in Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum at Banyuanyar District, Pamekasan Regency. The results show that,in the view of religion ngabuleh is the implementation of Islamic values about following the character of the Prophet Muhammad and sincerity. Culturally, as a form of adherence of high respect to the pillars of culture in Madura, namely bhuppa’-bhabhu’-ghuru-rato (father, mother, teacher/kiai and queen/government). Economical-wise, ngabuleh is a kind of paying respect to the kiai by working in the corporate run by kiai/Pesantren and at once, contributing santri’s skill and competence in the field of entrepreneur.Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari relevansi karakter kepribadian Nabi Muhammad dengan tradisi kabuleh dalam teori FAST (fathanah, amanah, siddiq, and tabligh). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan tradisi ngabuleh dalam tinjauan agama, budaya, dan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologis. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi berperan serta, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan tahap kesimpulan. Informan dalam penelitian ini kabuleh di Pesantren Darul Ulum Banyuanyar Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, secara agama, ngabuleh merupakan implementasi nila-nilai ajaran Islam tentang keteladanan sifat Nabi, dan keikhlasan. Secara budaya, sebagai bentuk kepatuhan penghormatan yang tinggi kepada pilar-pilar penyangga kebudayaan Madura, yakni bhuppa’-bhabhu’-ghuru-rato (bapak, ibu, guru/kiai, ratu/pemerintah). Secara ekonomi, bahwa kabuleh yang berkhidmat kepada kiai dengan bekerja pada usaha milik kiai/pesantren memberikan kontribusi skill dan kompetensi santri dalam bidang entrepreneur.

Abstract

Madrasah and schools have the same vision, mission and goals, namely the organizers of education in order to educate the life of the nation. Both of these institutions each have their own uniqueness and characteristics, because of their different backgrounds and histories. Competition and competition between educational institutions are still finding things that are unfair and cause polemics with each other. Even though the status and pos of the madrasa is the same as the school as the Joint Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Minister of Education and Culture, and SKB 3 Minister Number 06/1975.037/U/1975, and Number 36/1975 about improving the quality and quality of education in madrasas. The main points and substance of the referred SKB are first, that the recognition of diplomas at madrasah graduates can have a value equivalent to the recognition of public school diplomas and equivalent. Secondly, graduates / madrasah alumni can continue their studies to public schools and those who are on a higher level. And third, students in the madrasa can transfer to public schools of the same level. If we understand the difference between madrasa and school, it is only limited to textual understanding, it will lead us to a simple understanding and be trapped in mere symbolic understanding. So when these differences can be created at school, the difference between madrasa and other schools will disappear.
