Kantor Desa Kebun Bangkalan Madura memiliki kendala dalam proses kearsipan, kantor desa hanya menyimpan surat keluar dan surat masuk pada periode tertentu. Hal ini dikarenakan, pada Kantor Desa tersebut tidak memiliki ruang kearsipan khusus untuk menyimpan dokumen-dokumen seperti data kependudukan, batas tanah, dan dokumen lainnya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan inovasi manajemen kearsipan dalam penggunaan E-cabinet dan keunggulan penggunaan E-Cabinet di kantor desa. The village fund and village fund allocation policies which have implemented since 2015, require the village apparatus to manage the village budget skillfully in order to optimize the using of it. Bulutengger village in East Java is also expected to be able to synergize the prior programs of village development and community empowerment, while keep following the regulations. This study aims to identify the revenue and the prior allocation which are included in the planning phase based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) no. 113 of 2014 on Village Financial Management. This study was conducted by using the qualitative method and descriptive approach. This study finds that the most sources of revenue in Bulutengger Village are village funds, village fund allocation, and village own-source revenue (PADes). The priority of village fund was based on Regent Regulation of Lamongan no. 10 of 2017 on Technical Guidelines for Implementation of Village Fund Financial Management Activities of 2017 Fiscal Year. The priorities are the village development (construction of concrete rebate roads), and community empowerment (integrated service post activities/Posyandu). The using of village fund was also considering the problem statement and the potentials of village in Medium-Term Development Plan of Bulutengger Village (RPJMDesa) 2015-2020. However, most village apparatus is still depended on the head of village to manage the village budget because of the lack of information and knowledge on it.

Perkembangan industri 4.0 yang tak dapat dibendung menjadikan metode pembelajaran berbasis digital menjadi tuntutan baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Melalui media pembelajaran digital yang bervariatif dan menarik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah Pelayanan Publik. Metode v-learning sebagai salah satu solusi bagi pengajar atau dosen dalam melakukan perkuliahan secara virtual atau dengan kata lain perkuliahan tidak harus dilakukan secara konvensional di ruang kelas.Dalam penelitian pengembangan v-learning Matakuliah Pelayanan Publik menggunakan metode penelitian ADDIE. Metode penelitian tersebut dengan mengedepankan 5 (lima) tahapan, yang meliputi: Analyze (analisis), Design (desain), Develop (pengembangan), Implement (pelaksanaan), dan Evaluate (evaluasi). Dengan menggunakan metode tersebut, maka langkah-langkah penelitian yang akan diambil oleh peneliti adalah (1) Merancang Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) yang berisi rancangan kegiatan dan perkuliahan v-learning yang akan diberikan kepada mahasiswa; (2) Peneliti membuat v-learning untuk perkuliahan; dan (3) Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dan akhirnya disusunlah laporan penelitian ini serta tersusunnya laporan penelitian. Data yang telah dihasilkan selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan tabel, grafik, dan pemaparan data yang dikolaborasikan dengan konsep maupun penelitian terdahulu.

This study aims to track alumni and the activities they carry out after graduating from the DIII State Administration Study Program, the State University of Surabaya. The University has made various attempts to find out the careers and activities of its alumni. It is often found that alumni data is not well organized. This research is survey research. The research was conducted with the aim of gathering information about the level of absorption of graduates of the Diploma III Public Administration Study Program in the labour market and feedback on the study program. Based on a survey conducted using the G-form and via Whats App, the responses of D III State Administration alumni to 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 batches. Out of a total of 360 alumni, only 62 alumni (17.2%) responded, and they already have steady jobs. Meanwhile, those who are still looking for work or those who have not found work are reluctant to fill out the G-form. Some of them want to continue their studies to the Bachelor level (S1). While the material during college and the ability to adapt to the work environment is enough to contribute to their capabilities in the field of work occupied.

This study aims to describe and analyze the personnel management of village officials by developing SIMPEG application to realize Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Village in Kendal Village, Sekaran District, Lamongan Regency. The type of research is research dan development (R&D) method by using prototype model that consists of 3 steps, which are: listen to customer, build/revise mock-up, and customer test drives mock-up. The techniques of data collection are literature study, deep interview, observation, and documentation. The results show that the personnel management using SIMPEG application has realized the 17th SDGs of Village (partnership for rural development through management and integration of information and communication technology (ICT). The development of Village SIMPEG application also is one of the efforts to realize the principles of electronic government and orderly personnel administration. However, this application still needs develpment by providing upload button to upload files related to several SIMPEG menu. The upload button can be used as an electronic archive that support information, such as educational history form, training history form, and award history form

Archiving activities are part of the dministrative activities in an organization, which are very important. Archival management is a major factor in supporting the course of administrative activities in an organization. However, in practice, there are still organizations that are lacking in managing archives, so it can also affect the service process to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of electronic mail archiving applications in the form of APEL SISA in Kendel Village to realize the development of information and communication technology in achieving the Village SDGs. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research refers to the theory of Muhidin and Winata (2016) that digital archive management activities include two things, namely archive storage and archive retrieval. The data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that by using APEL SISA, archive storage in Kendal Village, which was originally manual, becomes more effective and efficient in providing services to the community, and electronic retrieval of archives can facilitate archive management at the Kendal Village office. Based on this, the management of archives in Kendal Village needs to be done all electronically to make it easier to manage archives that are stored and find back archives when needed.

Abstract The Tuban Regency Government issued a Regent Decree No. 440/1592/414.103/2020 concerning Increased Awareness of Covid-19 in Tuban Regency. All villages in Tuban Regency are required to carry out a program of handling and preventing Covid-19 activities. Covid-19 handling and prevention The Kesamben Village Government is experiencing problems, including the public's distrust of the dangers of Covid-19 due to lack of accurate data, information and low public trust regarding the handling of COVID-19 in Indonesia. To overcome this problem, the Kesamben Village Government carried out a communication strategy to the community so that the implementation and handling of Covid-19 activities were carried out properly and became a pilot village for handling COVID-19 in Tuban Regency. The research used in this research is descriptive qualitative by focusing on the first, the tactical steps of the Kesamben Village Government in the Prevention and Handling of Covid-19.
