Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng sebanyak 37 orang pegawai. Mengingat jumlah populasi relative kecil, sehingga sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Motivasi, disiplin, dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng.Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin, Kompetensi, Prestasi Kerja Abstract This research aims to: 1) Analyze the effect of motivation on work prestation of employees of General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. 2) Analyze the effect on work prestation of employees disciplined General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. 3) Analyze the effect of competence on work prestation of employees of General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. 4) Analyze the effect of motivation, discipline and competence on work prestation of employees of General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are: 1. To analyze the influence of Simultaneous export procedure, Letter of Credit (L/C) andTransportation training toward international trade. 2. To analyze the influence of Partial export training toward international trade access. 3. To analyze the influence of partial L/C training toward international trade access. 4. To analyze the influence of partial Transportation training toward international trade access. This research done at BP3ED Department of commerce and industry of South Sulawesi Province. This research used accidental sampling method with 71 training participant data analyze in this research used validity, reability and multiple linear regression analyze test processed by using SPSS 31. The results of this research, as follow: 1. Export procedure, L/C and transportation training gave positive and significant influence toward international trade access. 2. Export procedure training give positive and significant influence toward influence toward international trade access. 3. L/C training give positive influence, however it did not give significant influence on international trade access. 4. Transportation training give positive influence, however it did not give significant influence on international trade access. Key words: export, L/C, transportation, international trade.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Etos Kerja, Kepemimpinan, dan Komitmen Moral terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Pallantikang Kabupaten Takalar 2) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Etos Kerja, Kepemimpinan, dan Komitmen Moral terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Pallantikang Kabupaten Takalar 3) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Etos Kerja, Kepemimpinan, dan Komitmen Moral terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Pallantikang Kabupaten Takalar 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan,kompensasi  dan budaya organisasi secara simultan Komitmen Moral terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Pallantikang Kabupaten Takalar 5) Untuk menganalisis  variabel  mana yang lebih  berpengaruh antara kepemimpinan, terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Pallantikang Kabupaten Takalar Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menitikberatkan pada pengujian hipotesis. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tenaga Dosen AMIK Luwuk Banggai sebanyak 57 orang, Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Hasil penelitian bahwa Pengaruh Etos Kerja, Kepemimpinan, dan Komitmen Moral terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Pallantikang Kabupaten Takalar nilai koefisien regresi  sebesar 81,2% Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kinerja, Moral, Organisasi     ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is: 1) To analyze the effect of leadership on Lecturer's performance at AMIK Luwuk Banggai, 2) To analyze the influence of compensation on Lecturer's performance at Amik Luwuk Banggai, 3) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on Lecturer's performance at AMIK Luwuk Banggai, 4) To analyze influence of leadership, compensation and culture organization simultaneously to the performance of Lecturer on AMIK Luwuk Banggai 5) To analyze which variables are more influential between leadership, compensation and organizational culture on the performance of Lecturer at AMIK Luwuk Banggai.The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, that is by focusing on hypothesis testing. the sample in this study is all the Lecturer AMIK Luwuk Banggai as many as 57 people, the method of sampling is done by the census method. Result of research that 1) Leadership influence to Lecturer's performance at Amik Luwuk Banggai 2) Compensation influence to Lecturer's performance at Amik Luwuk Banggai 3) Organizational culture influence on Lecturer's performance at Amik Luwuk Banggai 4) Leadership, compensation and organizational culture influence simultaneously have positive and significant effect to Lecturer's performance on AMIK Luwuk Banggai 5) Culturally dominant organizational influence on the performance of Lecturer at AMIK Luwuk Banggai with regression coefficient value of 81,2% Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Organizational Culture

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme, kredibilitas, responsif, dan tim work terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) profesionalisme secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa, (2) kredibilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa, (3) responsif secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa,  (4) team work secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa,  (5). profesionalisme, kredibilitas, responsif, dan team work  secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa. Kata kunci: profesionalisme, kredibilitas, responsif, tim work dan kepuasan kerja ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of professionalism, credibility, responsiveness, and team work on employee satisfaction at the department of population and civil registry of Gowa regency.The results of this study indicate that (1) professionalism partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the department of population and civil registry of Gowa regency. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to obtain explanations about the implementation of positioning mutation in the government of Soppeng regency. The method which used in this study is descriptive type in purpose to give a fact about the implementation of positioning mutation in the goverment of Soppeng regency in case of appointment the civil servant and find out about the implication of the implementation of positioning mutation in the government of Soppeng regency. Data is analyzed qualitatively. Data collecting technique which is observation and interview library study and documentation. The results of study showed that employees are in accordance with the principles profesionalism among base on competence, work performance, and objective condition only regardless of gender, religion, rece, or groups. Mutation were held in 2016, namely in August in government shows no political implications and administrative governmance. Keywords: mutation, government.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) effect of employee work motivation on employee performance PSDA, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 2) effect of employee work discipline on employee performance PSDA, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 3) effect of competence on employee performance PSDA, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 4) effect of work motivation, work discipline, and competence simultaneously on employee performance PSDA, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency. The research was conducted at the Department of Water Management, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency. Population of 132 employees. The research sample was determined by using the Slovin formula thus obtained sample of 57 employees. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) work motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Management, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 2) work discipline has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Management, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 3) competence has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Management, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency, 4) work motivation, work discipline, and competence simultaneously have positive and significant effect on employee performance PSDA, Mining and Energy Soppeng Regency.
