Abstract

The program of transportation policy implementation in Mamminasata areas (Makassar, Maros, Sunggumisa, Takalar) has not been effective and efficient, despite the central government's program of national transportation. BRT project in Mamminasata regions has not been able to overcome various problems of safety and congestion, in accordance with the goals and objectives of the government program. This study aims to analyze and explain the position of the central government in the articulation of the priorities, direction, and goals of the transportation program in the regions of Mamminasata through the presence of BRT as the national program. This study applies qualitative approach, seeking to understand a complex real-world setting process by a strategy of case study to investigate BRT program that has instigated a multi-complex phenomenon from the policy decisions that have been set by the previous government. The analysis unit in this study is the policy of BRT Program in Mamminasata areas. Based on the State-centric Model, the results indicate that the BRT Program in Mamminasata areas is a program from the central government, precisely from the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Minister of Transportation, in this program, is at the central position or the single actor in the articulation of the priorities, direction, and goals of BRT transportation. The regional government, in this case the governor with related departments, is the recipient of the program. BRT Program in Mamminasata areas is different from that predicted by the theory of state-centric model.

Abstract

The writing of this paper is motivated by the phenomenon of the use of adverb in print media, especially in local newspapers in the city of Padang. The use of adverb, shows the diversity of forms with different behaviors. In this connection, this study aims to describe the forms of adverb used in local print media in the city of Padang and explain their morphological, syntactic and semantic behavior. There are three research methods and techniques used in this paper, 1) data supply methods and techniques, 2) data analysis methods and techniques, and 3) data analysis methods and techniques. The population of this study is the entire use of adverb in local newspapers in the city of Padang. The research sample is adverb used in two newspapers, the Padang Ekspres newspaper and the Haluan newspaper. Based on its shape, there are two forms of adverb used in local newspapers, namely monomorfemis and polymorphemic adverbs. Based on the behavior, the adverbs used in local newspapers have different behavior. Keywords: Adverb, newspaper, forms, behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi atau pandangan orang tua pada pendidikan khususnya pada perguruan tinggi, factor yang mempengaruhi seorang anak melanjutkan pendidikan pada perguruan tinggi serta factor yang menghambat seorang anak melanjutkan pendidkan atau putus sekolah di Dususn Pajalele Desa Manajeng Kecamatan Sibulue Kab.Bone.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun pemilihan informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposif sampling dengan kriteria orang tua yang memiliki anak melanjutkan pendidikan maupun orang tua yang memiliki anak tidak melanjutkan pendidikan pada perguruan tinggi di Dusun Pajalele Desa Manajeng Kec. Sibulue Kab. Bone.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi atau pandangan orang tua tentang pendidikan di Dusun Pajalele Desa Manajeng Kec. Sibulue Kab. Bone.bahwa pendidikan secara umum penting bahkan dibutuhkan oleh siapa saja. Dalam hasil penelitian ini dibagi 2 faktor yaitu 1).faktor yang mendorong untuk melanjutkan pendidikan yaitu: a. adanya keinginan untuk memperbaiki nasib mereka, b. lingkungan sekitar saat ini. Faktor yang ke 2).faktor yang menghambat untuk melanjutkan pendidikan yaitu: a. Masalah ekonomi, b. jenis kelamin, bahwa pendidikan bagi mereka lebih di tekankan atau diutamakan untuk anak laki-laki karena akan menjadi tulang punggung keluarga. Jadi salah satu alternatif yang dilakukan oleh orang tua agar tetap bisa memberikan kesempatan melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi kepada anaknya adalah dengan memilih perguruan tinggi yang dekat dari rumah atau tempat tinggal mereka.Kata kunci:Persepsi Orang Tua, Pendidikan Anak

Abstract

Budaya organisasi merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan budaya organisasi dengan inovasi perusahaan pada Perusahaan umum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulawesi Selatan dan Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif.  Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk memastikan tingginya tingkat korelasi pada variabel budaya organisasi dengan inovasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis menggunakan formula statistika, yakni korelasi Rank Spearman yang perhitungannya menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Dari hasi pengolahan data untuk variabel budaya organisasi diperoleh nilai 82 persen, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengolahan data untuk variabel inovasi perusahaan diperoleh nilai 86 persen maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi perusahaan Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dari hasil analisis koefisien korelasi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar = 0,705, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berkorelasi dengan tingkat korelasi tinggi dengan inovasi perusahaan pada Perusahaan umum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar

Abstract

The employees’ motivation is considered low because employees do not comply with applicable regulations. Even though in terms of income and benefits provided considered quite adequate, the low level of motivation of course will affect the work results of employees. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of increased work motivation at the Agrarian Affair Office of Makassar city. This research is quantitative research with explanatory objectives, namely to explain the causal relationship (influence) of variables increasing work motivation at the Agrarian Affair Office of Makassar city. To measure the variables in this study, questionnaires are used. The results showed that work motivation at the Agrarian Affair Office of Makassar city was in a fairly good category. The implications of this research are to increase work motivation at the Agrarian Affair Office of Makassar city.

Abstract

Teachers as educators likely require great encouragement such crative thinking ability. The monotonous teachers routines such as cumulative credits fulfillment or teaching hours force the ability decrease on teachers to think creatively. Therefore, this community service activity is succesfully carried out toward SD N Lambung Bukit teachers with theme “Peningkatan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif untuk Guru SD Negeri 10 Lambung Bukit melalui Penulisan Cerita Anak”. This given training presents the theories and practices about creative writing then later the teachers are able to produce the creative stories for children. The are three methods are conducted in this activity, those are lecture method, the discussion method, and the practical method of writing children's stories. To find out the creative thinking and writing abilities of SD Negeri 10 Lambung Bukit, at the end of the training, an evaluation is also applied to criticize the language and ideas that the teachers put on their works. Based on this training, those children's stories still contain Indonesian spelling mistakes, such as writing letters, writing punctuation marks, and writing loanwords elements. However, the SD Negeri 10 Lambung Bukit teachers have experienced in improving the creative thinking, especially in the choice of children's story ideas, the choice of diction, and the composition of effective sentences that written in accordance with Indonesian language rules.

Abstract

The dedication of the object of this service is based on the observation of the team regarding the official letter used in the Lubuk Kilangan Subdistrict, Padang City, there are still some mistakes. These errors include the systematic aspects of official letters and the language used in the letter. Therefore, this service aims to provide counseling and training about the systematic letter and the last language of letters that are good and right. There were several stages of the method applied in this activity, namely the counseling phase, the training phase, and the evaluation phase. In the counseling phase, the types of letters, systemic letters, and the format of the letters are explained. At the training stage, each administrative staff in charge of the correspondence in the Lubuk Kilangan Subdistrict of Padang City was given the task of training to make or draft several official letters. In the third stage, an evaluation is carried out. After the evaluation, the results showed that staff who participated in training and outreach activities were aware and acknowledged that there had been many errors in writing official letters, especially regarding the language of the letters. After participating in this counseling, the staff had good knowledge of the systematics and language of letters.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the functions of implicatures foung in Najwa Shihab’s utterances in ‘Mata Najwa Talk Show’ of episodes of “Against Corona and Waiting for Terawan.” This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach due to its data in the form of implicature function of utterances that as it is. There are 353 data which downloaded from the YouTube videos of “Against Corona and Waiting for Terawan.” Data were collected using the listening method or usually known as non-participant observation method. Data analysis used pragmatic matching method and sorting technique (PUP) with referential sorting power technique and comparison and differentiation technique (HBB). Research results are presented through formal and informal methods with descriptive explanation and using tables and diagrams. The results of the research indicate that there are three implicature functions used in Najwa Shihab’s utterances in in ‘Mata Najwa Talk Show’ of episodes of “Against Corona and Waiting for Terawan”: (1) assertive/representative function, (2) directive function, and (3) expressive function. The most often used of implicature function found in this study is the directive function. This is due to the fact that Shihab’s speech has many implicatures that function to ask and order her listeners. Shihab as the presenter of the talk show usually asks the resource person related to the topic. In addition, Shihab also requests the audience to do something in order to direct the talk show smoothly and communicatively.

Abstract

This study discusses the Effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty. In this study, researchers tried to determine whether Product Quality has an influence on Customer Loyalty. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire and analyzed using a statistical formula, namely Simple Linear Regression Analysis, which is calculated using SPSS assistance. The results of this study are that there is an influence between Product Quality and Customer Loyalty, with a value of 0.990.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of working capital in increasing the profitability of Limited Company Telkomsel. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach using financial statement data sources for the three years 2017 to 2019. This research uses observation data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation. Descriptive analysis method and inferential statistical analysis with financial ratio analysis by comparing the current ratio with the ratio in the previous year. From the analysis and discussion results indicate that Limited Company Telkomsel, experienced that the overall working capital management was not optimal from 2017 to 2019. Working capital management could not run optimally because of the working capital turnover that occurred at Limited Company Telkomsel only reached the highest number of 4.42 times, while looking at the lowest cash turnover in 2019 which reached 2.61 times. Turnover of working capital at Limited Company. Although it is considered that Telkomsel has a fairly optimal cash and receivable turnover rate, this has not been able to significantly increase the company's profitability compared to previous years.
