Abstract

ABSTRAKKematangan sosial anak merupakan bagian dari perkembangan sosial anak yang diperoleh melalui sosialisasi dari penyerapan sikap, nilai-nilai, kebiasaan masyarakat sehingga individu menjadi skllful dalam menguasai kebiasaan.Kematangan sosial anak dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah pola pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kematangan sosial antara anak-anak pra-sekolah (5-6 tahun) belajar di hari penuh dan sekolah reguler di Kabupaten Jombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi ini melibatkan seluruh mahasiswa ABA dan Al-Iman TK yang berlokasi di Jombang yang memenuhi kriteria, 86 siswa. 52 siswa yang diambil sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan diukur dengan menerapkan Skala Kematangan Sosial Vineland (VSMS) dan Multi-Nominal Hasil uji Logistic Regression menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan kematangan sosial antara anak-anak pra-sekolah belajar di hari penuh dan sekolah reguler.Kata kunci : Kematangan Sosial, penuh hari sekolah dan sekolah Reguler, pra sekolah ABSTRACTThe child’s social maturity is a part of the child’s social development that obtained through the socialization from the absorption of attitudes, values, society’s habits so that individuals become skllful in mastering the habits. The child's social maturity can be influenced by various factors; one of them is the pattern of education. The aim of this study is to find out the difference of social maturity between pre-school children (5-6 years) studying in full day and regular school in Jombang district.The type of this study was analytic observational done by using cross sectional approach. The population involved all students of ABA and Al-Iman Kindergarten located in Jombang who met the criteria, totally 86 students. 52 students were taken as the samples by using simple random sampling technique and measured by applying the Vineland Social Maturity Scale (VSMS) and the Multi-Nominal Logistic Regression Test.Keywords: Maturity Social, full day school and Reguler school, and pre school

Abstract

The growth and development of children will experience a rapid increase at an early age, from 0 to 5 years as the phase.Golden age3. Socio-economic (Family Income) is low causing poor nutrition so that it affects the growth and development of children. The purpose of this study was to determine the Socio-Economic Relationship (Family Income) with the occurrence of Stunting in Toddler Age Children in Leran Village, Manyar District - Gresik Regency. The method used is  analytic with are search design  cross sectional. Data were collected directly through observations of mothers who have children under five in Leran Village - Manyar District, Gresik Regency as many as 82 people with the sampling technique simple random. Data analysis used the statistical test of the contingency coefficient =0.05. The results of the study obtained 46 respondents income < UMR (< Rp 4.3 million); 42 (91.3%) experienced stunting and 4 (8.7%) were not stunting  while 36 respondents had income > UMR ; 2 (5.6%) were stunting and 34 (94.4%) were not stunting. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between socio-economic (family income) with the incidence of stunting in children aged under five, it is recommended to increase family income and pay attention to child nutrition.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this scientific paper is the relationship between the initiation of Early Breastfeeding and the stability of the newborn's body temperature, the aim is to find out the relationship of the initiation of Early Breastfeeding with the stability of the body temperature of the newborn. The purpose of this study is the relationship between Early Breastfeeding Initiation and Body Temperature Stability in Newborns at Muhammadiyah Hospital Gresik, Gresik Regency. In this study using a case control approach. The population in this study were 39 newborns in Muhammadiyah Hospital Gresik, Gresik Regency. The study sample was 20 newborns at Muhammadiyah Hospital Gresik taken from the population by determining the sample size using the Slovin formula. The design of this study used a case-control design. Cases were taken from infants that received IMD while controls were newborns who had normal body temperature. Techniques data collection through interviews and observations to obtain primary data, while secondary data are obtained by tracking the patient's medical record documents. Data processing techniques follow the steps : editing, coding, data entry, tabulation, and scoring. While the data analysis used the Chi Square test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the value of X2hit (10,588)> X2 table (3.8415) or p-value (0.009) <alpha (0.05). Based on these results the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between the initiation of early breastfeeding and the stability of body temperature in newborns at Muhammadiyah Hospital Gresik.

Abstract

Aggressive reactions with anger and rebellion, verbal expressions with angry words, do not want to cooperate with nurses, if this condition occurs it will affect the treatment process while in hospital (Supartini, 2004). For that, children need media to divert reactions aggressive. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of puzzle play therapy on hospitalization stress for children (4-6 years) in the Melati Room, RSID dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study used a One Group Pre -Post Test design which involved 19 respondents who were taken by Systematic Random Sampling. Data was taken using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that H 0 was rejected, so that there was an effect of puzzle playing therapy on the level of stress hospitalization children (4-6 years old ) in the Jasmine Room Hospital d r. R. Koesma Tuban ( Asymp value Sig. (2- tailed ) = 0.000 ). Puzzle play therapy has been shown to reduce the level of stress hospitalization children aged 4-6 years. The hospital should provide a special room for children to play, socialization to health workers, especially nursery nurses, such as being given puzzle play therapy, as well as providing rooms designed for children. Asking for parental support, assistance and participation is also needed so that puzzle play therapy can be implemented properly.
