Abstract

Cheating is illegal, dishonest and cheating in getting answer during test or doing assignment.  Cheating is a problem and a long standing phenomenon in the world of education.  An unfavorable scholl climate is one of the causes of a decline in academic integrity. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between scholl climate and academic cheating behavior in high scholl students in Malang. This research is a quantitative study with research subjects 83 students of SMA Panjura Malang. Using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a scale of cheating behavior and school climate scale. The results showed that there was a relationship between school climate and student cheating behavior, where the more positive the school climate the students get, the lower the cheating behavior. Conversely, the lower the school climate the students get, the higher the cheating behavior of students in school. Based on the results of calculations show, the correlation index is -0.415 with a sign value. 0.000 (p 0.05).

Abstract

Teenagers are individuals aged 13 to 22 years. One that becomes important in the development of adolescents is self-concept. Negative self-concept is possible to make teenagers experience despair, anxiety, to depression. The concept of self is formed from individuals as children, therefore parents become the first place in the formation of self-concept. Not only the mother, but the involvement of fathers in parenting also has a considerable influence on the development of children. This quantitative research was conducted to determine the effect of the involvement of fathers in parenting on adolescent self-concept. The research measuring instrument uses a Likert scale concerning aspects of father involvement in parenting and self-concept of adolescents. The results of the study of 115 subjects showed a significance of 0.00 0.05 meaning that there was an influence of the father's involvement variable in parenting to the self-concept variable. The value of R square shows 0.487 or 48.7% including the quite significant category.

Abstract

Mindfull parenting merupakan keterampilan dimana orang tua dapat mengatur kesadaran dirinya sendiri dan anak-anak mereka dengan baik secara fisik, emosional maupun secara mental. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran hubungan antara usia dan tingkat pendidikan ibu dengan mindful parenting pada masa pandemi. Adapun karakteristik dari subyek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu 242 oran ibu yang memiliki anak usia middle childhood. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripstif analitik dengan pendekatan anova multivariate two way analysis of variance. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil sig 0.800 > 0.05 yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh usia dengan mindfull parenting. Dan untuk tingkat pendidikan didapati hasil 0.211 > 0.05 yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dengan mindfull parenting.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to measure the impact of organizational commitment on the perception of organizational activity among members of the Indonesian Catholic Student Association (Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Katholik Republik Indonesia or PMKRI). This study used a quantitative approach with correlational research design. The population in this study was the members of PMKRI Branch of Malang, who have been confirmed as members of PMKRI from the 2018 to 2020 academic years, with totaling 346 students. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with an incidental sampling design, and a sample size of n = 110 students (32% of the population) was obtained. Data was collected using Likert scales, they were scale of perception of organizational activity which had reliability score 0,795 and scale of organizational commitment with reliability score 0,772, then analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there was a significant relationship between organizational commitment and the perception of organizational activity among members of PMKRI Branch of Malang. To improve organizational commitment, members can participate in organizational activities, take responsibility for their tasks, believe in the values of the organization, and remain loyal to the association. Additionally, the organization can evaluate the performance of its leaders and programs, and members and also leaders can work together to find solutions to improve the performance of the leaders and encourage members to become more active in the organization. For future research, it is recommended to expand the sample size and references to generalize the results to other branches of PMKRI.
