Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the implementation of the improvement of the status Broking become Properties for Residential Land Offices Pekalongan. 2) Barriers and solutions in the implementation of the improvement of the status Broking become Properties for residences in the Land Office Pekalongan. Method approach in this study is juridical sociological. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature, while data analysis was done by descriptive analysis.Results of the research results can be concluded: 1) The increase in status Broking become Properties for Residential Land Offices Pekalongan begins from filling the application letter, attaching a land certificate, a copy of building permit, a letter from the village head, a copy of the letter Tax Payable (SPPT), copy of land and Building Tax (PBB), Examination Identity applicant agree or disagree with land ownership being requested, research documents received, the applicant made a payment, examine documents and land book certificate new, then Head of surrender documents and land books and certificates to the officers of sub. PHI to do the bookkeeping and when it is complete then the clerk handed the documents to be archived to the archive officer, and submit a certificate to the applicant. 2) The difficulties experienced that an applicant seeking to register an increase in land rights for residences often do not include the application for the building permit, the public is less aware of the procedures and conditions should be attached at the time of filing the application. The solution that the Land Office of Pekalongan socialization, it aims to provide information and understanding to the community.Keywords: Improved Status of Land; Right of Building Usage; Owner Right.

Abstract

The purpose of research: 1) To know commitment organizational influence to motivation; 2) To know influence commitment organizational and motivation to work satisfaction; 3) To know influence commitment organizational motivation and work satisfaction to performance. Data was obtained 175 workers manufacturing industry in Karanganyar Surakarta. The data was analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result are: 1) commitment organizational is positive significantly influence to motivation; 2) commitment organizational and motivation is positive significantly influence to work satisfaction; 3) commitment organizational, motivation and work satisfaction is positive significantly influence to performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the unoptimally performance of teachers in a planning service program has so far not optimal. The research objective is to improve the performance of teachers in the planning service program in region Delanggu Klaten Working Group by 30 teachers. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and assignment of teachers in planning services program Analysis of data using a critical and comparative analysis. Indicators of success using the criteria limit minimal is 80, and the class completeness 100%. Research procedure uses cycles. From the results of research and discussion know that obtained summary data is the initial condition, Cycle I, II performance counseling teachers in planning services program, the initial conditions by an average of 75 and the first cycle an average of 80 and the second cycle by an average of 90 . from this data, it seems clear that an increase in the average value of the initial conditions to the first cycle of five digits (6.7%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 10 digits (12.5%), from pre cycle to the second cycle an increase of 15 digits (20%). The highest value of the initial stages of the condition by 84 and 90 as well as the first cycle of the second cycle of 98 It is clear that from the stage of initial conditions for the first cycle occurred from the initial conditions to the first cycle of six digits (7.1%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 8 digits (8.9%), and from the initial conditions to the second cycle an increase of 14 digits (16.7%). The lowest value obtained for the early stages of the condition of the first cycle of 67 and 72 and the second cycle of 87. thus, can be affirmed that the initial conditions of the stage to the first cycle an increase of 5 digits (7.5%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 15 digits (22.4%), and from the initial conditions to the second cycle an increase of 20 digits (29.9%). Percentage of performance criteria counseling teachers in preparing plan preparation program obtained from the initial conditions of 28% and the first cycle was obtained by 68% and the second cycle at 100%. It seems clear that the initial conditions of the stage to the first cycle an increase of 40%, from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 32%, and from the initial conditions to the second cycle an increase of 72%. Thus, teachers performance in counseling services from the initial conditions to the second cycle brought a significant rise.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan pada peserta didik kelas III SD 2 Purwosari keterampilan membaca pemahaman belum optimal. Hal tersebut karena keterbatasan media yang masih belum memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar siswa sebagai sumber belajar dalam proses pembelajaran. Buku teks yang beredar dicetak secara nasional sehingga memiliki kelemahan yaitu masih terdapat contoh-contoh yang tidak ada di lingkungan siswa dan contoh-contoh yang diberikan kurang sesuai dengan daerah tempat tinggal siswa sehingga siswa tidak memiliki pengetahuaan awal atau pondasi terhadap materi yang dipelajari. Perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran dilakukan dengan pengembangan media dan bahan ajar membaca berbasis lokal Kecamatan Kota Kudus yang dapat menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran dalam keterampilan membaca pemahaman pada peserta didik.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa mengalami peningkatan, dapat dilihat dari rata-rata kelas yang diperoleh pada siklus 1 sebesar 72 dengan ketuntasan 42%, rata-rata kelas pada siklus 2 sebesar 76 dengan ketuntasan 55% dan rata-rata kelas pada siklus 3 mencapai 84 dengan ketuntasan 90%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan membaca pemahaman peserta didik kelas III SD 2 Purwosari Kudus dan kualitas pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis lokal Kudus.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of learning media and constructivism learning theory during the learning activities. This research uses descriptive qualitative research metods and case study approach. Sources of data in this study was fifth grade teachers and fifth grade students of SDN Tunggulsari II Surakarta. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and studying documents. The data were analyzed using the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman.The result of this study indicate that during online learning activities the teachers continues to use learning media to help provide teaching materials. The media used by the teachers was simplified and adapted due to the condition and facilities that student have. Constructivism learning theory during the learning includes the appearance of student looking for, exploring, and discovering new knowledge by themselves.The series of learning activites during the online learning implemented by the teacher was accordance with  2013 curiculum learning. The learning process that carried out by the teachers also reflects to tematic learning. The result of this study can also be used to increase teacher insight of the use of media during online learning and constructivism learning theory can be applied during learning to make student more active.

Abstract

Bank Danamon merupakan salah satu perbankan di Indonesia yang berkembang pesat dan memiliki beragam jenis produk perbankan. Produk pada Bank Danamon antara lain Si Pinter, TabunganKU, Danamon Lebih,FlexiMax, Kartu Debit Danamon, Danamon Syariah iB, dan Primadolar. Nasabah mengalami kesulitan dalam pemilihan produk secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakn sistem pakar dalam penentuan produk perbankan Bank Danamon yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan nasabah. Metode penelitian menggunakan Simple Additive Weight (SAW). Sampel penelitian menggunakan nasabah wanita Bank Danamon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW dapat membantu nasabah dalam pemilihan dan penentuan produk perbankan Bank Danamon dengan lebih tepat

Abstract

The early childhood learning should cover many aspects of development, ranging from religious and moral values, social, emotional, cognitive, physical motor, linguistic and artistic. Song and Movement are still identified with motion. Early childhood learning is synonymous with singing, clapping and playing while active. Motion and song activities are very tightly attached and can not be separated, especially in providing learning to young children. Motion and song learning is an activity in playing while learning and learning through playing, so activities performed through motion/movement and song are expected to please the child as well as touch the development of language, sensitivity to the rhythm of music, motor development, confidence, and the courage to take risks. Through motion or movement and song, children learn to develop their linguistic ability, it is through listening song dan music rhythm, children develop their receptive ability in language. And children’ expressive ability in language is developed while children sing the song. Therefore, it is necessary for an activity that can train early childhood educators in giving stimulation to children through motion and song.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the level of reception of the Indonesia Raya 3 Stanza song lyrics by SD Negeri Bumi I Surakarta students in the 2021/2022 academic year. This study is also to describe the reception of the meaning of the Indonesia Raya 3 Stanza lyrics by SD Negeri Bumi I Surakarta students in the year 2021/2022. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects are students in 4th and 5th  grades of SD Negeri Bumi 1 Surakarta. The amount of this study’s research subjects are 35 students. Sources of data come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation or archives. The validity of the data using the technique of triangulation techniques. Data analysis used comparative descriptive statistical analysis techniques and critical analysis. Based on the results, it can be described that: (1) All of 4th and 5th graders student on SD Negeri Bumi I Surakarta don’t memorize the lyrics of Indonesia Raya 3 Stanza anthem; (2) Most of the 4th and 5th graders student on SD Negeri Bumi I Surakarta don't memorize the lyrics to the Indonesia Raya Stanza I anthem; (3) The reception of Indonesia Raya Stanza 3 anthem on 4th and 5th graders student on SD Negeri Bumi I Surakarta is positive.

Abstract

Implementasi kurikulum 2013 telah berjalan sembilan tahun dengan berbagai hambatan seperti perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang belum berbasis saintifik serta belum menerapkan penilaian otentik. Partisipan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari 9 guru dari SDN Arjosari, Kebumen. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pengabdian serta profil kemampuan perecanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistic deskriptif. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan pola pendampingan in-on-in. Kegiatan in pertama focus pada: brainstorming hambatan dan solusi, pelatihan untuk menguatkan konsep pendekatan saintifik, dan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran secara kolaboratif. Kegiatan on focus pada implementasi dan observasi pendektan saintifik dan penilaian otentik. Kegiatan in kedua focus pada refleksi dan evaluasi implementasi pendekatan saintifik dan penilaian otentik. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini antara lain: (1) penggunaan pola in,-on-in yang berfokus pada kegiatan penguatan kemitraan, pelatihan penyusunan rencanal pelaksanaan pembelajaran, implementasi pendekatan saintifik, penilaian otentik serta sampai pada kegiatan refleksi dan evaluasi dan (2) adanya peningkatan kemampuan perencanaan dari 72 menjadi 78 dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari 75 menjadi 82.
