Abstract

Website bpjs-kesehatan.go.id, merupakan sebuah website yang menyediakan jasa pelayanan dan informasi berbasis online, mulai dari pendaftaran, fasilitas kesehatan, skrining kesehatan, cek iuran dan informasi lainnya terkait dengan pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan, dimana melalui website BPJS kesehatan yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja dapat membantu masyarakat memperoleh informasi terkait dengan BPJS Kesehatan dengan mudah, cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas website BPJS Kesehatan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara persepsi dengan harapan pengguna terhadap website BPJS Kesehatan dengan menggunakan metode webqual dan IPA. Dimana pada metode webqual befokus pada usability, information quality dan service interaction quality berdasarkan persepi dari pengguna website. Sedangkan Metode IPA yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini berguna untuk menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian dan tingkat kesenjangan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna dengan harapan pengguna. Pada Metode IPA tingkat kesenjangan digambarkan dalam kuadran IPA, yang terdiri dari empat kuadran. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah berupa kuesioner dengan teknik random sampling yang disebar kepada masyarakat yang sudah pernah mengakses website BPJS Kesehatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat diketahui parameter mana yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas perbaikan pada tampilan website.

Abstract

Indonesia has one of the islands spread from Sabang to Merauke. State of Indonesia which consists of several islands gave birth to awide variety of ethnic and cultural diversity. State of Indonesia which consists of several islands divided into 34 provinces. Indonesia is one countrythat adheres to the democratic system in the world. to achieve this goal, one of which is seen at the democratic party to choose the future leaderswho will represent the people in parliament. Elections were held in Indonesia is to choose the heads of both the president and vice president,members of Parliament, Parliament and Council. Research relating to the election had been conducted by researchers is using decision treemethod or by using a neural network. The method used was limited without doing optimization method for the algorithm. In this study, researchers will conduct research focusing on the optimization using genetic algorithm optimization and particle swarm optimization with the aid of neural network algorithms. After testing the two models of neural network algorithms and genetic algorithms are the results obtained by the neural network algorithm ptimization particle swarm optimization algoritmasi accuracy value amounted to 98.85% and the AUC value of 0.996. While the neural network algorithm with genetic algorithm optimization accuracy values of 93.03% and AUC value of 0.971

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan tiang pancang kebudayaan dan pondasi utama dalam membangun peradaban dan karakter bangsa. Kesadaran setiap individu akan arti penting pendidikan akan menentukan kualitas kesejahteraan lahir batin dan masa depan warganya. SMK Cengkareng 1 merupakan sebuah instansi pendidikan swasta yang berada di Jakarta Barat. Proses penerimaan siswa baru yang dilakukan di SMK Cengkareng 1 masih dilakukan secara konvensional, dimana calon siswa datang ke sekolah untuk melakukan pendaftaran. Sistem penerimaan siswa baru yang terjadi di SMK Cengkareng 1 masih belum efisien. Karena formulir yang sudah di isi oleh calon siswa harus di tulis kembali ke dalam microsoft excel, serta dokumen yang banyak menyulitkan panitia dalam melakukan pencarian data. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka perlu adanya sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru yang membantu calon siswa melakukan pendaftaran dimanapun dan panitia dalam melakukan pengolahan serta pencarian data. Metode air terjun digunakan sebagai alur hidup pengembangan sistem yaitu, analisa kebutuhan sistem, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan pendukung. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu calon siswa dan panitia dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru

Abstract

One of the business actors, in this case, is that the company is required to consider reducing the risks faced. One of them is PT. Indopratama Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in consulting and insurance claims. In the billing process, it is no longer possible to use the help of the Ms. application. Excel for the data, as well as customer billing that is paid more than once, either to direct insurance or to the company. The information generated requires a long time. This can have an impact especially on the billing department, which can result in a waste of time and costs and other errors due to the payment process that uses two vendors. Method of Rapid Application Development (RAD) The author chose because this method has the advantage of being able to obtain the right system because the system is divided into several versions and the most important functions to be tested. The results obtained are information systems that can overcome problems that have been faced by companies related to insurance billing to customers.

Abstract

The challenges in the industrial world faced by companies are increasingly competitive, both service companies, trade and manufacturing. In terms of operational management, one of them, companies must improve the effectiveness and efficiency of company operations through modern operational methods and models such as production planning, production management and improvement, and so on. PT. Surya Pelangi Nusantara Sejahtera is engaged in manufacturing plastic products with the brand name GreenLeaf. Warehouse or storage area of goods has undergone a full warehouse and resulted in the boxes as containers of goods so that the goods can be easily damaged and the quality of goods that cannot be maintained thus causing a large influence on the financial sector. That was caused by the result of production entering the warehouse was not balanced with the expenditure of goods, causing a full warehouse. to resolve the decision carried out using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. Optimization of the number of goods procurement is done by using three variables, namely sales, inventory and procurement. the result is that the Mamdani fuzzy method is accurate enough to determine the optimization of the amount of goods produced.

Abstract

Education is an effort to develop and develop the potentials possessed by humans because human existence cannot be separated from the environment. One of the institutions to develop human potential is school. school is a center of learning and as a process of socializing and cultivating abilities, values, attitudes, character, and behavior can only occur with conditions of infrastructure, education personnel, curriculum system, and the community environment. SMK Cengkareng 1 is a private educational institution located in West Jakarta. The process of admitting new students at SMK Cengkareng 1 is still done conventionally, where prospective students come to school to register. The new student admission system that occurs at SMK Cengkareng 1 is still inefficient. Because the forms that have been filled in by prospective students must be rewritten into Microsoft Excel, as well as documents that make it difficult for the committee to search for data. One of the efforts to improve the New Student Admissions process and improve services to prospective students, we need a system that can carry out the New Student Admissions process that is not limited by place. One technology that can solve this problem is by utilizing website technology. The Waterfall method is a software development method that allows system building to be carried out in a structured and systematic manner (sequentially) according to the existing development cycle. With this system, it is hoped that it can help prospective students and the committee in the process of admitting new students.

Abstract

Sebagai penyedia jasa pelayanan dan informasi, bpjs-kesehatan.go.id, diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan dan informasi yang berguna bagi pengguna. Untuk mengetahui apakah suatu website telah memiliki nilai guna dapat dilihat dengan cara menganalisa kualitas dari website tersebut. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas dari website BPJS, berdasarkan dari persepsi pengguna. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan dengan menerapkan metode webqual serta metode Importance Performance Analysis, dimana metode webqual berfokus pada usability, information quality dan service interaction quality berdasarkan persepi dari pengguna website. Sedangkan Metode IPA yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini berguna untuk menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian dan tingkat kesenjangan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna dengan harapan pengguna. Pada Metode IPA tingkat kesenjangan digambarkan dalam kuadran IPA, yang terdiri dari empat kuadran.
