Abstract

Tourism sector became strategic and significant when it taken seriously and done professionally. Selling tourism products and services need not only a coordination, but a good cooperation between all organizations that are responsible for developing tourism sector and all parties involved or associated with tourism activities. One effort that can be done is to develop a marketing strategy that is expected to attract tourists back and also can create self-satisfaction in tourists.To obtain optimal results, this marketing strategy has a broad scope in the field of marketing of which is a strategy in the face of competition, pricing strategy, product strategy, service strategy and so on. Therefore, this study will analyze about the influence of marketing strategies and quality of service to tourist satisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative with the questionnaire as a data collection tool to obtain the responses of the respondents regarding the variables in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Respondents involved in this study are 120 tourists that also customers of CV Ryzqi Samudra.The research proves that the marketing strategy has a positive and significant impact on the quality of services and satisfaction of tourists. Variable quality of service also has a positive and significant impact on tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

Pariwisata memiliki peranan yang penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Masyarakat di daerah wisata dapat menciptakan lebih banyak sektor ekonomi lokal seperti penginapan berupa homestay, kuliner, transportasi, hiburan dan ritel, sehingga penyediaan layanan tersebut dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat lokal dan juga menurunkan tingkat pengangguran. Wilayah pesisir Indonesia menyediakan semua sumber daya alam yang memiliki potensi besar untuk berbagai pilihan pengembangan pariwisata. Salah satunya adalah Kepulauan Seribu. Sumber daya potensial wisata bahari Kepulauan Seribu memberikan peluang bagi industri pariwisata yang harus dikelola secara profesional, dan dimanfaatkan serta tujuan wisata kelas dunia. Kementerian Pariwisata Republik Indonesia meyakini bahwa Kepulauan Seribu memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan sektor pariwisata Indonesia dan menetapkannya sebagai salah satu dari 10 destinasi wisata teratas di Indonesia. Namun, masih ada beberapa masalah yang harus diperbaiki oleh pemerintah daerah untuk mendorong peningkatan pariwisata di Kepulauan Seribu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui masalah dan tantangan terkait dengan strategi pengembangan pariwisata, dan untuk mengamati dampak signifikannya terhadap masyarakat lokal. Untuk mendapatkan sudut pandang yang jelas dari para peserta, penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemerintah daerah Kepulauan Seribu telah menerapkan tujuh strategi dalam mengembangkan industri pariwisata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash conversion cycle, net working capitalĀ  on cash holding on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampel used in this study is a company listed on the Indonesia. The research period was the period of 2015-2019. The sampel of this study was obtained used a purposive-sampling method where 35 companies met the criteria. This research used secondary data and was analyzed using SPSS 26. The data analysis method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that cash conversion cycle have a negative and significant on cash holding and net working capital have a positive and significant on cash holding. The ability of independent variables to explain the dependent variable is 40,5% and 59,5% was explained by other variables outside of this study

Abstract

This study analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Serdang Post Office to achieve maximum results in the services offered by the Serdang Post Office, by identifying all resources and supporting courier services owned by the Serdang Post Office and analyzing strategic plans that must Serdang Post Office carried out in achieving the organizational goals that have been determined. This research, which is categorized as a qualitative description, uses the researcher as the key instrument in this study. Data collection techniques used include distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation from archives and other secondary data published by the Serdang Post Office. The results of data analysis with an external internal matrix have illustrated the position of the Indonesian Post Office in a position of growth and stability and in the SWOT quadrant diagram, the Serdang Post Office has the opportunity and strength which means that it can support aggressive growth policies so that it does not rule out the possibility that the postal services offered expanded its market share, especially to start taking into account the development of micro, small and medium enterprises that continue to grow as a new market share for postal services. Increasing the capacity of employees as one of the main elements for the company and the collaborative relationships between institutions that have been carried out or are to be carried out need special attention to maximize the performance of the Serdang Post Office.

Abstract

Digitalization media activities have been carried out in various daily lives. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic has been felt by the community since the enactment of the PSBB on March 15, 2021. Community activities are forced to be carried out by digital transformation in services, transactions and work, for example the Depok City Government. This research was conducted to determine the Digital Communication Management of the Depok City Government in an inclusive and sustainable Economic Recovery. The object of this research is the Depok City Government. This study uses the method of Phenomenology of Edmund Husserl. Data collection techniques in this study by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings that the results of the data and discussion can be concluded that the Depok City Government has implemented a digital communication management process starting from planning, activities and evaluations in an Influential and Sustainable economic recovery in Depok. From Digital Communication Planning, the Depok City Government has tried to provide a lot of training, information to make Depok people know and care about the development of the city of Depok through the Depok City DPRD Instagram Platform.
