Abstract

Tourism is a valuable aspect for a region, with the existence of tourist areas it can advance the welfare of the surrounding community. Pesawaran Regency has a very large tourism area, if the existing facilities and infrastructure are further developed, it is ensured that the increase in tourism in Pesawaran Regency will increase. The use of Information Technology can advance tourism areas, so that tourism areas can be known by tourists who want to visit Pesawran District. Tourist maps are built using the Android platform, and the method used is a data collection method that includes observation, interview, and literature studies. While the system development method used is the SDLC method (software development lifecycle), which is the waterfall method. The stages of development begin with needs analysis, system design, coding, testing of Program Implementation and maintenance. The tourist map application was developed with the concept of integrating tourist information with a mobile web base by using GPS and Map to find out the distance traveled and travel time.

Abstract

Weighted Product is one of the methods used in solving the problem of FADM (Fuzzy Multi Atribute Decision Making). Weighted Product requires a normalization process because it multiplies the assessment results of each attribute, the multiplication results have not meaningful if not yet compared with the standard value. The weights for attributes serve as positive ranks in the multiplication process, while the cost weight serves as a negative rank. The steps taken in the process of Weighted Product method is by using multiplication for each criteria match rating and rating the each criterion with the weight of the criteria. This method is used to find the best alternative from so many alternatives with the best weights. From the completion of this thesis, the authors conducted a study in how to select candidates for micro business assistance bank Lampung

Abstract

Human resources are a very important thing in the organization. However, a process that takes place cannot be separated from human intervention. STIE Trisna Negara must reposition and recalculate the internal potential to then determine the steps that must be taken for the future of the region. A closer look at the conditions of work enthusiasm of STIE Trisna Negara employees, with various implications that arise and efforts to encourage morale that has been given with the symptoms that illustrate employee morale, is not under expectations. These conditions have an impact on the performance of STIE Trisna Negara employees not yet optimal under expectations. While the analysis tool used is simple linear regression analysis and using a t-test. The results of the qualitative analysis show that the communication variable (X1) indicator of knowledge gets a low score. Furthermore, the morale variable (Y) which becomes a weakness is discipline. The results of the quantitative analysis showed that partial communication (X1) had a significant effect on morale (Y) at STIE Trisna Negara East Oku. This conclusion is obtained partially, it is known that communication (X1) has a significant effect on morale (Y) at STIE Trisna Negara, East Oku. This is shown from the t-value of the communication variable (X1) = 9,657

Abstract

Electronic Commerce is one of the developments in technology and the internet, which is an internet service that is utilized for buying and selling online. Electronic commerce can involve electronic funds transfer, electronic data exchanges, automated inventory management systems and automated data collection systems. This research was conducted to design and build mobile web-based E-commerce applications with the B to C concept after testing using mobile information systems. Data collection uses observation, interview and literature study. The implementation of this mobile web-based application was designed using the Hypertext Preprocesseor programming language and My Structured Query Language. This design model uses the waterfall method by conducting a case study research that analyzes how to make it easier for consumers to obtain information about goods offered by the cake shop from the system that has been made can be concluded, in terms of the product sales process, product information, and the ordering process products desired by consumers implementing e-commerce with the BtoC concept increase consumer confidence by taking into account the determinants of trust such as maintaining reputation by providing reliable services, maintaining customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Given the complexity and plurality of employee conditions in the Pesawaran District Government, the Civil Registry Service employees in carrying out their duties must always improve the quality of morals, morals, faith and of course also be followed by increased professionalism and commitment based on a spirit of service based on honesty and sincerity in public services. In this case, the professionalism assessment related to these problems is seen as a social process and a communication process rather than just a psychological or econometric measurement tool, so that it will answer the question of how important the role of professionalism is to improving the service quality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of professionalism on service quality at the Civil Registry Office of Pesawaran District. The results of the quantitative analysis show that partially professionalism (X1) has a significant effect on Service Quality (Y) at the Civil Registry Office of Pesawaran District. This conclusion is obtained from the Fount value obtained at 8.644, greater than the Ftable value of 3.255. While partially it is known that professionalism (X1) has a significant effect on service quality (Y) at the Civil Registry Office of Pesawaran Regency. This is shown from the t value of the professionalism variable (X1) = 2.396 which is greater than the t table value of 2.040.

Abstract

Madiahah Aliah Negeri 1 Peingsewu is one of the programs supporting the government, participating in the intellectual life of the nation, so that is also the reason for the purpose of Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Pringsewu. Management is a process of using organizational resources to achieve organizational goals through management functions. The school management that has been carried out so far has been maximized, that is, there are still management functions that have not been maximally implemented in school activities. Existing motivation within teachers will be heterogeneous in joining kapada organizations, this can be influenced by factors of education, personality and needs of each, with the provision of incentives will be able to narrow the differences in teacher goals as educators, so as to motivate teachers themselves so that eager to give high dedication to the Pringsewu 1 State Aliah Madrasah to support this goal all of course there are many indicators that influence it, while we highlighted in this study that is the influence of management and motivation that can affect teacher performance in improving the quality of students in the Pringsewu 1 State Islamic Senior High School. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) The effect of management on teacher performance in improving student quality (2) The influence of motivation on teacher performance in improving student quality (3) the effect of management and motivation on teacher performance in improving student quality. The results of the analysis and hypothesis testing provide conclusions that together management (X1) and motivation (X2) have a significant effect on teacher performance (Y) in improving the quality of student learning in Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Pringsewu. This is seen from the calculated Fcount value of 8.744 which is greater than the F value of 4.255. Partially, it is known that management (X1) and motivation (X2) significantly influence teacher performance (Y) in improving the quality of student learning at Pringsewu State Aliah Madrasa. This is shown from the tcount of the management variable (X1) = 3.696 and the tcount of the motivational variable (X2) = 4.073 which is greater than the t table value. Based on data and analysis qualitatively and quantitatively in this study, a conclusion can be drawn as follows: (1) There is a significant influence of management on the spirit of teacher performance in improving the quality of students in Pringsewu 1 State Islamic Senior High School. (2) There is a significant influence of motivation on teacher performance in improving the quality of student learning in Pringsewu's Aliah Negeri 1 Madrasah. Abstract

Trade through the internet network is known as electronic commerce has advantages that directly can be useful for Atk Sindoro one that uses the internet to aim to expand the marketing and service through the Internet so as to add value to the Ats Sindoro Shop. In order to customer is done by contacting by phone or go to company, so that takes a long time and hamper customer in doing transaction. Therefore this thesis is made aiming to design a web application program that is used for online ordering activities at Atk Sindoro. This research uses RUP methodology, programming language and database used in making this system is PHP and MySQL. With this system facilitate the process of sale and transaction of consumer ordering.

Abstract

Competition in the distribution industry is getting tighter. One of the things that makes a distribution company survive is the provision of products that are on time to consumers at the right time, and at an economical cost. Product availability and economical selling prices can only occur if there is good coordination between the company and the parties in its supply chain. Micro and medium enterprises are part of the national business. UMKM can also be considered as the locomotive of national and regional (regional) economic growth, because they have the potential to empower all available resources and encourage the growth of entrepreneurial development. The role of UMKM in Indonesia, namely increasing employment opportunities, equal distribution of income, rural economic development, increasing non-oil and gas exports and contributing to increasing GDP. On this basis, STMIK Pringsewu students collaborate with Pekon Podomoro to provide assistance services for people who have home industry businesses to have a digital-based sales platform, namely a social media. This activity aims to provide an understanding for UMKM players how to market food products, crafts, clothing, services and others using social media. From this activity, the people of Pekon Podomoro who have a home industry can market their products quickly, precisely and safely so that business actors can provide convenience to customers.

Abstract

The development of information in society is still a lot that is less effective, efficient, and actual. Even in Indonesia, information hoaxed or cannot be trusted is often developed. This is common in various sectors of society, even MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) regarding the invalidity of places, business actors, types of businesses, and information related to this which is still unclear. For this reason, the goal is to hold a special information forum in the form of a non-prepaid application in the hope that it can contain information according to the truth. And also this MSME application can help local communities and also people outside West Bandung Baru to find out the types of micro-businesses that exist in West Bandung and West Bandung Villages. The team also hopes that this application can support all types of micro-businesses to be more competent and advanced in the future. This study uses pretest and posttest to determine the effectiveness of the training activities and application development that have been carried out. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the understanding of MSME actors regarding online marketing.

Abstract

During the current covid pandemic, which can be said to be the new normal period, where all people have received vaccine 2, which does not mean that life is going on normally, it is hoped that with conditions like this we can quickly adapt to the environment. Although during a pandemic, public services must continue to run well, public servants are closely related to the internal culture of the organization. The government bureaucracy in the new normal period is generally lacking in supporting efforts to improve public services. If employee morale begins to decline, it will result in the failure of the goals to be achieved, on the contrary, with high morale, these goals can be achieved properly. The condition that occurs in the Regional Revenue Service of Bandar Lampung City is that there is a decrease in work morale. So that the employees of the Bandar Lampung City Regional Revenue Service in carrying out their work are not optimal. The non-optimal performance of civil servants can be seen from the non-achievement of the work targets that have been set. This study aims to determine the effect of material and non-material motivation of employees on job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Bandar Lampung City. While the analytical tool used is simple linear regression analysis using t test. The results of the quantitative analysis show that material and non-material motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y). This conclusion is obtained partially, it is known that material and non-material motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) at the Regional Revenue Service of Bandar Lampung City. This is shown from the tcount value of the work motivation variable (X1) = 8,707 and the tcount is greater than the t table value of 1,697.
