Abstract

Organisasi Nahdlatul Ulama Merupakan Organisasi Islam Terbesar Di Indonesia Yang Bergerak Di Bidang Keagamaan, Pendidikan, Sosial Dan Ekonomi. Dalam Menjalankan Setiap Usaha Kerorganisasian, Nahdlatul Ulama Memiliki Struktur Organisasi Di Setiap Tingkatan Wilayahnya, Mulai Dari Pengurus Besar Yang Berada Ditingkat Pusat Sampai Pengurus Ranting Yang Ada Di Tingkat Desa Atau Kelurahan. Majelis Wakil Cabang Merupakan Pengurus Yang Berada Di Tingkat Kecamatan Yang Memiliki 5.450 Majelis Wakil Cabang (Mwc), Dan Disetiap Cabang Memiliki Kantor Untuk Menjalankan Kegiatan Keorganisasian. Terkadang Anggota Organisasi Kesulitan Menemukan Lokasi Kantor Yang Ada, Seiring Kemajuan Teknologi Kemudahaan Memperoleh Informasi Melalui Perangkat Mobile Peneliti Mencoba Mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (Sig) Kantor Mwc Nu Yang Ada Di Wilayah Keresidenan Bojonegoro. Hasil Akhir Penelitian Pengembangan Sistem Ini Menghasilkan Suatu Aplikasi Android Yang Mampu Memberikan Informasi Terkait Tentang Kantor Seperti Alamat, Peta Navigasi, Gambar, Struktur Organisasi Dan Nomor Telpon Dari Pengurus Kantor. Kata Kunci: Sig, Mwc Nu, Android

Abstract

Background: There is no parent who deliberately and consciously provide education and guidance to their children so that their children have failed in life. Even in principle, aspiring parents and children are always trying to succeed in later life, however, not infrequently the parents (perhaps because the level of education or lack full awareness in educating) a failure in the context of the child's personality formation. Both the poor child is closely associated with the care and education provided by parents.Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship of maternal knowledge about parenting children with fine motor development.Research method: This type of observational analytic study with cross sectional research design. Population was all mothers and children who are in kindergarten Playgroup Plus Al Ikhlas Islamic. Sampling techniques in total sampling with sample size 34 people. Measurement of age, education, occupation, sex obtained with a list of questions or questionnaires. While the fine motor skills using the observation made by DDST II. Data processing using a computer with a univariate analysis, bivariate, Pearson and spearman's rank. Results: The results of the study is the age of majority 26-30tahun mother 17 people (50%), education elementary school a majority of 13 people (38.2%), the majority of jobs do not work 10 people (29.4%). Majority of children age 4-6tahun 28 people (82.4%) and a majority of 19 were female (55.9%). Knowledge of mothers about good parenting category 4 people (11.8%), category quite 23 people (67.6%), category of less than 7 persons (20.6%). For fine motor development of children category pass / good 26 people (76.5%), a category not good lulus.tidak 8 people (23.5%). Thus, proving that the knowledge of mothers about parenting has a significant relationship with the child's fine motor development.Conclusion: The better the knowledge of mothers about parenting will impact on both child development fine motor by 44.5%. From the research results suggested that maternal knowledge about parenting improved fine motor development of children to be good.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and teacher empowerment on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population is all teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Kendal totaling 82 people. Samples were taken using the census method processed using SPSS. The test results show that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, so that it can be interpreted that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the organizational commitment. Teacher empowerment has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the better teacher empowerment is obtained, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, the better job satisfaction. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the higher the self-efficacy, the better job satisfaction. Teacher empowerment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction so that it can be interpreted that the better the empowerment of teachers is carried out, the better job satisfaction is. The Sobel test results found that organizational commitment can mediate the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction. This proves organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of teacher empowerment on job satisfaction. This proves organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the effect of teacher empowerment on job satisfaction. Keywords: Self-efficacy, teacher empowerment, organizational commitment, job satisfaction AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan pemberdayaan guru terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasinya adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri 4 Kendal berjumlah 82 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode sensus diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi. Pemberdayaan guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin baik pemberdayaan guru yang diperoleh maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka semakin baik kepuasan kerja. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin baik kepuasan kerja. Pemberdayaan guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin baik pemberdayaan guru yang dilakukan maka semakin baik kepuasan kerja.  Hasil uji Sobel menemukan komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini membuktikan komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja. Komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh pemberdayaan guru terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini membuktikan komitmen organisasi memediasi dari pengaruh pemberdayaan guru terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Efikasi diri, pemberdayaan guru, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja
