<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 142 orang pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 59 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. ABSTRACT This research aims: 1) To determine the effect of leadership on the performance of employees at the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 2) To determine the effect of communication on the performance of employees at the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 3) To determine the effect of professionalism to the performance of employees in the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 4) To determine the effect of leadership, communication and professionalism of the performance of employees in the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. The research was conducted at the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng with a total population of 142 employees. The research sample was determined by using the formula slovin thus obtained sample of 59 people. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Leadership positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 2) Communication positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 3) Professionalism positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 4) Leadership, Communication and Professionalism positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng.
