Abstract

Restaurants also contribute to the generation of solid waste in tourism destinations. Participation needs to be identified because restaurants participate in utilizing and getting benefits from the tourism development. This research aims to analyze the participation of restaurants in solid waste management started from the planning stage, implementation stage, benefit stage, and evaluation stage. The research is located on the beach Ngrenehan, Ngobaran Beach, Baron Beach, Sepanjang Beach, Kukup Beach and Drini Beach. The consideration that underlies location selection is the existence of restaurants and tourists. Quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 48 restaurant owners. The data that has been collected is then processed using simple statistics to see the frequency and average. Simplified data were then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach and strengthened by the results of field observations and interviews. In general it can be concluded that restaurant owners actively participate in solid waste management. Participation in the planning stage was 73%, the implementation stage was 66%, the benefit taking stage was 100%, and the evaluation stage was 81%. Restaurant owners since the early stages of participation have shown positive activity. At the implementation stage, participation is influenced by the lack of knowledge and understanding related to the solid waste they have. Perception in taking benefits is influenced by how cleanliness of restaurants is felt to be beneficial both directly and indirectly. Participation in the evaluation was shown by the majority of respondents feeling that solid waste management was in accordance with planning and expectations.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of skill process in natural science and motivation of students learning toward of students’ creativity. The research method is survey method with correlation technical. The sample is 40 students with simple random technique. The skill process data of natural science is collected by test, while the data of students’ learning motivation and students’ creativity is collected in questionnaire form. The data analysis is done by regression and correlation analysis. The research result is shown that; 1) There is an influence of the skill process in natural science toward learning creativity. 2) There is influence of students learning motivation toward learning creativity. 3) There is an influence the skill process in natural science and students learning motivation together toward students’ creativity.

Abstract

 Pembelajaran tematik sebagai model dalam sistem terpadu pembelajaran yang diharapkan siswa baik secara individual atau kelompok dapat dengan aktif menemukan konsep dan prinsip- prinsip keilmuan holistik, memiliki makna serta autentik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, isi dan materi pembelajaran perlu dihubungkan dengan pengalaman siswa secara langsung yakni berinteraksi dengan objek, fenomena, pengalaman dan lingkungannya. Belajar tidak hanya transfer atau menyampaikan suatu budaya maupun perwujudan budaya, namun menjadikan budaya dalam pembentukan peserta didik mampu memaknai, menembus batas imajinasi serta kreativitas demi pencapaian pemahaman yang mendalam terkait mata pelajaran yang ia pelajari. Diharapkan menghasilkan suatu metode pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik dalam pembelajaran tematik integratif kurikulum 2013 berbasis budaya lokal. Dalam penelitian ini metode untuk analisis data yakni meliputi dua tahap, yaitu: (1) pengujian persyaratan analisis dan (2) pengujian hipotesis penelitian. Pengujian persyaratan analisis data :normalitas, homogenitas, serta linieritas garis regresi parsial.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMasyarakat diperkotaan memiliki karakteristik berbeda dengan masyarakat dipedesaan. Kegiatan sehari- hari juga memiliki dampak pada kapasitas limbah sampah. Selain fenomena menurunnya rasa tanggungjawab menjaga kebersihan dan kenyamanan lingkungan, ada beberapa warga yang bisa menjadikan permasalahan sampah tersebut sebagai bagian dari usaha menambah ekonomi keluarga. TPS ( Tempat Pembuangan Sementara ) Sukabumi Dalam Bandung adalah salah satu dari sekian banyak TPS dan memiliki andil membantu ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara kapasitas sampah di TPS Sukabumi Dalam dan ekonomi bagi masyarakat yang melaksanakan kegiatan pemilahan sampah. Metode yang digunakan agar diperoleh data yakni dengan obsevasi, wawancara, juga kuesioner. Dengan adanya pendapatan dari pemilahan sampah yang dapat dijual yakni kertas, botol plastik, barang dan juga karet; pemerintah dapat memberikan pelatihan- pelatihan agar barang bekas dapat diolah serta dikreasikan menjadi barang dengan nilai eksotisme tinggi juga nilai ekonomi yang pantas demi kesejahteraan warga.Kata Kunci : Sampah, Kapasitas, Pemberdayaan EkonomiABSTRACTUrban communities have different characteristics from rural communities. Daily activities also have an impact on waste waste capacity. In addition to the phenomenon of decreasing sense of responsibility in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the environment, there are some residents who can make the garbage problem as part of the effort to increase the family's economy. TPS (Temporary Disposal Site) Sukabumi Dalam Bandung is one of the many polling stations and has contributed to helping the community economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the capacity of waste in Sukabumi Dalam TPS and the economy for people who carry out waste sorting activities. The method used to obtain data is by observation, interview, also questionnaire. With the income from sorting waste that can be sold, namely paper, plastic bottles, goods and also rubber; the government can provide training so that used goods can be processed and created into goods with high exotic values as well as economic value that is appropriate for the welfare of citizens.Keyword : Waste, Capacity, Empowerment

Abstract

ABSTRAKKebutuhan air bersih semakin hari semakin meningkat seiring bertambahnya jumlah manusia, hal ini menyebabkan semakin berkurangnya cadangan air bersih untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia secara umum. Mengingat pentingnya air bersih dalam kehidupan sehari hari maka perlu dicari solusi alternatif dalam menghadapi permasalahan ini. Salah satunya penggunaan kembali ( re-use ) air limbah yang diolah dengan teknologi pengolahan air limbah. Diantara sekian banyak teknologi pengolahan air limbah yang sudah ada, sistem Bio Oksidasi adalah sistem pengolahan air limbah yang bisa dikatakan baru dibandingkan dengan sistem konvensional lainnya seperti sistem biologi aerob ,an aerob, filter dan pengendapan.Dari beberapa Sampel pengguna Sistem Pengolahan Air Limbah dengan bio oksidasi, diketahui mampu menurunkan kadar polutan atau zat cemar dalam air dengan hasil yang cukup signifikan sehingga bisa digunakan kembali dengan grade air baku.Dari Hal inilah kita bisa menghitung kisaran efesiensi penggunaan air bersih khususnya di sektor perhotelan yang secara budget akan membantu efesiensi operasional Hotel.Kata Kunci: Bio Oksidasi, filter, limbah.ABSTRACTThe need for clean water is increasingly increasing with increasing numbers of people, this causes a reduction in the amount of clean water reserves to meet human needs in general. Considering the importance of clean water in daily life, it is necessary to find alternative solutions in dealing with this problem. One of them is the re-use of wastewater treated with wastewater treatment technology. Among the many existing wastewater treatment technologies, the Bio system Oxidation is a wastewater treatment system that can be said to be new compared to other conventional systems such as aerobic, aerobic, filter and sedimentary biology systems.From several samples of users of Wastewater Treatment System with bio-oxidation, it is known to be able to reduce pollutants or pollutants in water with sufficient cognitive results so that they can be reused with raw water grade. From this we can calculate the range of water use efficiency, especially in the sector hospitality that in Budget will help the operational efficiency of the Hotel.Keyword: Bio ocxidation, filters, waste.

Abstract

Abstract Cibeureum watershed is a river located on the border of Cimahi City and Bandung City and empties into the Citarum River. One of the Cibeureum watersheds is from the agriculture sector. Rice fields and gardens in South Cimahi are contributors to pollution in the Cibeureum Sub-watershed. Research on the assessment of pollution load capacity in the Cibeureum Sub-watershed to learn to understand and analyze the burden of the agricultural sector. In addition, the study of the capacity of pollution load in the Cibeureum River has never been carried out, so it is necessary to conduct a study of capacity. Calculation of pollutant load requires data on the area of paddy fields and gardens, emission factors and the number of planting days. Cibeureum watershed is a heavily polluted river after being calculated using pollutant methods with 11.09 results. Pollutant load of Cibeureum Sub-watershed agriculture sector in 2018 is 0.01689 kg/day BOD, 0.001501 kg/day Total-N, 0.0008 kg /day Total-P, and 0.000003 kg /day TSS. Pollutant load for Cibeureum Sub-watershed agriculture sector in 2018 is 0.103377 kg/day BOD, 0.009542 kg/day Total-N, 0.0048 kg/day Total-P, and 0.00508kg/day TSS. Pollutant load generated from the agricultural sector in the year of allocation will not be excluded from the budget for the development of Cimahi City Regulation Number 4 of 2013 concerning Spatial Planning and Cimahi City Areas for 2012-2032. Keywords: Pollutant Load, Agriculture Sector, Cibeureum Sub-watershed, Indonesia  AbstrakSub DAS Cibeureum merupakan sungai yang berada di perbatasan Kota Cimahi dan Kota Bandung dan bermuara ke Sungai Citarum. Pencemar yang masuk ke Sub DAS Cibeureum salah satunya berasal dari sektor pertanian. Sawah dan kebun yang berada di Cimahi Selatan merupakan kontributor terhadap pencemaran di Sub DAS Cibeureum. Penelitian kajian daya tampung beban pencemaran di Sub DAS Cibeureum bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis beban pencemar dari sektor pertanian. Selain itu, kajian daya tampung beban pencemaran di Sungai Cibeureum belum pernah dilakukan sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian daya tampung. Perhitungan beban pencemar membutuhkan data luas lahan sawah dan kebun, faktor emisi dan jumlah hari tanam. Status mutu Sungai Cibeureum adalah sungai yang tercemar berat setelah dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan metode indeks pencemar dengan hasil 11,09. Beban pencemar sektor pertanian sawah  Sub DAS Cibeureum pada tahun 2018 sebesar 0,01689 kg/hari BOD, 0,001501 kg/hari Total-N, 0,0008 kg/hari Total-P, dan 0,000003 kg/hari TSS. Beban pencemar sektor pertanian kebun Sub DAS Cibeureum pada tahun 2018 sebesar 0,103377 kg/hari BOD, 0,009542 kg/hari Total-N, 0,0048 kg/hari  Total-P, dan 0,00508 kg/hari TSS.  Beban pencemar yang dihasilkan dari sektor pertanian pada tahun proyeksi tidak dijelaskan akan direncanakan mengalami peningkatan luas lahan dalam Peraturan Daerah Kota Cimahi Nomor 4 Tahun 2013 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang dan Wilayah Kota Cimahi Tahun 2012-2032 sehingga beban pencemar di tahun proyeksi tetap sama seperti tahun 2018. Kata Kunci: Beban Pencemar, Sektor Pertanian, Sub DAS Cibeureum, Indonesia

Abstract

As a form of community service, in 2020 the thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN) will be carried out in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. The expected goal is to gain learning experiences through community development activities that are concrete for the benefit of students and the community where they are placed and to realize the link between the academic world and the community. The purpose of carrying out this activity is to realize ideas, or ideas in innovation by taking into account the local potential to be empowered, as an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and to provide assistance in the form of realizing natural beauty that can be enjoyed by the wider community. In this activity, it is carried out by observing, interviewing, and participating in mingling in the lives of the community by implementing health protocols in each activity. The results obtained are the completion of the idea, design, and realization of the Bazar Gantoeng destination so that residents can enjoy the beauty of nature and create a place for natural tourism, beneficial to the community.

Abstract

Laboratory liquid waste is water produced from the rest of the testing activities in a laboratory that is categorized as dangerous. This waste has a distinctive characteristic that is different from the waste originating from industrial activities because it usually has a very high diversity of types of waste even though the amount of material disposed of is relatively small. Advance Oxidation Processes (AOPs) or advanced oxidation processes are an alternative method that is suitable to be used to treat laboratory waste. This study aims to obtain the optimum dose in decreasing the concentration of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) with the AOPs method using Fenton reagent (H2O2 and FeSO4). The study used variations in COD concentrations of 10,090.09 mg/L, 5,009.01 mg/L and 511.71 mg/L. The results showed that the optimum dose of Fenton reagent was 1: 300 with the efficiency of decreasing COD levels for COD concentrations of 10,090.09 mg/L by 21.43%, for COD concentrations of 5,009.01 mg/L of 46.76% and for COD concentrations of 511 , 71 mg/L of 83.10%.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic as a problem in the world today is an evaluation of the balance of the life order between humans and nature. Prevention efforts are needed in the process of human- to-human transmission, so that the spread through communities, households, the surrounding environment, and health facilities can be controlled. New habits that have not been able to change people's lifestyles to refrain from group activities or gatherings, there are still infections that spread to each other so that independent isolation is only applied at home, it is prohibited to carry out any activities outside. Socio-economic conditions and individual and natural factors provide relevance in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative research by reviewing the results of research from review articles related to the research objectives, namely 2019 and 2020. The results of the study show that the conditions and socio-economic factors, both individual and natural, provide relevance to efforts to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. Not only the government but the community, as part of an effort to maintain the health of themselves and others, there is awareness to follow the recommended rules set by the competent party to control the pandemic. Keywords: socio-economic, crisis, global

Abstract

The Sub Watershed of Cibabat is one of the rivers included in the Upstream Citarum River, in Cimahi City. This industrial sector which consists of 36 different industries is among the highest contributors of pollution load. Aim: This study analyzed the pollutant loads entering the Cibabat River in existing conditions and projections from the industrial sector. Methodology and Results:  The pollutant loads, emitted from the industrial sector was used to calculate the discharged data, concentration, number of employees and products, as well as emission factors (EF). In 2018, the industrial sector pollution load was 3,518.82 kg/day TSS, 8,231.83 kg/day BOD and 14,467.68 kg/day COD. However, it increased to 3,885.06 kg/day TSS, 9,088.61 kg/day BOD and 15,973.48 kg/day COD during this project year. Conclusion, significance and impact study: The pollution loads on Cibabat River emitted from the industrial sector, which increases yearly by 2% was be reduced by developing wastewater treatment communal for industries.
