Abstract

Banyaknya faktor penyebab kerusakan jalan membuat sisa umur layan eksisting perkerasan sulit diprediksi sehingga rencana rehabilitasi dan pemeliharaan jalan jangka panjang di suatu ruas jalan tertentu sulit untuk terealisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kondisi kerusakan dan memprediksi sisa umur layan perkerasan di Jalintim Sumatera Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif analisis, yang diawali dengan menentukan lima segmen jalan dengan kondisi kerusakan bervariatif secara visual, lalu dilakukan penilaian kondisi secara detail menggunakan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) dan diprediksi sisa umur layannya dengan metode lendutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa segmen I memiliki kondisi baik dengan sisa umur layan 2,39 tahun, segmen II memiliki kondisi buruk dengan sisa umur layan 0,65 tahun, segmen III memiliki kondisi sangat baik dengan sisa umur layan 4,43 tahun, segmen IV memiliki kondisi buruk dengan sisa umur layan 0,11 tahun, dan segmen V memiliki kondisi sempurna dengan sisa umur layan 3,57 tahun. Abstract

Abstract Stone Mastic Asphalt, originated from Germany in the 1970s,has superior properties on heavily trafficked roads and industrial applications. Modification of split mastic asphalt with crumb rubber makes asphalt more temperature stable. The objectives of this research are: To design split mastic asphalt modified with crumb rubber mixture, to get the best composition of stone mastic asphalt modified with crumb rubber for rut and fracture resistance, to assess the physical characteristics of split mastic asphalt modified with crumb rubber and compare with unmodified SMA. Stone mastic asphalt was modified with 0%, 2%, 4% and 6% crumb rubber. The Marshal properties were conducted. The result showed that marshal stability, Marshal Quotient, Voids in Mix (VIM) and Voids in mineral aggregate (VMA) decrease with higher crumb rubber modifier. However, Marshal Flow and Void filled with asphalt (VFWA) increase when crumb rubber modifier was increased. Therefore, Crumb rubber could be used as aggregate substitute for flexible stone mastic asphalt at hot and arid region because it is temperature tolerant and can prevent asphalt cracking.Keywords: Crumb Rubber modifier, SMA, ITS, ITM, UCS

Abstract

An important problem in urban areas is traffic congestion that occurs on the road network during the day. One cause of this problem is the high number of private car usage with low occupancy levels while public transport services are under-utilized, although the use of public transport is more efficient than that of private cars. Therefore, efforts to increase public transport use are needed to reduce transportation problems, such as traffic congestion. Mode choice is one important step in transportation modeling because this stage provides information necessary to evaluate the condition of the transportation network, including traffic congestion in the network. This model aims to determine the individual attributes and modes, which influence in selecting a mode among available modes, using the utility function parameters. Sensitivity of mode choice can be seen through the sign and magnitude of the parameters contained in this model. In this study, a simulation was conducted with a purpose to increase the market share of public transport in the City of Surakarta.Keywords: mode choice, utility function, public transport

Abstract

Abstract Traveling decision was part of activity scheduling process which to be basis of activity demand modeling. In activity-based modeling, traveling was defined as movement with sequential process concentrating to through segments starting from home and back to home which more realistic than old model, trip based which used by four stages model. Using this approach model, the transport passenger modal split which was usually done by the people are analyzed in order to answer why recently the use of motorcycle was increased in number. The proportion of motorcycle which was increased  in composition of roadway traffic reflect to the condition of modal split which done by the people from the available mode.  Modal split was conditional decision on choosing decision in previous level, i.e. pattern of acitivity, time of the day, destintion and number of stop. The results of this study was expected to provide detail description of variables which were very influence to transportation modal split process.Keywords: mode choice, activity-based

Abstract

Employment issues one of which can be reduced by increasing economic growth is one indicator of the success of development. Economic growth in an area depends on many factors, one of which is the government policy itself. This study aimed to analyze the effect of directly or indirectly GDP and provincial minimum wage to investment and employment in the province of Bali. The analysis technique used in this study is the technique of path analysis. Results of the analysis of the data showed that GDP significant positive effect on investment and the employment rate. The minimum wage negative but no significant impact on investment and employment. Investments significant negative effect on employment. Investment is not a mediating variables influence the provincial minimum wage on employment and not the mediating variables influence of GDP on employment.

Abstract

Kementerian Kesehatan telah mendirikan Sistem Komputerisasi Haji Terpadu Bidang Kesehatan (SISKOHATKES), sebagai sistem informasi untuk pencatatan pelaporan data kesehatan Jemaah Haji yang tertuang dalam peraturan menteri kesehatan No 62 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Kesehatan Haji. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan penerapan SISKOHATKES, DeLone & McLean adalah model yang cocok untuk digunakan. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mengukur keberhasilan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone & McLean terhadap pengguna SISKOHATKES bagi Pengelola Kesehatan Haji Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi. Data dari 34 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares (PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel pengguna dalam mengukur keberhasilan penggunaan SISKOHATKES, dengan nilai R-square 0,759 untuk kepuasan pengguna, 0,705 pengguna sistem, 0,600 untuk manfaat bersih. Selain itu, nilai Goodness of Fit (GoF) sebesar 0,697 atau 69%, sehingga model dinyatakan telah sesuai secara substansial dalam merepresentasikan hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Kesehatan menjadi Salah satu faktor utama dalam masyarakat, dimana jarak yang dekat adalah menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat untuk memeriksakan kesehatannya. Dalam penelitian ini akan mencari rute terpendek dari lokasi user ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tujuan, dimana user akan dapat menghemat waktu dan juga biaya transportasi serta mengurangi antrian. Penggunaan Algoritma Dijkstra pada Aplikasi Pencarian Tempat Fasilitas Pelayanan dipilih untuk diterapkan kedalam aplikasi berbasis android untuk menyelesaikan masalah secara langkah demi langkah dalam pencarian rute, jarak dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan terdekat. Pendekatan yang digunakan di dalam algoritma Dijkstra membuat pilihan yang terlihat memberikan perolehan terbaik.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 membuat pembelajaran secara konvensional menjadi terganggu. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut ESQ Business School melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar online melalui Learning Management System (LMS). Untuk mengukur faktor-faktor keberhasilan dari penerapan kegiatan belajar di LMS di ESQ Business School, peneliti menganalisisnya dengan Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone & McLean.  Data dari responden yaitu 182 mahasiswa dikumpulkan melalui survei, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu membuktikan kualitas informasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan kepada kepuasan penggunaan, selain itu kualitas pelayanan juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan. Akan tetapi variabel lainnya teruji signifikan dalam pengukuran kesuksesan sistem informasi LMS di ESQ Business School. Dengan nilai R-Square 0.668 untuk penggunaan, 0.669 untuk kepuasan pengguna, dan 0.606 untuk manfaat bersih. Selain itu, nilai GoF sebesar 64% membuktikan bahwa model telah sesuai secara substansial dalam merpresentasikan hasil penelitian.
