<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) Menganalisis pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; 4) Menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bumi Rama Nusantara.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Bumi Rama Nusantara di Makassar mulai. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 karyawan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi linier berganda.Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja.ABSTRACTThe aim of this study are to 1) Analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance PT.
