Abstract

The public's need for information has developed very rapidly, thus encouraging the creation of innovations to support very sophisticated and rapidly growing technology in society. The research method used by the author in this study is using the Field Method (Observation) by observing by observing and studying the existing problems. The interview method (Interview) is to do questions and answer with the employees and the head of the service, and the library method is to collect data related to official travel information. It is hoped that the presence of this information system can help employees at the Banggai Regency Communication and Information Office in processing official travel data so that the resulting information can be processed more quickly, accurately, and accurately

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan dan mengupayakan solusi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan di SMK Negeri 1 Luwuk terhadap kegiatan administrasi dan keperluan administrasi. metode penelitian berupa RAD (Rapid Application Development), serta metode analisis berupa diagram Ishikawa atau Fish Bone untuk menganalisa permasalahan yang ada serta menggunakan diagram ERD, DFD untuk pemodelan aplikasi yang dibangun dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Visual Studio 6.

Abstract

Bengkel Madani is a company engaged in the sale of spare parts and car repair services. Which was founded in 2010 until now. Inventories and spare parts sales transactions at this time, using a method that is still simple, namely. The cashier will record all spare parts sales transactions in the journal. And will recap the sales reports in a day to be given to the owner. Sometimes errors occur during calculations. Likewise, problems often occur during the process of searching for stock data or spare parts inventory. Which takes a long time to find a match for spare parts and the customer's car. The purpose of this research is to build an application for Car Spare Parts Inventory Information System at the Ban Salakan Bengkel Madani, Banggai Islands Regency, using the Java programming language and MySQL as data storage media. Data collection methods used are field methods, interview methods and library methods. In this research, an Information System for Car Spare Parts Inventory has been successfully built at the Ban Salakan Civil Service Workshop, Banggai Islands Regency.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengambil lokasi di Koperasi Primadana Sari Luwuk Banggai yang belum begitu memanfaatkan perkembangan informasi teknologi secara maksimal. Koperasi ini sering mengalami kesulitan walaupun telah menggunakan komputer untuk menginput dan mengolah data transaksi, dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel dengan jumlah lembar kerja yang banyak, sehingga pengelola ataupun karyawan biasanya mengalami permasalahan human eror yang mengakibatkan terjadinya keterlambatan pemgelolaan pelaporan ke pimpinan perusahaan. Penilitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan Metode Pengumpulan Data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan melakukan Analisa sistem dan merancang sistem dengan Model Berbasis Object, Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman HTML, CSS, MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan memudahkan Pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan proses monitoring hasil pengajuan pinjaman serta mempermudah nasabah dalam melakukan pengajuan pinjaman dan transaksi pembayaran angsuran pinjaman pada Koperasi Primadana Sari

Abstract

The problem that was obtained during this research was that the ordering and rental process at the 4G Studio Salakan still uses a manual and simple process where tenants come directly to the studio so that the service is still not as maximal as possible. The research method used in the preparation of the Final Project is the field method. The interview method (Interview method) and the library method (library Method). The results of this study are that the authors can create a system or web-based application program that helps 4G studio Salakan in ordering and leasing and publishing information, as well as helping disseminate information effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The process of collecting School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at the Banggai Islands District Education and Culture Office for local schools has recently become quite complicated, because the budgeting and accountability mechanisms must be clearer and more transparent. This researcher aims to describe (1) the planning of BOS funding activities for each school, (2) the implementation and realization of BOS funding activities, (3) the accountability for BOS funds in each school in the Banggai Islands Regency. This study uses quantitative research with a direct approach to spaciousness. Data collection techniques through interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques were carried out using several stages, namely data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and data presentation. The results of the study concluded (1) the Head of Service for each school was involved in the planning process (2) the designed system could be used and assisted the performance of each school so that the handling of BOS funds at the Service would be easier and more efficient.
