Abstract

Basically inheritance is a movement of all the rights and obligations of a deceased person to his heirs. The notion of inheritance law is the law governing the transition of wealth which the person who died and the consequences for the heirsHeir rights arise before the opening of the inheritance in the sense that the beneficiary dies before the right to express their will in a testament / will. Heir ispeople for reasons (heredity, marriage/ Slavery) are entitled to part of the estate of the person who die.The second group includes beneficiariesThis group consists of the .People parents (father and / or mother) of the heir and brother and his descendants until the degree to 6. The problem of this study is how to apply the practice of the beneficiary to beneficiary groups both in the religious court Karanganyar, how legal considerations practices verdict heir for the second group wais expert in religious courts karanganyar and what challenges and solutions in implementing the decision of the heirs inherit rights groups both in the religious court karanganyar. As for the research method used is sociological, the source of the data used is primary data and data secondary obtained from the test site and library resources and documentation are collected through the identification and inventory of legislation, then the data were analyzed with qualitative methods .Based normative research and discussion concluded Setting Harso Suwito Kiman bin Marto Setiko had died, set Heirs Heirs and Successors Harso Suwito Kiman bin Marto Setiko As follows Supadmi, Rukiman, Darmi, Sutinem . Abstract

This study aims to determine the mastery of the teacher's strategy in delivering free drawing learning materials using crayons that can increase children's creativity, provide interesting learning media in learning activities so that children's creativity can increase, provide opportunities for students to express all their ideas and ideas without any restrictions. in expressing colors in pictures and the teacher can understand and adjust learning outcomes with a standard level of achievement of children according to the stages of development. Classroom Action Research is a research process carried out by researchers through reflection with the aim of improving performance so that student learning outcomes increase. The planning model used is: Planning (planning), action (acting), observation (observing) and reflection (reflecting). The subjects in this improvement research were the children of group B TK Firza, totaling 15 children consisting of 6 boys and 9 girls. The field of development in this research is creativity with the activity is free drawing using crayons. The results showed the level of success in doing free drawing using crayons to improve children's creativity showed very good development and had reached the level of development in accordance with expectations, namely 80%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) unsur instrinsik yang terdapat dalam novel Cinta Suci Zahrana karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy, (2) nilai moral yang terdapat dalam novel Cinta Suci Zahrana karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy, dan (3) skenario pembelajaran unsur instrinsik dan nilai moral novel Cinta Suci Zahrana karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy di kelas XI SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Artinya, penulis membahas dan mengkaji novel tidak menggunakan angka, tetapi menekankan pada deskripsi. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa (1) unsur intrinsik dalam novel Cinta Suci Zahrana jalin terjalin menyatu dengan nilai moral yang terdapat di dalamnya, (2) nilai moral novel Cinta Suci Zahrana mencakup tiga aspek, yaitu: (a) hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, (b) hubungan manusia dengan manusia termasuk dengan lingkungan alam, (c) hubungan manusia dengan dirinya sendiri, dan (3) skenario pembelajaran novel Cinta Suci Zahrana karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy menggunakan model pembelajaran PAIKEM, yaitu: (a) penjelasan tujuan pembelajaran; (b) mempersiapkan media pembelajaran; (c) para siswa diminta membentuk kelompok; (d) masing-masing kelompok diberi topik untuk dibaca; (e) para siswa mempresentasikan hasil diskusi; (f) mengomentari kelompok; dan (g) berikan kesimpulan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas tentang gambaran proses pembelajaran Fisika di SMAN 01 Unggulan Kamanre dan SMAN 2 Belopa.  Penelitian jenis deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan pemilihan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui teknik koding atau teknik pengkodean yang dimulai dari yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan proses pembelajaran yang terjadi di SMAN 01 Unggulan Kamanre dan SMAN 2 Belopa sudah sesuai dengan teori pembelajaran yang ada, mulai dari: 1) Persiapan pembelajaran berupa penggunaan RPP; 2) Materi Pembelajaran (Gerak fisis benda, Gerak harmonik sederhana, Elektromagnetik, Osilasi gerak harmonik dan Besaran dan satuan); 3) Metode Pembelajaran (Metode ceramah, Metode diskusi, Metode tanya jawab, Metode eksperimen dan Metode permainan); 4) Media Pembelajaran (LCD, Powerpoint, alat-alat praktikum, papan tulis dan spidol); 5) Evaluasi Pembelajaran (tanya jawab, Ulangan harian, kuis dan tugas).

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to reveal the resilience of mothers of children with autism. Resilience in this study is understood as a capability that is owned by a mother to rise from unpleasant conditions and survive in the face of life's difficulties. Subjects in this study were three mothers in the Taman Pelatihan Harapan youngest child who has autism. Data collected by observation and interview.The results showed that all three subjects experienced different dynamics in each aspect of resilience (emotional control, impulse control, optimistic, analysis of the causes of the problem, empathy, self-efficacy, and increase the positive aspects). Three subjects were surprised, slumped, and did not think their child will have autism disorders. But they are able to accept the conditions and able to bounce back and always think positive future their children will be better. They feel confident to provide the best for his son while trying to figure out and improve their skills in dealing with children, as well as involved in the therapeutic process. Of the three subjects, one of which is able to analyze the causes of the disorder owned so he did not turn himself and others for any inconvenience experienced by children. In addition, one of the factors that support individuals to become resilient is a factor of religiosity. This is shown by the three subjects that always surrender to Allah SWT and gratitude that can make them rise from adversity.

Abstract

This article aims to outline the response of akhlaq philosophy to contemporary ethical thought. Library research is carried out by collecting data sources from books, and journals and other scientific articles. The data were analyzed using content analysis (content analisys). The results showed that filasafat akhlaq and ethical philosophy have a relationship, namely both studying the concept of good or bad values, as well as right and wrong. The fundamental difference between akhlaq philosophy and ethics is from the source of reference. Akhlaq refers to revelation and ethics refers to rationality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan permainan tradisional jekka ka’daro dalam meningkatkan perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Lemosusu Kelurahan Limboro Kecamatan Limboro Kabupaten Polewali Mandar selama masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau sensus dengan populasi berjumlah 10 anak yang berusia 5-6 tahun yang bertempat tinggal di Lemosusu Kelurahan Limboro Kecamatan Limboro Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan nilai rata-rata perkembangan motorik kasar dari sebelum perlakuan (pre-test) ke setelah perlakuan (post-test) permainan tradisional jekka ka’daro yakni sebesar 28,8. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan tradisional jekka ka’daro dapat membantu meningkatkan perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Lemosusu Kelurahan Limboro Kecamatan Limboro Kabupaten Polewali Mandar selama masa pandemi covid-19.
