Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence on market orientation, strategic innovation on the performanceof of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Sukabumi during the Covid-19 period. The type of research carried out is quantitative research with a strategic management approach method. The population is fashion MSME in Sukabumi City totaling 38. The data collection technique uses total sampling, which means that the entire population in this study is sampled. Data analysis technique using the validity and reliability test of IBM SPSS version 26for windows. The result of multiple linear regression analysis show that market orientation (X1) and innovation (X2)affect the performance of MSME (Y) indicated by a sig value of more than 0,05 and obtained a t table of 1,68709 so H1 and H0 were rejected, meaning that there was a positive influence on market orientation on the performance of MSME in Sukabumi City. Abstract

Marketplace is one of the impacts from development of e-commerce systems in the world. Marketplace are in great demand by all types of groups because they are able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of users in shopping online. Starting from the choice of goods with various prices, brands, quality, to easy and fast transaction and shipping processes. However, along with its development, competition between marketplace companies has become increasingly stringent, causing several companies to experience a decline due to newcomers offering new experiences. This research was made with the aim of knowing the extent to which the influence of online user experience (online customer experience) in increasing marketplace ratings through online customer reviews as a mediating variable. Quantitative research method with proportional random sampling technique is the research method used for this research. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 250 respondents consisting of students who have used the Bukalapak application from each tertiary institution in the city of Sukabumi. The data analysis technique in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS software version 22. The final results of the study showed that there was a positive influence from online customer reviews in mediating the relationship between online customer experience and marketplace rating. Ratings on companies can increase if they succeed in creating the best experience for users after using online shopping applications. Abstract

According to the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Sukabumi City, the population aged 15 and over is the working-age population. The total labor force in Sukabumi City was known to have increased to 56.86 million in January 2021, compared to 55.74 million in January 2020. The labor force included unemployed persons over the age of 15 who were the employed or employed but temporarily jobless and the unemployed. The research was aimed at determining whether e-recruiting and social media had a significant influence towards increasing Gen Z's willingness to apply for jobs, and evaluating the effectiveness of social media and e-recruiting in evoking the interest in applicants among the Gen Z students in Sukabumi. The primary research data were obtained from respondents and conducted quantitatively using associative descriptive method. The data, collected through questionnaires, consisted of 27 questions. The sample used consisted of 100 higher education students served as respondents from 10 universities in Sukabumi City by means of cluster sampling technique. Likert scale was deployed and multiple linear regression analysis was used for processing the data. Research Findings; e-recruitment and social media have a positive influence on increasing Gen Z job-seeking enthusiasm. Keywords : E-Recruitment, Social Media, Interest in Applying for a Job

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of flexible working time and supervision has an influence and can improve the performance of executive sales employees at PT. Theta Nusantara Jaya Cianjur and Sukabumi areas. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sample in this study were 42 respondents who are sales executives of PT. Theta Nusantara Jaya Cianjur and Sukabumi areas using saturated sampling technique. Data were obtained through a research questionnairewhich was distributed to all samples containing 24 servers regarding the variables of flexible working time, supervision and employee performance, using a differential semantic measurement system. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained will be analyzed with various tests to answer the hypothesis in this study. The results showed that there is a positive and sinificant influence between monitoring variables on employee performance and simultaneously the application of flexible working time and supervision can improve the performance of executive sales employees at PT. Theta Nusantara Jaya Cianjur and Sukabumi areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic attendance and cyberloafing behavior on employee productivity. The method to be used in this research is to use quantitative research methods with descriptive and associative approaches. Data collection tehniques that will be used by researchers include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The sample of respondents who will be used by the researcher is 32 respondents from the employees of PT.Pertamina, Sukabumi Branch Office. The data analysis technique and is assisted by using the Statistical Product and Service Solution, SPSS. Software. In this study it can be seen that partially, the electronic variables of absenteeism (X1) and cyberloafing behavior (X2) each have a significant effect on employee productivity (Y). simultaneously, electronic attendance (X1) and cyberloafing behavior (X2) have a significant effect on employee productivity (Y). the coefficient value of R2 by looking at the R square value of 0,792 or 80,5%. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the competence of human resouces, interpersonal communication has on work effectiveness for employees of PT.Agronesia Saripetejo, Sukabumi City. Responden in this study were 35 people who were shown to employees of PT.Agronesia Saripetojo Sukabumi,City. This research method uses quatitative methods with an associative descriptive approach. In this study, the Normality Test, Simultaneous Statistical Test ( F Test ) and Partial Statistical Test ( T Test ) were carried out. The results in this study indicate that there is a simultaneous positive influence between human resouce competence, interpersonal communication and work effectiveness with a result of 12,639 > 3,292, which means that the calculated F value is greater than the F table. Partially human resouce competence has a positive but not significant effect on work effectiveness, this is evidenced by the value obtained from the result of T count > T table (2,579 > 2,032) with a significance value of (0,015 > 0,05). Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, this us evidenced by the calculated T value which is greater than T table (3,511 > 2,032) with a significance of 0,001 < 0,05. Abstract

Based on the results of observations it was found that employee morale has decreased as seen from employee absentee level data, the average employee absentee level in 2022 is 0.57% or less than 1%. This study aims to calculate and describe the effect of the variable remuneration system and extrinsic motivation on the morale of the employees of PT Sinar Sosro Sukabumi Sales Office. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique or saturated samples. The samples taken in this study were 53 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneously using the F test. The results of the research based on the results of the t test of 3,007 indicate that the remuneration system variable has a significant positive effect on employee morale, while the extrinsic motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance variables with a result of 3,970. Based on the results of the F test of 12,430, it shows that the variable remuneration system and extrinsic motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on employee morale. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work flexibility on organizational commitment (an empirical study on 5 Maxim-bike Driver Communities in Sukabumi City). The research approach used is a quantitative approach. Multistage Cluster Sampling sampling method. The samples taken were 63 respondents in 5 communities. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment and work flexibility also has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment in the 5 Maxim-bike Diver Communities in Sukabumi City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Support, and Self-Qualification Development on Career Adaptability partially and simultaneously. Respondents in this study were state-owned bank employees who were married, totaling 30 people. This research method uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. By carrying out the normality test, t test (partial) test f (simultaneous). The results in this study indicate a positive effect simultaneously between social support and development of self-qualification variables on career adaptability with the result that the calculated F value is greater than the F table where the calculated F value is 13,203> ​​F table is 3.40. Partially social support has a positive but not significant effect on career adaptability. This is evidenced by T count being greater than T table where the T count is 2.54 > T table 2.045. Qualifications for self-development have a positive but not significant effect on career adaptability. This is evidenced by T count being greater than T table where the T count is 2.956 > T table 2.054. Keywords : Social Support, Self-Qualification Development, Career Adaptability
