Abstract

This paper focuses on the literature exploration of perspectives of strategic planning in terms of whether it shapes or emerges from organisations. The paper argues that to make judgment on an organisational performance as a result of planned strategies or emergent ones is not easy.  Essentially, strategic planning aims to direct the performance of an organisation in order to attain its desired and planned goals. However, the organisation environment often changes rapidly, and hence it cannot be predicted and controlled. Such a circumstance potentially provides a particular impact on the organisation performance. In this situation, the strategic planning is inevitably shaped by the emergent strategy, which means that the realised strategy is the logical consequence of interactions between planned strategies and emergent ones. It has been suggested that a good strategic planning is to be flexible and open to a process of strategic learning, by which creativity and personnel’s commitment could be enhanced.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the BMT NU branch of grujugan in building trust in customer loyalty. In line with the increasingly high level of competition between financial institutions, every company must strive to further develop its competitive capabilities. One of the difficulties faced by BMT NU is building customer trust, It can be said that not all individuals have the trust and responsibility that can be make customers loyal and loyal. In conducting data collection to be able to produce the necessary research data. Researchers used 2 (two) data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The results show that trust is the glue that strengthens customers to believe and vice versa. If trust has arisen, then the step is to establish cooperation It will be easier so that it will benefit both parties. Trust customers have an impact in creating customer loyalty. Customers will be loyal or loyal on a product or service if the customer already has high trust in the product or service.

Abstract

This study focuses on teaching values through English language learning. It explores the related literature reviewing the possibility of integrating values into the English language learning activities. Value-oriented education is an alternative to pursuing both the academic and social competence of students. It is constructed in response to the problematic issues of youngsters’ deviant behaviors and attitudes. It also challenges the trend of today’s education, which puts greater emphasis on mere academic achievement, employment opportunity, and economic growth. Consequently, students in schools turn to prioritize only academic competence for an employment chance. Few wish to achieve success both academically and socially, whereas they have a life outside their schools and homes; the life in society. The study views that integrating values into English language learning is not an easy task. It requires teachers’ innovation and creativity to pursue goals that are more than just the content of the curriculum. The challenge is that English language teachers need to construct their own lesson plans as core values are sometimes unclearly stated in the curriculum. In classrooms, the teachers recommend not to impose their own values or those of a particular culture in the society on their students

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid memberikan fasilitas transaksi uang elektronik bernama E-bekal sebagai solusi untuk system pembayaran dengan e-payment. Transaksi ini dipantau langsung oleh wali santri, bahkan untuk melayani santri, presensi kegiatan yang sudah mulai menggunakan E-bekal untuk mempermudah santri , layanan kesehatan, perizinan, dan lain sebagainya. E-bekal merupakan chasless payment yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengiriman wali santri melalui aplikasi E-bekal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan google form. Yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini merupakan Santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 82% presentase responden menyatakan penerapan E-bekal sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif seorang santri di Pesantren Nurul Jadid. dengan memiliki berbagai macam manfaat. E-bekal dapat menekan perilaku konsumtif santri, selain itu E-bekal juga memiliki beberapa manfaat yaitu mempermudah transaksi, meminimalisir pembayaran non-tunai, membantu mempermudah pelayanan wali santri (untuk melakukan uang pembayaran santri).

Abstract

Subsidized fertilizers are goods under supervision whose procurement and distribution receive subsidies from the Government. Subsidized fertilizers are used to meet the needs of farmer groups and farmers in the agricultural sector which is regulated through the Definitive Plan for Group Needs (RDKK). RDKK is the calculation of the plan for subsidized fertilizer needs prepared by farmer groups based on the use of fertilizers that are higher or less than the recommendation to reduce the efficiency and effectiveness of fertilizer use. Based on the problem formulation, this study aims to explore the distribution channel system for subsidized fertilizers in Cumedak Village, Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency according to the perspective of business ethics. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type in Cumedak Village, Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency. The results of the study show that basically subsidized fertilizers have the potential to improve people's welfare. However, the underlying problem that actually occurs is that the distribution of subsidized fertilizers tends to be lower than the distribution of non-subsidized fertilizers.
