Abstract

Elderly with arthritic requires a proper motivation to rise willingness of elderly to follow the activities ofelderly’s integrated health care. The purpose of this research is analyze the relationship betweenmotivation with obedience to visits the elderly’s integrated health care in patients with arthritic in theKlagen Hamlet, Kembeng Kepuh Village, District Peterongan, Jombang. This research use analyticaldesign with cross sectional approach. The population is all elderly with arthritic in the Klagen Hamlet,Kembeng Kepuh Village, District Peterongan, Jombang with the sample is 44 people using purposivesampling technique. The independent variable is motivation and dependent variable is the obedience tovisits elderly integrated health care in patients with arthritic. The instrument is questionnaires andprocessing by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and statistical test using spearman rank test. Results ofthe study showed the elderly’s motivation to visit elderly’s integrated health care in patients with arthriticis mostly strong (61.4%) and most of the obedience to visit elderly’s integrated health care is obedient(61.4%). Spearman rank test showed that significant value  = 0.000 < (0.05), so that H1 is accepted.The conclusion of this research stated that there is a relationship between motivation with obedience tovisits elderly’s integrated health care in patients with arthritic in the Klagen Hamlet, Kembeng KepuhVillage, District Peterongan, Jombang. The research can be used as reference to conduct elderly to staymotivated and obedient in visit elderly imtegrated health center so that the elderly can cure they’rerheumatism disease.

Abstract

Iron requirement increase after pregnancy, iron supplementation is an effective way to prevent anemia due toiron deficiency. Anemia is due to non-compliance with the mother in consuming iron tablets. Family supportis very important to help remind women to consume iron tablets, one of the main factors the low compliancewomen due to forgot to consume iron tablets. Based on preliminary studied which was conducted frominterview result of 8 pregnant women obtained 5 pregnant women (62,5%) did not obey to consume irontablets, while 3 pregnant women (37,5%) kept in consuming iron tablets. This research aimed to analyze therelationship between family’s support with obedience of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets. Thisresearch design was analytic of cross sectional, the population was husband who had pregnant women inthird trimester as many as 36 respondents, taken samples a number of 33 people with purposive sampling.Independent variable of this research was family’s support and dependent variable was the obedience ofpregnant women in consuming iron tablets. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, testing databy statistic test of Spearman Rank’s with value of  = 0,05. Based on results showed majority (54,50%) ofhusband had support and mostly (57,60%) of pregnant women who did not obey in consuming iron tablets.The result of statistic test obtained value of  (0,001) < alpha (0,05), so H1 accepted. The conclusion of thisresearch is that there’s relationship between family’s support with obedience of pregnant women inconsuming iron tablets. It is expected for health workers to keep and increase enpowerment of family andcommunity by giving counseling about the important of iron during pregnancy.

Abstract

The delivery process can lead to a variety of difficulties and pain during childbirth, pain caused by certain nerve endings that cause his. Problem often encountered in the mother inpartu first stage is pain. The data obtained in the Hospital Dr. Sayidiman Magetan recorded the number of women giving birth for 1 year as many as 420 women giving birth with pain different.. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of relaxation techniques on labor pain in the first stage inpartu in Ponek room Hospital Dr. Sayidiman Magetan. The design of this study analytic approach pre exsperimental with one group pretest-posttest design, the entire population of mothers inpartu first stage in Ponek room Hospital Dr. Sayidiman Magetan ± 28 mothers, a sample of 17 mothers inpartu first stage is done by consecutive sampling technique. Relaxation techniques dependent variable and the independet variables labor pain. Measuring instrument using the observation sheet. Data processing using editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. The statistical test using the Wilcoxon test. From the results, the labor pain before being given a relaxation technique inpartu almost entirely pain was 15 respondents (88.2%) and after a given relaxation techniques is a mild pain most of the 10 respondents (58.8%). Wilcoxon test results with an error rate of <α = 0.05 level was found that the value ρ = 0.001 <α = 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted. The conclusion of this study a effect of relaxation techniques on labor pain in the first stage inpartu in Hospital Dr. Sayidiman Magetan in 2014.The conclusion of this study on effect of relaxation techniques on labor pain in the first stage inpartu in Hospital Dr. Sayidiman Magetan 2014. The results of this research can be used by midwives to provide relaxation techniques to women who are experiencing pain inpartu first stage of labor in order to reduce labor pain.Keywords: relaxation techniques, pain, inpartu first stage.
